The technician was extremely helpful, polite, & courteous. No negative feedback on him whatsoever.The only thing I can say is my Mother was released late Friday evening ( around 4:30). I think the company should have someone who could have set her bed up on this day. However, we had to wait until Monday. Therefore, my Mother had to sleep in a recliner to get “some” comfort. I felt so terrible for her. She wasn’t comfortable at all.

I love how AnMed Home Care it better than the last one we had they are on point getting everything he needs in my home if it wasnt for them he probably would have nothing since I am at home care and they give him everything he needs and thank you Air Care and I also want to thank AnMed care and they are on point on getting help for your loved ones who are handicapped once again thank you!!!!

I was having issues using a Cpap mask I had previously purchased from this store. I contacted Mechelle who set me up with my new Cpap, and she helped me pick out a new mask. She went above her duties to help me, she took time to explain some things about my Cpap and the data it was capable of providing me and what it meant. I give Mechelle the 5 stars, she deserves it, she was overbooked the morning I was there, she had set up my appointment herself a few days earlier. She handled the pressure of being overbooked like a professional. Thanks Mechelle for helping me.
