All the office staff and assistants were super friendly and helpful but as soon as the dentist came she acted so rushed and my daughter had work done on her two front teeth and it looks awful. It keeps looking discolored and she didn’t even fill it in straight.And on top of that she originally had a small gap in between her two front teeth and she just went in and completely filled it in which may have been ok had she said that before she had done it. It completely changed her smile and her mouth. Not to say I wanted her to keep the gap but that she was just so rushed and it showed in her bedside manner and in the work she did on my daughters teeth. My son was also seen the same day she left him sitting waiting for her to come back thinking she hadn’t finished and finally one of the assistants comes in and says “she’s done you guys can go now.” It was so rude. She never even discussed anything she did to his teeth to me. It’s too bad because the other staff were so nice.

This dental office is great! They are so nice and gentle. The office is clean and up-to-date.

Only dentest I could find on a Saturday that would see me. Pulled a very painful tooth and did free x-rays. Great staff and great painless dentest. I have since made them my dentest. Having a plate, teeth filled and cleaning. They went with my insurance and gave me a really good price. I highly recommend these dentests. Go there you will not regret it!!!

I have never had a dental appointment and not had a great visit. They are friendly, professional and respectful. They are all a great bunch of people to work with. Really regretting my decision to go here. I went because I had a hole in a tooth. I came in here PAIN FREE. I let them fill the 3 “cavities” they said I had, even though I had no pain or discomfort. Big mistake. Because now I have LOTS of pain that doesn’t go away where they did work. They cracked a tooth & now I’m suffering and will most likely need the tooth pulled. That or, I spend thousands on a root canal and a crown. Either way, I f*cked up coming here.

The staff is great.The dental work is pathetic. I went here for about 2 years & referred family/ friendsbefore realizing something wasnt right.Fillings fell out within weeks of being done. A friend of mine had a partial done that never fit right but was told it did & pain was normal.Every bit of the work I had done there has all had to be redone by my new dentist.

Friendly enough people but, tooth extraction was more painful than needed to be. I asked for prescription pain relief and was denied. I suffered needlessly.

My son went here just laat week. We havent had the type of life where I could afford to take him to the dentist all the time, so when he got his own insurance he made an appointment here. We got there and I thought they were being very firendly and helpful, at least the assistants and help staff. The dentist, im not sure of her name at the moment, did not have very good bed side manners. She was not listening to my daughter in law and was doing things the way she wanted instead of asking my son. He had a certain tooth that NEEDED out and she pulled 2 others instead of that one. Even though im sure those needed out as well, the one that was giving him pain she left until the end. When she finally got to that tooth, she went to pull it out and my grown son screamed like he was being murdered. She said im thinking your confusing pressure with pain and she tried again. At this point my son is sobbing asking her to stop. The dentist had already given him the legal amount of numbing shots and told him he would have to come back tomorrow. He is still crying at this point and my daughter in law had to ASK if he could have something for pain. The dentist did write him something for pain but when asked if he could possibly have an infection in his mouth she said oh no no i saw no infection just come back tomorrow and we will get that last one out. At this point it was going on 7 pm. A couple hours after the place should have closed. She was shoving us out the door and just wanted to deal with it tomorrow instead of taking time to answer our questions. My daughter in law gets very worried about my son because he can handle a great deal of pain and here he was sobbing in front of his family and 2 other women. Something my son normally wouldnt do. He had to wait an entire night in much more pain than before. I mean for Gods sake she was yanking on a tooth that was already giving him horrible pain and then says NEVERMIND! Its like poking an open wound with a stick and wondering why it wont stop bleeding. If she would have worried about that tooth from the start like EVERYONE was trying to tell her he would have been much more comfortable. We decided to ask for another opinion. We went to Immediadent right down the street from Lakewood. They got him in right away. They LISTENED to him when he said he was nervous and that the numbing shots dont always work for him. And they also listened to my daughter in law with all of her concerns. It might not be her mouth but she sometimes can explain him more than he can explain himself. (On a side note Immediadent made him take out his 1 inch metal guages while taking X Rays when Lakewood didnt). They gave him something to make him relax and made sure his trouble tooth was numb before doing anything in his mouth. And guess what!! He DID have an infection and needed a high dose antibiotic for it. They gave him 2 different pain medicines along with it without even being asked! And they called him the next day to make sure he was feeling better. Lakewood never even called to see if he wanted to reschedule his missed appointment. All i have to say to Lakewood is this: just because youre the doctor doesnt mean you know best. Listen to your patients! He said he needed only one tooth out right away and you ignored him and his wife and took 2 others out that could have waited for another visit. Once you piss my daughter in law off theres no going back; and its actually really hard to piss her off. You put her husband in the most uncomfortable situation he has ever been in. You did not listen to him, you made him feel anxious and nervous, and when he said he was in pain you tried telling him he was confused. Im sure youre a great dentist but these are major things you need to realize. We will not reccommend Lakewood to anyone and we will not be back!
