Jasmine was a great hygienist! Beautiful office design with glass doors to the patient rooms. Not that the rooms matter that much, but is it pleasing to the eye.Dr. Carter is thorough, easy to talk with and truly concerned about his patients well-being.

Great dentist, we’ve been with him since 2013 I believe when he first opened. He’s always been there for emergencies, preventive care and any procedure we have needed. Great staff, friendly and they listen to what you need and work with your schedule. I recommended this office to everyone o know.

My mother had a consult with Dr Carter yesterday for 2 wisdom teeth extractions. Needless to say she was nervous about the visit & I was nervous for her. This was my first visit to Hopewell Family Dentistry. The staff was very friendly, and the office atmosphere is lovely. The hygienists and Dr. Carter were very helpful and did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my teeth and explaining any additional services or treatments.

As an adult who has always been terrified of the dentist, and still do get anxious when I go. However the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Carter and his staff, really cut that anxiety. I have been a patient for 3 years now, and have had two pretty technical procedures done. Both of which yielded more that excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and his team for any dental work. I will be returning in three weeks myself for some minor work again myself.

My experience here was great. From the beautifully done interiors, to the polite and helpful staff to Dr. Carter, in explaining my procedure, to his obvious expertise.

Got a great check up and cleaning. Dr. Carter is a very professional dentist and always is so friendly. The office staff is also very friendly. Looking forward to him moving in his new building in August.

I am terrified of the dentist. My first time calling the office to schedule an appointment I made them aware. They were so nice and understanding. Seeing Dr. Carter the first time instead of just jumping right into my mouth and telling me what’s wrong he asked me what my dental concerns were if I wanted to change anything. I did need my wisdom teeth removed and had it done yesterday. I am in slight pain (to be expected) but nothing compared to when I had a tooth removed from another place I had gone to. It has been and overall wonderful experience with Hopewell Family Dentistry. Great small, cozy, friendly atmosphere that I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I cannot thank Dr. Carter and his entire staff for all they’ve done for me and my family. Many people have fears about dental work or just a simple cleaning. Dr. Carter and his staff will treat you like family and will do their best to remove any of the unwanted fears. For example, they have televisions situated on the ceiling in the exam rooms so that when he leans his patients back in the chair, they are able to watch television. This serves as a great distraction from the fact that you are in a dentist office that has manged to alleviate tensions Definitely checked them out! We’re so glad we did! 😊

My son Lucas does not mind when it is time for a dental cleaning appointment. Everyone is always so kind & courteous. This is not only from the time you are greeted as you come in the office but, also calling with any question you might encounter. I am so happy a teacher I know recommended here for Luke. She understood he could show some anxiety at times with new people/experiences as a way to cope. No problems ever seen! The staff have a great hands on approach & talk to the child engaging them in discussions & topics of interest. It also has to say something that way before his appointment is (I mean months)he is asking when he goes again. I am very satisfied & would recommend to anyone. 💙 😊

We love Dr Carter and his staff. He is very knowledgeable about Denistry. He found a cyst on my husbands gum very quickly when he looked at his X-ray. No other dentist had ever said anything about it and it had been there quite some time. I have never liked going to the dentist but they make you feel very comfortable there.

I literally recommend these guys to everyone at work or in general if I hear dentist come up. My experience with other practices cannot even begin to compare to Dr. Carter and his team! I actually have some pretty bad nerves when it comes to being in the chair but they all make it super easy! love them to pieces!Trust me, you too will love them!

OMG this place is everything that you could have asked for. I had to extract my wisdom tooth and I worried all week before my appointment time. Coming from a history of being a less than perfect patient, I have to say, the staff at Hopewell have turned me around. I dont remember the last time I felt as comfortable or attended to. The staff are sincere and Dr. Carter makes sure you understand exactly what is needed and what to expect. I have never had to wait and the value is better than any in the area. Highly recommended.

All of my children, from ages 4 to nearly 7, love it here! Dr. Carter and the staff make them feel comfortable and at ease with all of their dental needs. The TVs on the ceiling are wonderful for entertaining them while they get their work done too :).

I absolutely love the staff overall. They are very kind and welcoming. The dentist is incredibly gentle and great at what he does! The reason Im rating this a 3 star is through my experience with one of the hygentist. Ive had numerous painful cleanings but the last visit topped the cake when I came home with two huge mouth sores on the inside of my cheeks. I couldnt eat for a week after. I knew I got hurt while I was getting the cleaning but had no idea it would turn into that. This is a wonderful dentistry but I am now afraid to come back due to my painful experience from before.

I LOVE Dr. Carter and his staff ! My wait time was short and their facility is so clean and beautifully decorated. Their hygentist was very gentle and my teeth felt great afterwards.
