Our daughter had her braces put on today. She was really nervous in the beginning. Dr. Fosters friendly staff really helped in making her feel comfortable and alot less nervous in her experience. Thank you so much for that. We look forward to her next visit.

I absolutely love this place! I was extremely anxious about getting teeth work (braces) done, but Dr. Foster and his team have made this whole experience the best I’ve ever had with any doctor, dentist, or orthodontist! They have become like family and they treat you like it! Bri is the BEST! She is very gentle, super sweet, and is definitely a people person! I appreciate that they take their time with you, and actually care about you! 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!

We love Dr Foster and Foster Orthodontics. We have had two children go through braces. Both had difficult cases and Dr Foster has always been positive and caring towards my children and towards me, their concerned mom. Savannah is our ortho tech and she is amazing as well. We have been seeing Dr. Foster and his awesome staff for 6 years. Our oldest daughter now has a beautiful smile and actually smiles unlike she use too. Our middle daughter is now in braces and one more daughter behind her. He is great with the kids and puts them at ease. The staff of ortho techs are wonderful. There is a sense of family when you are in the office. We are happy to have found Dr. Foster.

Without question, the best orthodontist in upstate South Carolina. The staff is so caring. They always do their best to accommodate our busy schedules and set appointments that work for us. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Service is more important to me than price BUT they were the least expensive option as well. Dr. Foster is so personable and thorough. Their office has a “home” feel to it. I highly recommend them.
