Went to make an appointment got the very same day. Also made a future appointment. Very fast and easy.

My son went into the dentist as excited as could be and left terrified of ever going back. He was seen by his school dentist a month prior to going to Shasta community dental, who said he had excellent oral hygiene and no cavities. Shasta Community informed me that he had THREE cavities just by looking into his mouth, they werent able to get x rays of the back teeth because he was in tears after they tried a few times. I took him to Shasta Kids Dentistry and they made everything so much more comfortable for him and were actually able to get X-Rays of his back molars and said he had no cavities and great teeth. I would never recommend Shasta Community for small children. Im so glad I went with my gut and took him somewhere else

Both of my daughters have been, and they have been amazing each time. Even though one of my daughters had a painful experience, (nobody’s fault) she still has zero fear because it was handled so well by everyone. Both feel very comfortable and at ease. The wait was very short, even the first time which was a walk-in, and she was treated the following week. Each experience has been amazing.

This was my daughters first time at the dentist and she had the best experience, she wanted to go back the next day! Everyone was so good with her. We also got right in and didn’t have to wait.

Front desk was quick and efficient. Always a wait with this place but worth it once seen. The xray tech was gentle and soft spoken. The dental staff was great. Came in filling extreme pain and within a few hours the pain was manageable.

I had two teeth that were hurting,they were loose. I had to wait for a cancellation in order to be seen. I am just starting, I am on the waiting list, I am not a patient yet! I call every 3 months so I can become a regular patient. They numbed the area and were able to extract my two teeth. I spent a year worried about my teeth. The next day I felt fantastic, the weight was lifted off my shoulders and for the few days of pain was gone!! Highly skilled, kind and respectful. This was an emergency. Yeah no more pain!

They did my root canal very well and the doctors that did it were very nice and sociable

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went 3 days in a row as a walk-in because of pain. On the 3rd day they finally fit me in only to tell me that since I wasnt in pain they couldnt do anything even though I told them Id had a bad toothache for 4 days. They sent me home without doing anything!

I have always had amazing experiences with the dentists and nurses at Shasta community Health Dental, especially at the Anderson clinic. The new building is always clean and the rooms are comfortable.

Nice folks. expert care attractive price no waiting...What? No waiting? There were 3 patients seen while I was there.They had room for 20 or 30

It is a very nice place to have you teeth worked on I was at ease with them from the start. they are great people and know now to do there jobs

The Dr and assistant were so amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing for me. When I was taken from the waiting room to the back, the assistant talked to me and took my focus completely off where I was at! I’m so afraid of getting work done on my teeth but when getting to my room I felt at ease. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Dr Kaze is the most knowledgeable and personable dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure to have in charge of my care. Covid19 has made getting necessary dental work impossible but hopefully that will change soon when restrictions on certain procedures are approved for the staff to offer to patients once again.

Never had been in the building before. It was very nice and the staff where amazing.

I had no idea what was wrong with my tooth. I have only had 2 toothaches before in my life and those both turned out to be accessed wisdom teeth. I had the worst toothache in my left side molar and I had no dentist because of insurance costs. I went to the clinic as a drop in. The dentist and his assistant were amazing. It turned out I have a very bad sinus infection nothing wrong with my tooth. He prescribed an oral rinse 3 x per day. After one day the toothache was 100% gone. Now I will see my MD for the sinus infection.

Honestly, I called bc my 4 year old was having terrible tooth pain, like cant eat cant hardly drink anything, tooth pain. I called Shasta Community Dental and they said they didnt have any appts available within the next week so if I brought him in early in the morning as an emergency walk in, theyd get him taken care of, so I did just that. They took xrays and said, because of covid we arent doing ANY proceedures right now, continue the tylenol/ibuprofen regiment and keep calling every day and maybe well be able to get him in I told them that regiment was no longer working and he needed help asap, I asked if he could have antibiotics or ANYTHING that would help the pain because I, as well as my 4 year old, was no longer getting any sleep. They said, antibiotics MIGHT help so they prescribed them and that was it! I called around to another dentist in town and shes going to take care of him no problem! Shes doing procedures. So what I dont understand is why one dentist can do them and the other wont when they accept the same insurance!However, when I called Shasta Community back in a panic because the bump on my sons gums was getting much bigger, the receptionist was AMAZING!! She put herself in my shoes and got the dentists recommendation on what I shouldve done from there and then just told me what she does for her son when hes in pain (all while clarifying with me that this was not professional advice, just from one loving mama to another) and it worked! Im very thankful for that receptionist because I was upset and at a loss at what else I could do to help my son. She is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 2! I dont know if youre going to see this, but thank you so much for your empathy and help! Its SO appreciated!

Im on the new patient listen but I went in waiting for a cancellation. I got seen the same day and they did an amazing job and had some good reggae music playing that relaxed me.

The technicians were very nice. The receptionist was extremely helpful. It was an all around nice experience.

Had a bad molar extracted. The Dentist did a really good job. She was very professional. She kept me informed as the procedure moved along. It was as close to painless as pulling a tooth can be.

My daughter is 2 the dentist lady was very nice and friendly made my daughter feel really compfortable. She didnt even cry or b scared at all. I was very surprised how good it went for all of us.

Front staff are terrible, dismissive and rude. Dental assistant was wonderful with my child. Dentist was alright, very quiet mumbling didn’t seem very knowledgeable she did however get another dentists opinion.

It was both of my sons first time seeing a dentist Shasta community health center was very very patient with our two sons we appreciated it.

The new office is beautiful and has a wonderful, CLEAN, feel when you walk in. Had a decent experience and the team was patient with my 2.5 year old son who was definitely not easy to work with nor was he quiet about it. Kudos. However I was pretty disappointed when I went to schedule an appt for myself after being on the 3 month long wait list, after being told to call in May to get on another waitlist, I was told that because I didn’t do it prior to May 1st, I’d have to be put on another 3 month long waitlist. I don’t understand the logic ? but how did I get my son in within a month, and I have to wait 6? Just weird. Looking for another dentist for myself.. but for kids, great experience.

I have been very happy to be a client of Shasta Community Health Dental Center, first in Redding and then in Anderson. I believe they do professionaldentistry and thye do demonstrate a sensitivity to the client which creates as comfortable an experience as possible. Its very, very nice.

Just had my initial appt for X-rays and all that stuff. Was a good experience dr. Pho was great and her assistant I don’t remember her name was great too!
