The turnover rate for their nurse techs is very high. We have had three nurse techs in the last year. When they dont want to come, they knock very gently so that it would be very hard for someone to hear the knock even if the person is standing right next to the door. They refuse to use doorbells-they are too loud and someone might answer the door. They .make a schedue and do not, cannot, or will not adhere to it. They wont call or reschedule patient care that they miss, or let you know when something unexpectedlyhappens, and they cant come. The agency is not professionally managed at all.

Hope Towns took care of my pop. She was so good to my family and my grandma. So thankful for her and all she did for my family! Definitely need more people like her in the medical field.

Pruitt healths staff was outstanding in helping me keep my Mother at home through her battle with Alzheimers I cant even express my gratitude enough Brenda was outstanding with my mom she wasnt easy to take care of towards the end but she had the patience of a saint thanks to everyone at Pruitt health for your help so I could keep my mom in her house till she finally went to join my Dad again
