Quick professional pain free extraction of #2 and #3 for a reasonable price. The staff and doctors were all focused on my comfort and I experienced no pain at all. Alexa was my personal assistant and with her bright personality will make a good career for herself as she finishes her studies. I felt safe at all times with their covid and sterilization precautions. I recommend them for your dental needs I just wish they also did general dentistry!

Amazingly fast service. Had 5 extractions(painless) and impressions for partial in morning. Returned in afternoon for fitting of partial that was already made during 4 hour interval. Looks and feels great. Overall could not have been better.

When I went to Affordable Dentures the first time I was welcomed and treated like family. The associates were very nice and efficient. The doctor explained everything she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on at all times. I recommend them to anyone I know who need work done.

Came in to get a tooth extraction and implant in the future. Doctor Lohse was very professional and experienced, I could tell right away. She did a really good job with the extraction of my tooth, even the healing process is going really well! Her assistant Alexa was also very professional, caring and patient! I’ve had great experience with affordable dentures and implants! And the prices are very affordable!

Horrible!!! The male Dentist is brutal. He’s rough. He’s unfriendly. The front desk staff are the most unfriendly, impatient staff Around. The nurses are ok but non of the staff seems to care about taking time with the patients to give them a pleasant experience. The dentures look like grandma teeth. The fit horrible. I’ve been back 6 times bc of it. Each time wasting over 2 hours each trip. I wish I would have never give this company my money.

My appointment was at 11am and I arrived early to complete my new patient paperwork. I got in around 1115 and met the dental assistant and the dentist and we talked about the findings on the x-rays for my visit and what they recommended for me. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and they removed a couple of teeth and finished before noon. I found that the price for all my dental work that I need is reasonable.

Very kind people! I was so nervous, but their kindness and patience helped me. Make sure you plan on being there from 8am to 4pm if you have extractions and dentures done. Doctor even gave me her cell phone number if I needed help that night.

It was pretty upsetting to have a 9:30 appointment but not be seen until 11:05/11:10. There was other people showing their tail about being seen I figured I should just sit quietly and wait. The receptionist was pretty rude. Wouldn’t let patients talk just cut them off and talked over them. I also don’t think calling everyone “babe” is professional.I will say I really loved the dentist and dental hygienist. They were extremely patient with me. They made it worth it.

The worst dental place in the world please do not go there. My Mom went there and her teeth were terrible they looked nothing like her original smile.... Im not sure how in the world they came up with the shape of teeth that they gave her. The teeth completely changed the look of her face. She paid the $1600 and the bottom teeth were very lose. Also they didnt even show her what they looked like they rushed her out because she was the last customer of the day. Very very very dissatisfied customer.

My husband has been needing a couple of teeth taken out for a long while now. Everyone else we spoke with wanted to do a cleaning first and with sensitive teeth, he can’t do that. Also he is not the happiest dental patient but the staff was absolutely amazing with him. The nurse kept him calm and the doctor was so great. He made sure he was comfortable and was fast. It was over fast! I totally recommend them!

I really love this place, when I went in I was super nervous but every employee that I interacted with was super friendly and courteous. My husband had an appointment at 10 was told to be there 20 minutes early which he did. The front desk worker was extremely rude to him as well as multiple patients during our wait to include an elderly lady having a hard time hearing her. The entire waiting room was disgusted by the receptionist unprofessionalism at the front desk. I will say several patients did say the assistances and dentist were very nice and helpful in the back, we will never know. It’s a shame to have this type person representing your business. At 11 am we canceled the appointment and left.

I went in for a consult and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I have a return appointment that was booked quickly to my satisfaction. No long waiting time.

Needed to replace small appliance in front lower. Male dentist became annoyed when I declined recommendation for full denture replacement. Spoke disrespectfully even saying my teeth (overbite) could. “Open a coke bottle”. Keep in mind I was paying $699 for this service.Returned next day to pick up appliance. Ashley did the fitting. Cheerful, kind, empathetic, customer focused. Too bad she wasnt the dentist. I will go elsewhere in the future.

It made for a long day but it was worth it I was there with my brother who has had a stroke and in a nursing home they were very good with him the one who did his impressions and fitting she was just amazing with him she got down and spoke with him and explain things to him and it was encouraging to see someone who loved their job and loved the people that they worked with I was really impressed with her and grateful for the compassion she showed with my brother the Doctor who worked with him she was really good too she would just talk with him softly and explain things to him she was very good with him also

I woke up one morning and was missing an ENTIRE TOOTH from the front of my smile. I was horrified and needed it fixed really quickly. I first saw a sole practitioner dentist first before going to Affordable Dentures. The first dentist provided me with a treatment plan that was TRIPLE the price of what I ended up getting the work done for at Affordable Dentures (they did the *exact* same work, by the way... the private dentist just charges triple the price). I had 3 teeth extracted and a partial made, which is absolutely great quality and fits perfectly. The best part was that my partial was ready the same day -- the private dentist (remember ... triple the price?) outsources their lab work, so they couldnt have me in a new partial for at least a week from the date of my visit. I definitely wasnt interested in walking around for a whole week with a missing tooth. I was at Affordable Dentures at 8:30am the day after my consultation, they did impressions, wrote my pain and antibiotic rxs so I could have them filled before the procedure, I waited about 10 minutes for them to tell me the impressions were fine, and then I was free until my scheduled surgery time. I was able to get my pain meds filled while I was waiting and relax for a little while, which was so nice! The appointment wait times can be long for general appointments (it seems this place is ALWAYS busy - probably because its the only place the non-1%ers can afford) but the dentists and staff are wonderful. Alexa was my hygienist for the procedure. She helped me feel so relaxed and was so helpful! Dr. Lohse is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely return for implants when the time comes.

The office kinda looks like a clinic , the ladies at the front desk were kindly rude. And rush you when speaking . The nurse and the dentist were really nice and up front .

Everyone was very friendly. Had to wait a long time past my appointment time. When I went back to pick up my dentures it seemed like they were in a hurry and didn’t make sure my dentures fit correctly. I will have to go back to get them corrected.

Felt like cattle being bearded to slaughter. Receptionist was rude and loud. She took my insurance card and brought it back to me then asked me for it again. My appointment was 9:30 wasnt seen until about 11:00. Building was kinda of old people stacked on top of each other., But you had to have mask.

I would give a higher review, but they overbook appointments. Wait time 1st visit was 1hr 20 min.Next was an hour.

My appointment was for 9am. I sat in the waiting room until 950am and had to leave for another appointment. This office seemed very disorganized. I told the lady at the desk that I had to leave. I told them to shred my paperwork because I will not return.

My husbands second set of dentures was made by the commerce ga location. They never fit him right so we went to the Anderson sc location where the dentist was rude and wasnt helpful at all. Tried to tell us he needed new dentures instead of an alignment and even admitted that they werent made right inthe first place. Neither location was willing to fix their mistake.

Dr. lohse along with Tracy and Pam made sure I was completely satisfied with my new denture and assured me the would take care of any possible problem. Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommended!

Ive had some bad experiences with dentist through my years, but with Dr. Lohse was the best experience Ive ever had, I had implants put in, all my teeth extracted in the same day. I was very nervous, her team and her were awesome. She brought music in, we all sang (well I hummed) they were very attentive and thorough. The prices beat everyone elses, I have insurance but they didnt take mine, I still chose to go with them. Mrs. Virginia at the front is a delight. I cant wait to see them all again, its honestly the way a dentist office should be ran. I gotta a good-looking grill to..thank you all so very much for my awesome smile.

WORST Possible Place to go for ANY dental work..male dentist was crude and barbaric in removing my teeth and I am suing them to get my money back for shoddy workmanship...twice!! I gave them a second chance to fix crooked dentures and they failed twice... This is just a money mill and nothing more. Steer CLEAR of this place!!!

Go anywhere but here for dentures. Took my Mom there for a repair and the two women at the front desk are rude! You have to sign a “behavioral agreement” which I have never heard of. After seeing how they talked to every single person who entered and also who called I can see why. I’m sure it’s due to their terrible attitudes. No professionalism at ALL!

Well I had an appointment at 9:30, I had to leave because I had sat there for 1 and a half hours. And every time they said I was next, someone would walk in and go straight back. I think that if they set an appointment, stick with it. I dont think I will be back. The service is very bad and slow.

My husband, Ray, was the one who got dentures. He had a good experience, there were only a couple of things I think they could improve on. One was the waiting time. His appt was at 9:00, he wasnt called back till almost 10:00. Then went back that afternoon to get the dentures, and waited about 1-11/2 hrs before being called back then. The other thing was the staff could have been more friendly. There was only one that was very nice and friendly, but cant remember her name.

Very professional and got got my bad tooth out quickly recommended them for any extraction procedure. Very observant of safety with anti covid measures .Thank you for taking care of my dental needs I will be back when I need other dental care.

Affordable Dentures have been great from the first time I walked in their door a couple of years ago. If you are scared of having teeth pull, check them out. I have several pulled at one time. They called to check on me the next day. Great doctors and helpers . Love yall.

This place is awful and I’ll tell anyone not to go.

The lady at the check in window was very rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by us being there. We showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early but still had to wait a very long time. When we finally got back we were met by a very sweet and helpful woman named Ashley. At one point the dentist came in for maybe 3 minutes, took a glance at the xray, mumbled a few words and left . We had to ask Ashley what he said. We will not be having any work done at this place. I believe in saving money but this place is unbelievably bad.

I didnt care much about the way they pulled my top teeth it wasnt all the way dead before he started pulling them and when I told him that it wasnt number he told me that it was just pressure that I was feeling I know what pain feels like and I had came just about all the way out of the chair it hurt so bad but out side of that it wasnt bad at

Your scheduling needs work, an enormous amount. My appointment was for 10 am. There was a sign on the door to text the office upon arrival and receive further instructionsMy text was answered promptly letting me know that I needed to fill out some paperwork. An assistant showed up outside with a clipboard of papers to complete. Some of this was redundant since I was a returning patient.I filled everything out (some of it was duplicates and triplicates) and handed the clipboard back to the customers service person. She told me to wait in my car and I would be called. That whole transaction took no more than ten minutes. I sat in the car for the next hour waiting to be called. Then I received a text saying okay. I went back to the entrance and was told that the room was being cleaned and readied for me. I stood there an additional fifteen minutes before finally being escorted inside and then treated. The procedure took no more than 25 minutes. So that is an hour and a half waiting, for a total of nearly two hours. which is way too long. The staff told me that they were just extra busy because of extra precautions for Covid-19. I believe that the office was just completely over scheduled. If you know that it takes 15 minutes to clean between every patient you need to figure treatment time plus 15 for every appointment. The office does not open until 8:30 am, so how can you be 90minutes behind by 10 am?I understand about maximizing the treatment schedule in case Someone cancels last minute or doesn’t show. But you can have emergency clients on standby.

The lady at the glass, where you check in, never spoke to my father, who was a new patient. After we were there a few moments I noticed some medical history update forms, said lady was on phone. I motioned we would start on those as my father is a new patient, she then stated on receiver she was so sorry and applied it to her chest to huff and answer me. After I filled out all the forms I could find, I slid them under the pool noodle on the glass and said lady never said a word. The assistant there was wonderful, 25+ years experience and had a wonderful feel like family attitude. The dr was right on point with his assistant, pano and diagnosis. This section of our visit was wonderful. Then check out was super simple bc our consult was free and the front just says we take care credit, here is the flier call and sch when your ready. My dad would never know how to apply and check if he could get or use care credit, I had to make his appointment. So coming from a 15 year dental assistant this office could be wonderful if the business team were as helpful as the clinical team.

Im so overwhelming with my new dentures and implants. I was nervous at first but Jennifer made me feel at ease and I was never uncomfortable. Im 65 years old and still a big baby when it comes going to the dentist. Jennifer is very passionate in her work and cares very much how you feel all through the procedure. Her staff was great and very caring. My experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs dentures or implants and any other dental needs. Their prices are the best in town. Affordable Dentures in Anderson, SC is a great place to work with. The folks there are professional, they care about you and they are most importantly, capable. I especially like seeing Pam when I go in for a tweaking of my upper. She’s good! After a bit of healing, my temps had become loose but she re-aligned them for me and now they fit so well I do t need crime, powder or strips to hold them in place. She says my perms will be even better! And I believe her. Great folks, great service and great value!

I am writing a review about my mothers experience with this office. Totally Awful!!!!! She has cried for two days about the way she was treated and spoken to at Affordable Dentures 3004 North Main St Anderson SC. She was talked down to in a rude and humiliating manner. All while Dr. Lohse was in the very next room, with no way of not hearing what was being said. When people pay their hard earned money (up front of course) they should not be treated this way. My mother may have questions to try and understand the process but did not deserve this kind of treatment. When she got upset and started crying because of the way she was being talked to, she was given gauze and told to wipe her tears. Humiliating people who are asking questions is WRONG!! She is having issues with the dentures and can not get help. Do not give your money to these people!!! Shocking rude people and services. She deserves an apology.

This place is amazing ! I called this morning at 11, looking to have a same day appointment for an extraction. They scheduled me for a 2pm appointment. I arrived at 1:30 to fill out necessary paperwork. I had my extraction done by 2:30-2:45! No pain at all! Quick and efficient service! I will be going back for all my future dental needs! :)

Had my dentures made a week before my teeth were pulled. When dentist put my new dentures in they fit wonderfully so happy I called them before I had my teeth pulled bite and all lined up perfectly. Will differently get my new permanent dentures made here after my year of healing is up.

I called and made an appointment to have my top denture plate adjusted to fit better since they pulled my wisdom tooth..,, I get there and I see a sign that says “text this number to sign in” so I did and when I finally got the text to come to the door way, the woman starts asking questions and then proceeds to inform me I can’t enter the building unless I have a mask on! I simply explained to her that I have asthma and I even mentioned that my doctor I saw at the hospital from the time I passed out from wearing one has recommended me to not wear a mask due to lack of oxygen to my body caused me to pass out... needless to say that I didn’t get to see the doctor today to get my plate fixed due to the fact that I wasn’t allowed to enter the building unless I was wearing a mask! I always seem to have trouble every single time that I step foot in those doors because I have never had one single person who works there do their job correctly...! By the way my mouth is still hurting me and I have cuts in my gums where my denture has been shifting and shoved upwards into the gum line area. Before they started doing the text message signing in, the waiting room would be slammed packed with patients and I’ve only came across one lady who really impressed me with her respect and how she carried herself in her work environment. It’s either attitude, or not focused on anything that requires their full attention to their job. I find out more about my visits to get my teeth fixed than I do anywhere else!

My first appointanent was May 13th at 9:30am. I scheduled it on their website and received multiple text confirmations. When I got there, they were temporarily closed due to COVID-19, but they did not post this on their own website. The only way to find this information out would have been to call them. I let this slide, thinking it was a minor error. For my next appointment three weeks later (made by phone for 10:45am), I arrived fifteen minutes early. The parking lot was full, and I took the last parking spot available. 10 people were crowding around the front door. I called the office from my car, nobody answered the phone so I left a message. 10 minutes later I called again, amd the same thing happened. The third time I called, I finally got an answer and was told to pick up paperwork from the back door. When I did that, and returned it, I asked them when they thought they would take me. She said she would call me when they were ready, but I would have to wait. I waited in my car until 1pm. I left at that point, but they never called me back that day, or any day after that. I lost pay for that day (since I took off from work and received a point on my job record).

If I could give 0 stars I would. BUTCHERS is the only description I have for this place.
