Definitely the best place to go in my opinion. Been going here for years and the staff is always friendly.

Normally I have a good experience, but I have had an eye issue for the las tr few months. When I came last month, someone didnt know how to send a script and I had to keep calling and basically told I and the pharmacy was wrong, and it turns out person didnt send it right. Today I am here, been here since 9am and its 10 am and no one has seen me. I was told.to come in at 9 and I did, a person comes in 15 minutes after me and tech comes up to me and says I have to wait because he was scheduled, and I was here first. He didnt know that and instead of pulling me aside or putting in anestia in my eye, not to mention they only have one tech and one doctor here today. What the tech did was tactless, that guy didnt have to know about my situation, and I was left suffering. Never again!

I have been going to Dr. Macha for several years and would not even consider changing to another eye doctor unless I absolutely had to. Dr. Macha and his staff provide excellent customer service and are always available to address any questions or concerns I might have about a certain issue. They treat me like family, which I appreciate more than I can say.

We’ve been patients at Macha for 10 years. My son’s glasses broke. I called, made an appointment to get them fixed, and on the phone call they pulled him up on the computer so would’ve easily seen in their system when he was last examined and got his glasses. I took him out of school for the appointment today. I was told because they were purchased in late 2018 and he didn’t have a current prescription, they would not fix his glasses unless we scheduled a new exam. If they have a policy like this, why wouldn’t this be explained over the phone so you don’t completely waste your patient’s time? I never take my kids out of school for appointments, so I’m really frustrated I did it this time and they refused to fix his glasses. It also delayed me getting started with my work day. Ughhhh. You wasted your own time too because you could’ve scheduled a patient for that time slot who fit your policy to help.

I have been trusting my eyes to Macha for years. They have always been good to me. Their workers are caring and willing to help you find glasses that suit your needs in your price range.

Not good. I was told I would be seen by Dr. Macha. When I came in, I was seen by a female Dr. that didnt introduce herself and seemed like she had a bad case of the Mondays or something. I really got the feeling she didnt want to be there. I explained my vision history, concerns, etc. and she didnt offer any real input or suggestions and was extremely quiet and reserved. I then picked out frames, with no help from staff. When I finally got the glasses, I absolutely hated them and went to return them for a refund. The staff then tried to convince me that I would get used to them. So, basically they think their customers need to learn how to get used to dealing with bad customer service and glasses you hate. No thanks Macha.

Great doctors, great staff! Dr. Anderson was so thorough with my exam. She answered all of my concerns and made sure I fully understood. The staff was very patient with me in picking out my frames, I always have a lot of choices to sort through!

I have been seeing Dr. Macha for at least 15 years now, probably closer to 20. The trust I have in him and his practice speaks for its self. After that length of time I have the utmost confidence and respect for him and his staff. They are kind, courteous and very professional. If I have had an issue with anything, it has not been the office , it has been the lab, and they always make it right. This has only happened a couple of times in all of these years. I have no intention to ever leave Dr. Macha as a patient.

The first time I went there the glasses the tryrd to sell me were broken when they came in and the wanted me to except the broken .The second time they wanted to be mask naxis so they can have there junk

Ive come here a handful of times but my last time here I was disappointed. I came for an eye exam and new glasses. That part of the app, I was exceptionally happy. It was picking up my glasses and not being able to see out of them. They were trying to assure me that I would get used to them... If I wore them for a week or so. That didnt make any sense to me because if it was the correct prescription, I would be able to see out of them. Plus it was my left eye in which didnt change and that was the lens I couldnt see out of. I expressed these concerns and it felt like they didnt want to deal with it at the time. I dont plan to be back. It was a waste of my time and my money. Some of the staff just dont take there job seriously and dont care about the customers.

They are friendly and courteous to me and very helpful. I picked a pair of frames out and they said that they looked good on me

The whole offices at Macha Eye Care is extremely clean. All staff members are very polite and willing to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place

Great customer service and employees. I always have a very pleasant experience when I go there. I really appreciate that I have never had to sit and wait for my appointment time, and as soon as you are taken back for your appointment you are seen immediately. I also appreciate the friendliness and assistance while choosing my glasses, Jennifer was such a great help and has such a sweet spirit. Ive been going to Macha family eyecare for about 15 years. I absolutely couldnt say enough about Dr. Macha, and his staff. They are friendly, and patient, and knowledgeable.I once had an incident happen to me on a Saturday night with my contacts I called the service Dr. Macha got back to me that evening and told me what to do for my eye until Sunday morning and made a special trip into his office to care for my eye. Very rude to me I have to have surgery next Friday went outside away from others so I could take mask off cause it was making it hard to breathe an was kicked out the lady up front was very rude an wanted to argue with everything I said an forced a 7 year old to wear a mask when state law says she doesnt have to wear a mask they are not the best in Anderson made me an my family very uncomfortable

I bought 3 prescription eyeglasses for my husband and myself from this place.We spend around $1000 out of pocket with very big insurance payment on top of it. We liked the doctor very much.We also like the stuff at the time of sale.They were very polite and courteous. I bought insurance on our glasses,which was supposed to cover any issues withing two years after purchase. Well, I had an issue today. The lense fell off the Vogue frame when I picked glasses from night stand. I had no doubt that there will be no problem in Macha eye care to fix it. When I came to the place I faced a young woman with very angry face,who did not say hello or even asked my name, just take a sit. She took the case with my glasses and then asked me in grumpy manner if I sat on my glasses, because frame looked distorted to her. I told her that I do not have habit to sit on my glasses, but I brought them here to adjust the frame,because they were sliding off my nose. It could be that somebody sat on them as part of adjustment process. She did not take the humor. She brought glasses back with the same hateful look on her face.When I just opened my mouth to let her know that I would appreciate nicer attitude, so I do not feel guilty for frame not holding the lense. She did not let me say anything, but lectured me that this is how they do things here and this how my glasses should be. I was done with her and requested manager. She stood up and walked away without saying anything. I waited for some time at the receptionist desk, then asked receptionist to invite a manager. Eventually I was able to meet nice lady,who was very polite and kept saying that they want to do it right. I could not spend any more time in that place. I left. I do not know the name of that nasty girl,nor the name of the nice lady. Neither one of them had a name badge or bother to introduce themselves. Neither one of them bothered to ask my name.I was addressed mam at all times of dealing with them. So, it was incognito encounter.I had smile on my face walking in the place. I had throbbing headache when I left.They ruined my day. I will avoid this place in the future.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rajender Macha since 2006. He is kind, punctual, and most of all, very thorough! I do not trust my eyes to anyone else! My grandson is the patient of another optometrist at Macha Family Eye Care, and he too, always receives the same kind, thorough, and most of all, patient (because he is just a child!) care that I receive from Dr. Macha.

Exceptional care for my invalid husband. I love the staff as they care for each and every one of their customers.

I called Macha the day before my exam to give them my insurance info, as requested. The woman that I spoke to was rude and dismissive, chastising me and telling me that they already had my insurance info. She happened to be wrong and named the wrong provider.I promptly canceled my appointment and wont return to Macha I will also instruct my family and friends who go to Macha to do the same.

So this is my daughter Mikayla! Her vision is EXTREMELY bad! She’s been coming here to Macha Eyecare for about 10 years or more! Dr. Macha and his team has always treated us as family! We love it here! Well Mikayla broke her glasses and ABSOLUTELY could not see! We called the office and they got us in ASAP(knowing how bad her vision is) and she has no insurance so we didn’t know if there was anything we could do because money is very short and out of pocket (so we thought) was going to be a FORTUNE but Sam told us of the plan they have for non insured clients! We jumped on it! The staff here is so AWESOME! They helped us every step of the way(and in between(even on off hours) Dr. Macha and Sam were in touch with us)! Needless to say,the day we got the call from the office that her glasses were in we were there IMMEDIATELY! Lol! This is a photo of my daughter and Dr. Macha right after she could SEE again! Everyone in the office was cheering and were even moved to tears when they saw the reaction she gave finally being able to see again...btw her vision is a -6.50! This is really bad...blurred vision at best with out glasses! So with all of this said, THANK YOU SO MUCH to Dr. Macha and his lovely team! If ever calling to ask how much their service will cost with your particular insurance. Make sure to demand they tell you any additional costs they are going to throw on after your appointment is over!

The original consult was nice and I liked the doctor (he was very thorough with my exam.). I used my insurance to pay for a new pair of glasses, paying extra for the upgraded frames and special coating and paid out of pocket fot contacts. all in all, with the appointment fee I paid them over $600Unfortunately the experience was ruined two weeks later when I went to pick up my glasses. Now ive been wearing glasses for close to 20 years and every time I have gotten new glasses, the staff had Fitted them when I picked them up- adjusting the temples and the nose pieces, etc. not these. they were basically thrown at me.When I put the glasses on, it was clear there was a serious problem with one of the lenses. Not only is the RX way too strong, but the Focus point isnt even in the center of the lens. I mentioned it to the person throwing the glasses at me and got a meh. I also noticed that in the two minutes I had the frames on, they had bent slightly.When I mentioned this, I was told that my frames, that I had paid almost $100 OVER the price insurance would pay just bend like that because they arent very strong.I left, and then came back a few minutes later and asked to speak to the manager. I got a bunch of mea culpas and was told to Try the glasses that gave me an immediate headache for a couple weeks then if they didnt work to bring them back and They would see what they could doI tried them for 3 hours. because thats all that I could stand. Now Im stuck with a pair of glasses I cant use (and why on earth would I want to go back there after that experience to try and get them fixed- I dont even trust the frames to last after what that employee told me so what good is it anyway?) and am out the $200 extra I paid. At least the contacts came in so I can wear something.
