A very professional practice with a truly friendly staff! Dr. Smith is a wizard at diagnosis and helping you understand what the fix is and why you need it. I feel very comfortable that he has my best health at heart. I have been his patient for over 25 years and have had my terrible teeth turned into ones that are healthy and attractive and have NEVER had pain from any procedure he has done !!

Everyone was very nice. I didn’t have to wait. The Doctor was done in about 15 minutes.He put a filling in a place was hard to do.The numbing medicine to work great and he did a good job on the filling. Dr.Smith gave me hope when I had lost all hopes of ever having a normal smile after a botched procedure almost a year ago. He agreed to try to fix me and I could not be more pleased with the work he’s done so far. We still have one more step and my smile will be done and I can’t wait to see the end result! I get emotional when I think of how grateful I am to him and his staff for what they’ve done for me and not only my smile but for my mental state as well , as I had thought I would have to live with the gum discomfort and cartoonish teeth for the rest of my life . I have been going to Dr Smith for about 6 years now. Before the last year, he was amazing. The last few times I have been he has been extremely rude to me. He did not want to help me with my tooth pain because I had another office closer to my home fill a cavity, he actually said he did not want to help me because of that.I had a dead tooth and was crying in pain and he pretty much just told me all I wanted was pain pills *I hate taking any pills like that* but in this case I needed something to ease the pain considering nothing else worked. He also told me there is something wrong with his hands causing him not to be able to do things he use to be able to. I have heard one of his assistants say he needs to retire due to his hand issues. I could not believe how rude he was to me.

They make you feel like family. I wouldnt go any other place!!!

I am very satisfied with the results of my Invisalign braces. There were no wires to deal with. These soft braces didnt create sores in my mouth and were easy to remove to clean. The retainers will need worn at bedtime, but its well worth it. My teeth great and are easy to floss. I think it was well worth the investment to prevent dental issues later from floating teeth.

Every experience there is pleasant because Dr. Smith and ALL of his staff truly care for their patients. The office is a calming area and helps ease my anxiety. Everyone there is just so kind, so nice. Dr. Smith has done lots of work on me through the years and he makes sure Im comfortable and not feeling any discomfort. Ive been a patient there for 30 years and have never even considered another dentist. From Dr. Smith to his hygienists to his assistants to his office staff....they are all so kind. So easy to talk to about my insurance. And Dr. Smith always explains everything I have going on in my mouth in detail to be sure I completely understand. I switched my family to Dr Garry Smith a few years ago, because I wanted a dentist who is up on the latest information and methods and who caters to patients who prefer the natural and holistic approach. I really like that he does not use amalgam fillings, he uses specially treated and filtered water in his office and he recommended (and gave a sample tube of) a natural ingredient toothpaste to me. All the work hes done on my teeth has been excellent and comfortable. He even solved my teeth clenching problem with a simple fix and I dont have to wear a mouth guard any more and I dont get headaches any more. The staff there are also very friendly and do a good job. I am very pleased with everything about Dr Garry Smiths dental practice in Anderson.

The only problem that I had was the bill of 80 plus dollars.I had a cleaning first one this year . A charge of 90 dollars usually.And I pay maybe a few dollars. My husband was just in and his charge out of pocket was 15. Was there something I didnt pay last year. I also had xrays so they should be covered. I am just curious about why so much on the charge out of pocket. I can check with my insurance also. I paid the out of pocket. But would like to know why.?
