Ariel is amazing at what she does. I get so many compliments on my lashes! It saves me so much time in the morning getting ready, no more layer upon layer of mascara to make my lashes look great and no more scrubbing my eyes to get it all off at night. If you go, make sure you book with Ariel, she is the best!

The stylist was informative & descriptive including pictures of lash options and shape, length, volume, fullness. I left with oral and written instructions how to care for lashes. It was comfortable, semi-private, and drama-free between the staff during quiet periods. My stylist even returned a call personally. I will continue to book appointments with her, however they all seem terrific- respectively. It is a service I will be using from now on. The lashes look better than I expected!

Angel was my lash artist. She was very gentle & extremely nice. This was my first time getting my lashes done, and she made sure to explain what she was doing, when necessary! Definitely going back!

Angel was very professional and kind. Ive had my lashes done for 3 years in the place I was living and came here to do the DekaLashes TruExpress now that Im in this area. I found out on the table this means they dont do all lashes and if I wanted that I would have to go up a step. This would have been good to know from the website, but it wasnt written anywhere I could find.I did not wash my face or shower for 48 hours as instructed; however, in the meantime many of the lashes came off. Since all lashes werent done I now have a gap that looks odd.I would recommend them, but not for express lashes.

Loved this experience and will definitely be coming back! I had never gotten them done before but they were super nice and walked me through everything.

Excellent Service! Feels like a spa treatment for your eyes! I really enjoyed the mini diffuser and make sure you ask for a blanket!....so soft! Could be considered pricey. Overall Great and I will go again.

I went here Wednesday to get full set classic lash extensions. I’ve gotten lash extensions a handful of times somewhere else but I just moved to the area and decided to try deka lash. My eyes are usually red for a few hours after the application so this time I didn’t think anything of it but the next day they were so bloodshot and sore and the bloodshot wouldn’t go away the artist for lash glue in my eyes. And not only that a lot of my lashes fell out !!! I called to see what they suggested to do about my eyes and she said it’s never happened before so she really doesn’t no. Today is Friday I do not have any lashes left. A waste of 120 dollars. I suggest you go somewhere else. I also had to see a doctor.

The salon was nice and clean, the chairs were comfortable but I got the Tru Express lashes and this is day 2 and they are already falling out. The first day they were poorly on the lashes as I could see my natural lashes and there were noticeable gaps. I’ve been following all of the dos & fonts and they look like they already need to get refilled. They just don’t look good. Not worth the money here!

JUST DON’T GO!!!!! The employees are still in “training” and really don’t know what they are doing. They ripped my own lashes out and gave me about a 40% fill in. I paid them and then had to go straight somewhere else and pay again for a real fill in. And don’t bother contacting management. They don’t care about customer service either. Extremely disappointing

Rude and lazy worker called me to persuade me to reschedule while I was already driving to my appointment! Once I got there she was already annoyed at me and she started giving me a million reasons to re-book because she didn’t have time to work on my lashes... When I declined and advised I came there BY appointment, she agreed to still do them but advised my eyes would look different and wouldn’t match. AGAIN, I just got the vibe that she was purposely trying to make me give up and re-book for a different day. She then offered to take my current lashes off and that she COULD do the full process but I would be upcharged. Why? If I JUST needed a fill in!! She refused my fill-in because she didn’t have time but offered to re-do the full set? Make it make sense. Never going to the one in Anderson again ! They will find excuses to not serve you. I drove an hour for this nonsense ! I hope the manager reads this and does something about her. She was awful! Get rid of her. She would mumble her words and looked annoyed to be working on a Saturday. That’s not the customers fault. Smh.

This is 3 days after my fill in. The place is very professional and nice and cozy! The chairs u lay back in are so comfortable. They even have blankets! My lash tech went over everything with me on how to clean them and brush them. See I didn’t know I was getting nasty CLUSTER lashes and they are soooo bad for your lands and skin. I feel very comfortable going to Delia lash and I plan on going for a while! They sell everything u need to keep your lashes clean and brush and looking perfect everyday! I got the tru volume express I pay 159 a month with 2 free refills!!!

The esthetician was very sweet and took her time. But she spent a little too much time on my left lashes and now they are noticeably shorter than the right ones.

I’d recommend if you would take care of your lashes i spend a lot of time outside and mine kinda fallout bc i’m around fans and all but service is great, decent product. would get volume or hybride.

Got the express lash promotion for $69 last Friday but it only lasted a week instead of at least two. I followed all do’s and don’ts and by this morning they came out in globs. I didn’t even rub my eyes while they were on for fear of causing a problem. I won’t waste money on them again!

I heard about Deka Lash through Groupon. The offer on Groupon does not say anything about additional monies. However, after the service is completed, I’m told that the Groupon makes the service $69. All in all, I spent $120 and these lashes are basically gone in two days.(I followed her instructions on not getting the lashes wet).Updates 12/21/2020 I called to let them know the issue apparently this was a glitch in their system and I was not suppose to be charged additional monies. A lady(didn’t get her name) also offered to redo my lashes free of charge. Hoping tomorrow experience will be better.

This place was very unprofessional. Wasn’t greeted when I came in and the lady that did mine was on her phone the whole time. Left with my right eye having more extensions than the left and it was very noticeable.

I absolutely love them here!!!!!! Nicole takes care of me and my lashes everytime. She knows when you want to talk and when you just want to relax. The staff is super amazing and very professional. The atmosphere is always relaxed and makes you feel the same as well. 10/10.

I am usually not one to complain or leave a bad review for a company, but I am so unhappy with my eyelashes its not even funny. I went in with the expectations of having beautiful full lashes that would last. I got there place is very nice, I get with Cody and he starts working on my lashes. I told him I wanted full and volumes lashes and he couldn’t even give me that. What is even worse about it all my lashes started falling that same day...they told me dont wet them for the next 24 to 48 hours and they gave me a little card with all the donts when it comes to eye lash extensions. Tell me why a couple hours later my lashes were falling. I got them done a week ago and I have NO lashes anymore. THEY HAVE ALL FALLEN OFF AND I PAID $91 FOR THEM TO FALL OFF THE SAME DAY. I will NEVER again come here or recommend this place to ANYONE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
