I would highly recommend Dr. Tavel all the employees are very friendly and it has a very positive atmosphere!!! Also the prices they have on the glasses are amazing and if they are a little higher priced they have different options for payments. My glasses are perfect. The customer service is the best. I had left my sunglasses there by mistake, and when I dropped by to pick them up they cleaned the lenses! 😄Best place to go!

When you go to the doctor you get overwhelmed but when theres someone there to help make the process easier and just more joyful its a better experience. I always had that experience at dr tavel when Melissa was there. The fact that she now isnt there all of a sudden just upsets me. She was the kindest person in there. She always knew her stuff. And if she didnt know she went above and beyond to find an answer. Ive been there for years now and that office will never be the same. I always saw her helping everyone whether it be patients or staff to the best of her ability. She was an amazing person. And when i went in there and saw she was there it was relieving i knew i had the help to find the right glasses and the best lenses for me. She had many many patients that adored very sad to see one of the best people there no longer working there.

Took our granddaughter to Dr Tavel in Anderson a few weeks ago. Loved the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff, but particularly Jessica. She was extremely helpful! Our granddaughter loves her glasses! ❤ My husband and I both went today and ordered new glasses. Jessica helped us and had so much patience! You can tell she loves her job! We will definitely be going back and will refer others as well.

The ladies was extremely nice. I believe the tech was Jaimie or anyway I really liked her as she went thru everything with me and sh we had quite the sense of humor. Really enjoyed my visit and the doc was nice also made me feel like I had been coming there for yrs even though was my first time there at the Anderson office.. Great job you guys Also they probably have the most upgraded office with technology no more dilation and you get to see your whole eye exray so that was also nice

Honestly, I have never needed glasses or a full eye exam. Recently eyes have gotten pretty bad. I called and they were able to get me in the same day! Not only did I have a pleasant chat while on the phone, but the second I came in I was welcomed and treated like I was an old friend. My exam was relaxed and easier than I thought. The Dr was not only very nice but really informative and thorough. The girls and guy upfront were helpful and easy to talk to. By the time I chose my glasses and left I felt informed and like it was my only day off was well spent! They even added the glasses I wanted to my chart so my hubby could go get them for my birthday! Best service ever!!!

I had the best experience at Dr. Travel Ive ever had in any eye care reality in my life and no Im not exaggerating in any capacity every staff member there and Im sorry I cant remember the names but they where so pleasant I instantly felt comfortable they stayed engaged with me the entire time I began to feel part of the whole process not just someone going thru the process. I recently visited Dr. Tavel in Anderson and I was really pleased with my visit. All the associates was very helpful and friendly. The female doctor (Dr. Paasch) was very nice, professional and all around an amazing person. She went over and explained everything really well!!! Job well done!!!

Dr. Paasch was very detailed, informed and took concern with overall health and eye health. Staff and Dr. helped find best frames for my face and for bifocals. As well, I was fitted for multifocal contact lenses which were needed desperately. Very happy with service and assistance I received...

This was actually my boyfriends visit, he went in for his scheduled appointment.. (Remember I said scheduled) He said everyone was very friendly. The Drs were great. Everything was fine, but when the lady was directing him to which frames insurance covered, she just waved him in that direction, no one assisted him and he felt very rushed, like they just wanted him out of there, I admit and give credit to the fact that it was approaching closing time and Im sure they were ready to go home. But its not like he walked in 5min to close, he came in when scheduled. I still wasnt that irritated, just felt bad that he had to pick out glasses without really knowing what was covered, what looked good etc. The whole reason we came there is because they were recommended by my family, and when we told them of his experience, they described getting lots of help, being brought trays for the ones they tried on, suggestions etc. And thats what I find irritating.. Such above and beyond service but only if youre scheduled at the right time?

All the staff including the doctor were extremely helpful and very thorough.They were very busy when I had gotten inside but was very respectful and patient.

The service at the Anderson office of Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care is fantastic, from first walking in the door, to the eye exam, picking out frames, letting me know of the charges and their patience and leaving, they make you so comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, especially shown patients with my twin 9 year old girls lol! We arrived over an hour earlier then our appt time and they still allowed us to be scene as if it was our regular appt time. They scene us early, friendly faces, never shown any attitude for coming before our appt time and took care of us in a quick manner! The only thing I can say is I wish they had a way of receiving our glasses sooner then 3 weeks. That’s a long time going with out glasses. My daughters and I will be going back to have our eyes checked when time comes.

Got a routine exam, but when it came time to pick out glasses I was not sure what frames to get. I was led to frames that I would have never picked and I was not sure how they looked but was reassured they looked great(even got a compliment on my eyes). When I picked them up my daughter said she loved them. Bottom line is awesome place with awesome people... Ashley and Josselyn are just great!!! Highly recommend the good Dr. Travel and the great ladies that work there.

I took my 10yr old son to dr Tavel. It was the first time of ever being to an eye dr. He asked so many questions and the dr and the staff answered all his questions and was very patient and kind to him !!! Absolutely love the positive happy energy in the build !!!

I have FINALLY found my optometry office! Dr. Tavel on Scatterfield in Anderson has superior customer service! I dealt with at least 5 front desk reps during the process of getting an eye exam and ordering 2 new pair of glasses. Each person was professional, personable, kind, and friendly. The eye exam was fast and thorough. Every moment of my experience here was good! I have visited 3 other eyeglass places over the past 8 years, and didnt return to any of them, because I didnt feel embraced by them. I felt like I was bothering them. The staff at Dr. Tavel, Anderson, made me feel welcomed and cared for! Yall are THE BEST!!!

This was the best eye exam I have ever received. Dr. Kosir was through and took time to explain all findings to me. The office staff was wonderful in assisting me finding frames when I requested their assistance. I couldnt have asked for anything better. They were top notch!

The doctor was very efficient, thorough, and extremely pleasant. We got exams and ordered glasses for both of us in under 2 hours. Front desk ladies are awesome! Ashley and Melissa were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond in re ordering my lenses when the manufacture sent the wrong type. Ashley personally assisted in correcting the issue and Melissa ensured that it was at no cost to me. Great girls who deserve the kudos!

First went to another Dr. Tavel location for my eye exam. The exam at this location was rushed and the results were obvious. When my glasses arrived the prescription was very wrong, but not according to the rushed exam results. The next day I called the Anderson location, explained my dilemma, and asked for a reexamination. The results of the new exam were greatly different! This location replaced my lenses and retrieved my prescription sunglasses from the other location and replaced the lenses in those as well. Thanks Josselyn and staff for making things right!

I love going to the Anderson store. They have a bunch of great choices when it comes to glasses and prices that you can afford. Dr Kosir is a great dr! The girls are amazing. Ashley and melissa helped me figure out the best choice for me and went through and explained my options for glasses and made sure I understood everything.
