They gave me an urinalysis on 3 or 4 different occasions within a month. Each test came back with different results. Because of errors they make they are refusing to treat me for an serious back problem I was born with. Their x-ays & tests prove my spine isnt straight nor has it been from birth. I am a 64 year old African American , & disabled.For over a year I have requested to meet with the Director but is ALWAYS given a runaround but NEVER have my request been honored nor has any employee attempted to honor it.
