CVS is nothing more than a corporate monster minimizing staff at the cost of customer service. Moved my scripts to this location in hopes that the service would improve. Have yet to experience the improvement. Staff tells you to expect your prescription to be ready for pick up within a couple of hours. However to date it has always been 4+ hours at best.

It is always something 🙄 never have help such long waits. Overworked rude staff really needs improvement. Moving my meds and my mothers lost 2 customers 😒

Im sorry to be rude but I went to pick up my prescription like I always do on Monday night and this dark skinned guy acted like I was a dope head and then told me my prescription was on hold. Hold for what there are no holds on my medication. I work a 24 hr service for semis and I have to have it first thing in the morning! And the script writer even told me if there was any problems with my medication to call her back tonight but she was already out of the office. Thanks CVS.

The pharmacy is good and a little faster than the other CVS in Anderson. It seems like morning shift workers arent as friendly or helpful as the afternoon or evening staff. Store is kept pretty clean. It seems like they have more merchandise options in the beauty products and food products aisle than the other CVS stores in town.

Very slow and understaffed, very difficult to get someone on the phone or get a Rx refilled, its becoming very time consuming to try to get prescriptions filled and picked up here, the staff are friendly, they are just way understaffed, who is the pharmacy manager here? whats the deal lately?

A decent enough pharmacy, I find that the best thing about this store is its location. For me as a college student it lies nearby and is really convenient for picking up my prescriptions. It is not very far from my dorm and it also allows me to get some other supplies neccessary for college life.

These people have a very very very busy job. I never have seen them doing nothing. Yes it can take some time to get a prescription filled here, but given how much business they get...its very understandable. Always clean, no odors, friendly staff, and helpful pharmacy staff.

My husband Robert Fox needed to duplicate some photos. He had no idea how to do this. Fortunately, Nicole was there. He was impressed with how friendly and helpful she was. While she helped him she also checked out other customers. It was a very good experience!

I only use this pharmacy because it is 24 hrs and it accepts my insurance. They are frequently unable to fill my prescriptions because the medicine is out of stock. My most recent experience with this is with my asthma controller inhaler. This is incredibly poor ordering. Maintenance medications are predictable to a high degree.Most of the pharmacy team is both competent and treats me well, but a few members can be condescending or downright mean.There is often a LONG wait. Bring a snack.I have received texts from the pharmacy that my medication is ready when it is not.The retail portion of the store is okay. Its a standard CVS. However, their feminine hygiene section is woefully lacking in product variety. It is also often improperly sorted in its shelving.

Horrible completely have no clue how to run their Pharmacy then they want to treat you like s*** when you get tired of dealing with the stupidity. Highly recommend they also train their pharmacist on how to use their app since they always act so shocked when Im able to show them that my order is there when theyre telling me its not. Pretty stupid

THIS PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. LONG WAIT TIMES AND THEY CANNOT DO THERE JOBS PROPERLY ..AND CHARGE MORE FOR MEDICATIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY ..NEVER GOING TO THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. As soon as you walk through the doors youre always greeted with a friendly hello from one of the CVS staff members. The pharmacists and the technicians are very helpful and easy to talk to. The longest time Ive ever had to wait to get medications filled was maybe 30 minutes and that was when they were very busy. I always go to this CVS for any and all of my medical and nonmedical needs.

It took me 2 days to get an antibiotic because my home health aide could only be here 5 hours. I had explained this to them. Im switching to a mail order that comes by UPS.

Do not go to this location. I dropped my I drop my prescription off to them they never told me that they did not have the prescription until I came back to pick it up they told me they were going to order my prescription each time I would call to see if they had it they never had the medication 3 weeks later they tell me that they never received my prescription pretty much called me a liar and told me I never dropped it off to them then I go back to my doctor to get another prescription and they had called my doctors office and told them that I refuse to pick up my prescription and never had been there to pick it up even though they had lost it

The pharmacist was completely rude. I will never be back to a cvs again. I was trying to transfer a prescription from Walmart to them, you would think they would have been more than willing to be nice. She was a complete nasty person to me, acted like I was bothering her.

Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy! Nothing but issues every single time I refill. Spent over an hour trying to fix supposed insurance issue to be hung up on three separate times and being obviously frustrated after that, and the female pharmacist being extremely rude and condisending. Wont use them again.

Lied to me about how long my prescription would take to be filled, they said 2 hours and it took 5 hours!?!??!

When you call and ask about ur refill is ready and they wont even say hello or goodbye at the beginning or ending of the call. I understand being busy but they are just plain RUDE!! This was today and yesterday was rude when telling me I had a pre authorization on my prescription! They need more help or need to just shut down its so freaking RUDE

Only pharmacy l will use! Only 24 hour pharmacy in Madison County. They do go through high peak times like first of every month.

Store has become increasingly cluttered. Price tags are confusing. Staff seems rushed and inattentive.

There is one woman that works in the pharmacy that makes the experience at CVS and Nightmare she works night shift and she always makes the experience at CVS a nightmare. She never answers the phone we have called then travel down there to find out there are no customers and she just didnt want to answer the phone. She is rude with customers not just us how she continues to have a job at this location is beyond me.

AS OF 2/28/2020 THIS CVS IS NO LONGER 24HR!

My 9 month old was diagnosed with the flu. Went to have her meds filled & the pharmacist was rude and hateful. She said, we dont have tamiflu and I dont know where you can get any. You need to call around for it! Walked away and left me standing there in the middle of trying to ask a question. Gesh...thanks lady the 6 hours in the ER with a sick baby before meeting you really made my day. Thanks for being the icing on my crap day.

Spent an hour and fifteen minutes just trying to get one prescription. I was sent back and fourth from the pick-up and drop-off around five times.

The woman at the window was so rude! I was told there would be a 45 minute wait, I came back an hour and a half later and she said 20 more minutes. When I asked for the script back she said next time you need to listen to the wait time instead of just showing up! I will never go back to CVS again!
