I wish I would have known about Bridges of Hope years ago. I cant believe Ive tried doing this by myself when this place has helped me so much. I never knew a place like this existed or I would have gotten clean sooner. I truly wish others struggling get to experience what Bridges of Hope has to offer. The staff at Bridges of Hope was amazing, the techs laid the rules down as they should but also gave grace and treated us well.My therapist was great and she gave good assignments to help me to purge.of my mental garbage and to help me to grow!I loved the variety of types of therapy such as: music, drama, horse, and exercise such as volleyball. Neuroscience class was fascinating and I learned a lot about my alcoholism that way. Great place to recover!

This place literally changed my life and made me whole again. The whole staff including cleaning staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They keep you busy and fed good on a daily great curriculum. If I ever needed help or was to refer anyone it would be here.

On April 13, 2018, I woke up to my first day clean at Bridges of Hope. Over the course if 39 days, I was given the opportunity to start the process of repairing the wreckage I caused in my active addiction. The daily groups and outside meetings kept me busy as I soaked up the first bit of recovery I had ever experienced on a consistent basis. Paired with fun activities and a positive, nurturing environment, I slowly started relating and connecting to other recovering addicts. For the first time in my life, I finally started to feel like I wasnt alone and that others understood the pain I caused myself in active addiction. Now, with over 3 years clean, my life is finally my life. A huge thank you to this facility!!

I arrived at Bridges of hope, Broken, lost, spirituality bankrupt and without the slightest idea on who or what i was. within a few minutes of admission, i was loved held, hugged and made to feel that i was something or someone who could recover, whom may even learn to love myself. within weeks at Bridges of Hope, i found myself, through the programming, classes, therapy and activities i actually learned to identify and love myself again. When I came to bridges of hope it was my first time at a rehab facility. I was shocked by how much of a family aspect they had. Everyone was amazing and welcomed me like a part of that family. The changes I was able to make during my month there was extraordinary! Every day was a building block and I couldn’t have gotten where I am now without the help of the staff and other clients I was with. The therapist I had, Jarren, was great. She tackled the roots of my problem and pushed me to be a better person! Jarren along with my case manager Anna were able to set me up with all the tools I will need in the future. Bridges of Hope changed my life for the better and I would recommend them to anyone considering in patient care.

Just finished 35 days. I have been to treatment 8 times, including VA. This was easily my best experience. 35 days sober with a very detailed aftercare plan. My counselor Cindy was an absolute angel, nursing and doctors found a great med combo for my previously undiagnosed Bipolar.The truth is....NO PLACE can magically heal you but Bridges will meet you halfway in any case. Good food, good times with other clients, sitting by the pond talking. Smokers get a ten minute break every hour. Cognitive and Dialectical behavior skills were taught as well as meetings and 12 step work....for dual diagnosis...there is not a better place to go, good luck and get help!!!!

This was a great experience for me its a great place and the staff is amazing 90% of them are addicts just like me and they know the struggle is very real and they work with you individually too find what you need and they help every step of the way if you dont know ask you will receive the food is great and they have a pool table basketball smoking Nintendo Wii and fishing on a scale 1 to 100 i say this place gets a 1000.

This is Alex Pence. I have had the pleasure of attending the Bridges of Hope Treatment Center. The people there trutly care about you and your situation. I’ve been to many other rehabs and they have a large number of clients and you kinda just don’t feel you get the attention you need. That is NOT the case at bridges it’s a nice tight community where everyone helps everyone. I can’t say enough about the staff they are led by named James or Mike or whatever you know him as. This man goes way over above and beyond for his clients. But the CEO of this place personally would give my nervous wreak of a loving mother constant updates. This place is not like a hospital at all it is an amazing place that will help you. If you are feeling hopeless or stuck you no longer have to call Bridges and take your life back !!!

Called 8:00 pm Friday. No calls until I called back at 11:30 following Monday. All this place is a pocket for insurance companies to dump money into. The bad reviews are all right. The line is always busy and you need to leave messages with poor response time. My suggestion is to call JJ to understand the care offered because he is the main one and the ones who take your information gets lost! Wondering now if the information was really lost or because of the insurance issue. Good luck getting his attention because he will just push you to another person. I believe the good reviews will show the opposite because they had really good insurance and received a result. My advise is to have good insurance and do not wait until the weekend before 6:00 pm Friday for help that you might need for results.

The admission process was very easy and they were very helpful. The entire staff was so helpful and nice whatever you needed or wanted they were more than willing to help. Everyone there is very inviting from the staff to clients. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it for anyone I know. They groups daily and meetings every night are very helpful and make you feel like your getting the most out of your stay..

I sent my sister to Bridges of Hope to detox from alcohol. We looked at several other rehabs in Indiana and this one was by far the best choice. The staff was so helpful and friendly that she chose to stay for their 28 day residential program. They gave her the attention and care that she has needed for a long time. I spent days looking for the best place to help my daughter with her 10 year long drug addiction. She had been forced to another treatment center in the past, but she continued to relapse. This time she asked for help. I was so hopeful this time would save her life, especially since she asked for help and after reading the reviews and talking to admissions.It was very clear she needed help with her mental health as well as the drug addiction. Bridges of Hope website advertises their dual treatment expertise with psychiatric assessment/treatment. I spoke with both Adrien and Jackie in admissions and was assured my daughter would receive treatment by a doctor AND psychiatrist and medication, if deemed necessary, along with addiction therapy. We were both so hopeful and excited about entering the facility. Upon admission both me and my daughter felt we had made a good choice. However, despite my repeated questions about a psychiatric assessment and assurances that she would receive one, by the 16th day she still had no such assessment nor a treatment plan. On that day the staff allowed her a phone call with improper supervision and she called a friend to come a pick her up. At this writing I have no idea where she is. I understand that she had to want the help to get better and I truly believe she was ready and willing for that help. She kept telling me she wasn’t getting the treatment either of us had been led to believe. I was concerned about her impulsive behavior and had shared that with her counselor who promised me she would see the psychiatrist. The day I was informed of her departure I asked again why she had not received the psychiatric treatment promised. I was told by the first person they did not currently have a psychiatrist then the next person said they did. I don’t think the facility is staffed as advertised and they don’t have all staff on the same page. On that last day they mentioned a nurse with psychiatric training, but that is not a psychiatrist. My daughter didn’t even get that assessment. Based on what I saw, my daughter received more support from the fellow patients than expert care which says a lot for the patients and not so much of the staff. Had she received the expected care and treatment I believe she would still be there. Unfortunately, Bridges of Hope did not provide her with the level of care they promised and advertised. It is not the facility the reviews make you think it is which leads me to wonder if all the reviews are real. My daughter has Indiana HIP insurance. It is so disheartening that people with state insurance do not have access to quality mental health and addiction treatment. I hope one day that will change.

Cindy, Annie, Lea....saved my life, they will meet you halfway if you are willing to do the work necessary. 12 step programs, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, they even found the right meds for my previously undiagnosed BP.Techs were kind and always listened. This place saved my life! The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! Rehab is a scary thought but this place gave me a chance to open my mind my heart and my eyes to see the life I could have and that I wanted to have!! I didn’t just leave bridges clean and sober I left with the best of friends that are more like family!!!!

This is one best places a person could turn to when seeking help. The staff are amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and uplifting. The program is designed for success. After finishing the program you are still like family. This isnt a place that just lets you stay to detox and sends you on your way. You are given so many tools and resources to be be successful in your recovery, even after leaving.

Best treatment center in Indiana. No place is without shortcomings but I can honestly say that this place did everything they could for my stepson. Qualified staff and the warm facility is what sold me on Bridges. They even do Equine therapy!! I am forever grateful.

I had the pleasure of touring the facility and meeting all the staff. Facility is great and I was also told that the Governor was at the ribbon cutting! Therapists and management is top notch, our city and state is very lucky to have a facility like this around. If I had an alcohol or substance abuse issue or a family member of mine did I would not definitely be coming or sending them here.

I had two family members that have been to this center. I seen have seen my family try different centers and couldn’t recover from the addiction . I have to compliment the nurses and psychiatrist at this facility. My cousin is in fighting a battle with methadone, his opiate withdrawals were nothing nice. He would call me crying and hopeless. The staff at Bridges of hope made his detox as painless as it could be. No rehab is perfect but its about the effort to make the medical detox process as comfortable as possible and they did there job. Thanks god for these people

Ello mates! I absolutely did not know what to expect, turns out this facility was the best thing that happened for me and my family. I met great new friends, that are now a family to me. We got through each day laughing, guiding, hugging and crying together we all ended up needing each other in some way or another and also being connected in ironic, awesome ways. And the time I left for the weekend and went to the next level of care I couldn’t wait to get back for the classes, to see my friends and meet the newcomers. And the staff was amazing they all did an excellent job. God is Good. Thank you lads!

I have been to a few treatment centers and most are the same. Bridges of hope is not. There what the rest should be modelled after. WOW. Thank you for helping me get better. This treatment center is the epitome of all centers. the facility is above reproach and the staff is by far the best i have ever seen or dealt with. The management team, the doctors and counselors are very professional. I recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one in need and or going through a crisis in their lives. Where should i begin about this facility. I would put this place above the Betty Ford Clinic and any other treatment facility of its kind. The medical team and doctors are above what any person in crisis can possibly ask for. The counselors and management team treat you as if you were part of their own family! Always there to answer questions or just lend an ear in a time of need.Lives are being saved at this center. Over the past several years I have taken my son to many different treatment centers and have had very little progress. After his stay at Bridges of Hope I have seen so many wonderful changes in him. He has a passion and drive for life again. He is stronger than ever and more motivated and encouraged to stay sober and always do the next right thing. I truly feel that Bridges of Hope has given me my son back and more importantly given him his life back. I can not put into words how grateful I am for the opportunity they have given to my family and my son.

The staff at Bridges is wonderful! They truly care about your recovery here. The only problem I encountered is that they are currently a little short staffed but in the end, I owe my life to this place. I’ve attended two other programs; first a very strict 12 Step program, and the other was more of a treatment facility. I found out that the Bridges program was a unique blend of them both. The program at Bridges of Hope not only introduced me to the 12 Step program, but also included an integration of life skills. One aspect of the program I found exceptionally rewarding, was the Equine Therapy at Agape. An experience I will treasure always! The only issue I found at Bridges of Hope were the “Growing Pains.” They have only been open a year. However, the staff was very adaptive to any issues that would arise. I would highly recommend Bridges of Hope to anyone who is to begin their journey to recovery!

I Have family out in Indiana and they told me about this amazing place called Bridges of Hope. I needed to be detoxed from opiates and xanax, ive been using those for about 12 years. This was my first time in treatment and the Compassionate and caring staff made all the difference. Beautiful setting and i was even able to fish the pond. I loved the equine therapy! Ceo Carl gave me hope and has been through this mess like all of us, he had my favorite group and showed us what happens when you detox from drugs and alcohol. Very important information, Highly recommend this place it changed my life!

Bridges of Hope is a wonderful facility staffed by great people. My son had been using drugs 2012 which ended him up in juvenile detention center, adult jail,and even prison. Today he celebrates his 21st birthday clean,and sober since 1/23/18. They not only helped with his addiction but also underlying conditions and events that led to his addiction. They help him navigate his legal issues, nutritional concerns, housing and job search. A big part of the recovery process is based on spiritual growth. Thanks to Bridges of Hope, my family has hope!

This place truly changed my life, I met some awesome people and my therapist, Ms. Anne was a huge part of that, the food was great and they try really hard to keep your mind off of the outside world which they do a very good job at. We went bowling, seen a movie, and they do equine therapy(horse training) every Friday. They also made sure I was enrolled in IOP when I got home to help maintain my sobriety. My experience at Bridges of Hope was amazing. The counselors and especially the techs (Lina, Barry, Ryan, and Kailei) really changed my life for the better.

Bridges of Hope in Anderson indiana is a life changing place for anyone tha may be struggling with addiction or even mental illness. The faculty and staff are incredible and they truly care and yearn to see peoples lives change in a 360 direction. The days we are in are getting worse and worse with drug abuse. This place acts as a safe Haven to anyone struggling and truly desiring a change in lifestyle. To the owners of bridges of hope, thank you for sharing you dream with the rest of Indiana and helping shape the difference in hundreds of lives!!!!

I will forever be great full for the bridges of hope. This place saved my life, and were the ones that gave me a chance and didnt turn their back on me..I promise if you want to change your life forever come the The BOH. Your life will forever be changed. Here I found who I am and what Im about, and found my higher power that I will walk with the rest of my life. Also here I learned Im proud to be an alcoholic and a drug addicted.. May you come and find your peace as Ive found mine.

Ive heard nothing but great things about this place and its amazing staff that will be there for you through every step. I recommend looking into it if youre wanting the guidance through recovery.

This place has a great team who is committed to help others on their journey of recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction. It is a truly great thing to see a place who is dedicated to the people in the program!

Very unorganized facility, we got there and waited hours to speak to a nurse who never showed , they had men and women walking around unsupervised, the tech had 2 way radios trying to talk to other techs that rarely answered them back , the lady at the front desk would let the phone ring until it went to voicemail , they put my wife in a one bedroom detox room where obviously they were trying to save on there heat bill , she was detoxing off of k-pin which can be dangerous and didn’t even have a dr on staff, I would never recommend this treatment center to anyone, some of these reviews are def falsified.

This is a great facility for our community. The staff is very nice and the facility is very nice and clean.

BOH is a great facility the staff is fantabulous. Everyone from cleaning staff, kitchen, nurses, case managers, therapist and most definitely the techs. I couldnt have asked for a better team or a better group of people I now call friends. Thank you so much BOH over 90 days clean. BOH makes you feel as comfortable as they can and explain the ride. Take everything as its worth and learn what not to do.sounds bad but youll learn.I wish techs could give more in put for other people.weve been shoved down in the dirt deep and hard enough we did it our selves but now were removing the layers of to show we are a gem. Big wigs just let James and his crew do what the do. Love you guys miss you. Oooooooooo incase you forgot let me remind ya. .....my milk shake bring all the boys to the yard damn right its better then yours. I can teach yeah but I have to charge.

Bridges of Hope has an amazing and truly caring staff as well as a wonderful treatment program. This place helps foster new begginings for those who are battling addiction.
