I have had the pleasure of working at VTC for a few years now. I have also had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful co-workers and clients working at this facility. We are a trauma-based facility with a professionally trained team, and THIS job is NOT for everyone, but many, many people have dedicated their lives to helping the youth become successful members of society. We have many success stories that give each employee here hope that they have and can make a difference in the lives of these emotionally disturbed children.

This is a great place to work. Very compatible with outside schedule. Coworkers are very friendly and supportive. Kids respect staff and follow directions well.

Cares about profit over all. They do not care about their employees. Sad. No one should go here. Go out of business, you have helped none but yourself.
