First time there. Great experience! Ask for Mia. I got the Deluxe pedicure. She gave a very good leg & foot massage. The massage chairs worked very well. I would go there again.

The people here are friendly and professional. Beyond that, they are genuinely concerned about the health of clients’ nails and will be honest about the best products and services based on their observations. My nails are soft and weak right now because of a medical condition, so they advised me not to get acrylics. Instead, I got an application with powder color that is safer for my nails. I trust them and will take their advice! I highly recommend this business.

Waited an hour for a pedicure and the woman didn’t paint my moms nails, so we were gonna wait another 30 minutes for someone to paint them. My mom asked to change to the classic pedicure so I could have a turn and so she only received a nail trim. We asked to leave and were still charged full price for 1/3 of the services. Will NOT be going back. Not to mention my feet were never touched.

I still tipped them…That was my 1st experience.*I should’ve took that as a sign but than six months later I did 🤦🏽‍♀️ once again.*Things were good again. I visited them about 3x’s before I experienced another set of my nails chipping and peeling after three days of application.When I politely shared to the tech I got the same response as before.Nail tech tried to look my nails… while she was in the middle of doing a pedicure for another costumer ( which i thought was very unsanitary)I already knew that her goal was to find a reason to place blame on me. She became defensive immediately, and said that she does a good job and that the peeling was my fault.The nail tech was annoyed and made me wait 2hrs and pay $25.Literally 4 people came in after me and she served them as I patiently waited reading a book.I knew that she would purposely make me wait because she was annoyed.When she finally did my nails over she wouldn’t even look or talk to me.This time around she did put my nails under the UV light longer which help because my nails were not gummy like it was before…she made sure of that.All in all I wish they would have considered my feelings, I was annoyed too and didn’t want to be there again anymore than they wanted me to be.*I had to come back on monday and pay $25 more dollars and wait another 2 hours. How I love Gigi is wonderful. Johnathon had the pleasure of servicing my 8 year old daughter he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my child. I have never been here and treated so badly by a nail tech. Avoid services from Johnathon. I am thankful that Gigi took over to finish my daughter but he should not work with the public. If it wasn’t for the relationship I had formed with Gigi I would leave. Very disappointed today. I will not be returning to this place. Things only got worse just asking the price of services.

I waited for nearly an hour in the salon techs chair and never even got as far as having my feet soaking yet. I just walked out. I understand being busy and they were, but just be up front and tell customer that you are running behind and it may be an hour before you can get to them. I would not have wasted my entire afternoon had I known. For this reason I give a solid thumbs down and will not be back.

This place was absolutely amazing. Amazing customer service. Super nice. Not rough when they file or do anything with the tools. The woman who did my nails was beyond amazing. My nails turned out perfect. i cant remember her name, not very good with names but she is the only female there with short hair. I love this place so freaking much!!! This was my first visit. Gigi was very welcoming when i walked into the shop. She explained different types of nails and pedicures. Other customers were happily chiming in to help me decide. I was assigned to Tommy and had my first ever pedicure. The massaging chair was a huge plus, very relaxing. Tommy was gentle, polite, and funny. He then did my dip powder nails. He was very thorough and made sure each nail was even. Absolutely beautiful. I will definitely go back again. The service and friendliness was exceptional. Thank you.

This place was fantastic. Very hygienic. Very polite. The prices were reasonable and the service was very good quality. My wife found a design on Pinterest and they were happy to do it for her. They had a massive selection of nail colors and types of polish. Also they did a great job on my 5yos nails. We cant wait to go back.Edit: only 2 weeks later and I want lying about being excited to go back. This time my wife and daughter both got manicures and pedicures in santorini to getting their nails done. They felt amazing after a very thorough pedicure. The nail artists took their time massaging, scrubbing and rubbing their feet and legs. They also had a great selection of add-ons for the pedicures. My wife got the one for exhausted feet and even a week later she was still talking about how good her feet felt. The nails looks beautiful this time as well. Tons of compliments everywhere she goes.

I’ve been to Nextop Nails 3x for recommendations from other people as the best salon in Anderson. Everything in me wants to like them but every time it’s proved not worth it. I give them a solid 2/5 stars not because the service is slow, but because the product hasn’t been worth the price, and the employees are not kind. I went here to relax and it was more stressful than relaxing. The first time was a few months ago, I went in for dip and they had confusion in the salon as to what the offered for dip colors and what wasn’t. When that was squared away and my service was done, my nails were beautiful!! They chipped 2 days later though. The wait in salon is long and that’s fine, but I dreaded going back to have them all fixed because I knew it would be 2 hours at the minimum ans all of my nails had cracked. When they fixed them, not even a week later the dip cracked again and ruined my nails and I just didn’t feel it was worth going back again. It ruined my nails. I’ve had plenty of dip before not crack so I’m not quite sure why they did both times from this salon and I chalked it up to the formula of dip which is out of their control. I just went back this past Wednesday evening and they were extremely rude to another customer (I don’t know the circumstances) abs when I presented the design I wanted, they wouldn’t even look at it to help me pick out colors. One employee then told me and another customer that we should have taken the time while sitting on our buts doing nothing to pick out colors. I was unsure if I wanted dip or fe but due to the rudeness of the employee I just decided to go with gel against my better judgement. This employee made multiple comments with a harsh tone and I mean, there’s grace for bad days. I get it. Anything with customer service is hard. However, they were not kind and I tried my best to be kind. Last night my gel nails I paid good money for, that I didn’t receive any sort of kindness in picking out colors for the design I wanted, chipped. Not even three days after having them done they’ve chipped and I’m beyond frustrated. After hearing from multiple people that they are the best in Anderson I’m just disappointed with the service and with how they’ve handled themselves. I’ve continued to recommend them prior to my last experience because I realize sometimes things just happen, but they won’t be recommended by me any further. I just hope no one else has the same experience.

This nail salon is not one I would recommend. I went here to get a fill. Just a fill. I did not get my nails trimmed down at all, all the tech had to do was fill and paint them. I was charged $55 for the fill, with a charge being added on for length...I didn’t get them trimmed down to save time and the energy of the tech and I got charged for it? I have never heard of that! I could see that kind of charge for a full set where they are trimming and shaping and such but, for a fill, that’s expensive. Then, on top of the astronomical charge, two of my nails have broken off in the last two days. I have had my nails done for years and have had ONE break in that entire time (I was deep cleaning a vehicle at the time so it was understandable) but I have had two of my nails break completely off the last two days. Do not go here, they are way overpriced and the quality is poor.

Stumbled upon this salon and have been extremely satisfied! I had always gotten acrylic nails and they suggested the dip powder nails. I have been getting dip ever since and I a thrilled with the results. Gigi is my technician of choice, she is great!

I went here for far too long wasting my time and money. The nails are mediocre and some of the nail techs are RUDE (ie: Phu) .... i quit going because of her lack of professionalism.

I waited 40 minutes for a manicure and in that time they skipped over me and helped three women who arrived after I did. It was a huge waste of time waiting to not be served.

My daughter and I visited this place for the first time today. I was outraged by the attitude of Fu and Gigi. I was taking a picture of my daughter getting her nails done and Fu was at a different table and threw up a piece sign and said you can take mine too and make sure youre nails are right before you leave, but you wont find a better nail tech than myself. I was floored! Of course, when i told them they were being rude, they started speaking in another language and then said dont even worry about them. Not to mention, if you are from out of town, or have your nails done from somewhere else, you are not their preferred customer, therefore, they charge you to take the polish off, to put a different color on a ring finger, however none of this is posted on their sign... nor was it spoken of prior to starting the service. Then they spoke badly about other reputable nail salons that have been around Anderson for over ten years and their prices, when they are not in a position to speak badly about other businesses, or quote their prices. If this is how a company runs their business, I hope people stop supporting them. I would never visit this salon ever again. Customer service goes a long way and they definitely lack it here!! Ill make sure my next $100 goes to a better salon!!

I went here due to one of my nails broke and needed it fixed. I decided to just get a whole new set and I’m so glad I did! That gentleman that did my nails did an absolute wonderful job! Came here to get my nails done with my best friend. i asked how much acrylics were before i got the tips put on they said 30 i said how much would it be for long coffin and they said they would haft to do it in order to tell me. they ended up doing all ten nails and only shaping one. i said i wanted to pay around 40 and she did a super short nail a little bit longer then my nail. i said never mind and asked him to take them off. only for them to be 6 dollars to take off. then i tried to pay with my card and they wouldn’t take it because it was under 10 and i didnt have any cash. went outside to call me dad about it and they followed me out like i was going to run out with their 6 dollars. very disappointed. over charging

I waited 2 hours for the most painful nail experience of my life and they charged me the most any nail salon has ever charged me for simple acrylics nails. This was a month ago and I’m still so mad I could punch someone in the face.

Phu did an amazing job on my nails. She took extra time to be sure they were all even and exactly as I wanted them. I got the glitter dip power. It was pricey but well worth it!

I was left in foil wraps to get my polish off for so long all my finger tips are cracking. Reason I was left so long is because one person was doing three peoples nails at the same time hoping from table to table. I have always had decent experiences here but it seems if they are busy the quality goes wayyyy down. They didn’t turn away not 1 customer even though they did not have the staff or tables to accommodate. Probably wont be back.

Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to! After losing the only salon local to us that I liked a few years ago, I have tried several salons in the area. The search is officially over. Both the full set of dip powder nails & the royal pedicure were perfect! I loved the attention to detail & the staff were all very friendly. I will definitely be back here in the near future! :-)

This place is awesome! This was my second time coming with my four year old daughter and all the staff was friendly and the place was super clean! My nail teach was Phu and she took her time and once again did a awesome job on my nails and my daughter. I am very satisfied with my services.

People were very rude to me the entire time, and when I went to pay, they can up to me multiple times disrespecting me and saying mean things. They were also very rough with my hands. I woke up and my hands sore the next day, with my cuticles destroyed. I’m pretty sure most of these ratings are fake because I did not receive the service that these people are claiming. 0/10 I’m never going back. And I would never recommend anyone else going there. Terrible service, no manner. And charged me 100$ to get my nails filled and for my friend to just have hers painted.

However, she didn’t receive any polish on her toenails because we were told that would be extra. Are you kidding? What kind of business sells a pedicure without polishing the nails? When I asked why she didn’t get polish they blasted me that the man made a mistake when he was quoted the service. I’m sorry but that’s not the way you run a business. We will take our business to a place that honors their word!!

Best nail salon that Ive found in Anderson. Phu is the best...always does an amazing job. Gigi has done mine once, and she was very good, as well. Ive had all the technicians do pedicures, and they are all very good...pay great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend. Sometimes, they are a little backed up but they work long 10 hr days, 6 days a week...they are doing their best!

This was my 1st time at this salon and it was a great experience! Gi Gi is the manager and she welcomed me the second I walked through the door. I told her I had never been there and wanted to try something different. I showed her a couple of photos. She suggested I may like the the dipping powder, but I also showed her a photo of Ombré. My nails turned out beautiful with a burgundy color and Ombré on my 2 ring fingers. She was very precise and took her time.I have definitely found my to go salon. THANKYOU Gi Gi!!

Hey friend! Well friend, me and a friend of mine went in for a pedicure and was seated about 10 mins after getting there and sat in the chair for an hour and a half waiting on someone to do our feet! Two other people that I know came in after us was about to get theirs done first and thats when we left. That was my first time ever going there and my last!

They are the best in Anderson! They are professional, trustworthy and good on their prices! Even with Covid-19 they are remaining clean and up to regulations!

UPDATE: The owner attempted to dismiss my review by claiming I have done this before. This is the ONLY time I have ever left a review anywhere; and, I have attached a picture to show that. It is foul that you would throw false accusations just to justify your lack of service. Dont lie on others just because youre unhappy with a review.I got my nails done on Monday, as of Wednesday I had six nails peeled off. Today is Thursday. I called in to let them know that my gel polish had lifted and peeled clean off. Since gel polish typically lasts me at least two weeks, and when it does lift early, reputable salons are quick to fix their mistakes; I assumed this would be a simple visit. I was told to come into the salon so the employee could “look” at my nails. I drove all the way there to get my nails “looked” at, waited for just under half an hour so someone could “look” at my nails, and finally, was told that I would have to pay $20 to get them fixed because their “work is not guaranteed”. I have four nails left with polish; so, the employee was eager to claim that the remaining six had come off by my doing. I do not pick my nails, nor do I do any type of manual labour.Everything from the drastic wait time to the poor customer service is an incredible red flag from the point of upper management. Saving a few coats of gel polish may seem worth it; but, it will be detrimental if you continuously tarnish your brand loyalty.The employee told me that the team does not own the salon, they simply do what is told to them by the owner; thus, I look forward to the justification that I assume will be given in response to my comments.

My daughters and I have been here many times with no problem. Today was a different story. My girls went to get their nails done while I was at work and were completely taken advantage of. My 12 year old picked out regular polish AND said that she did not want gel, but instead of using the regular polish Gigi matched what she picked out with a gel color and used that instead without asking. Once they left and my 17 year old called to tell me what happened so I called Nextop and spoke with Gigi. She has always been very nice so I expected her to at the very least apologize. She did not. She told me that my daughter should have spoke up, and when I told her I felt like she took advantage of her she hung up on me. I thought maybe we were just disconnected so I tried to call back twice and both times someone picked up and hung the phone up again! Nextop has always been our go to for nails, but we won’t be back again.

Andy was great and very meticulous, the pedicurist was friendly but her eyesight was not that good, the polish on my toe nails was done first and then I moved over to the manicurist table for nails, my polish on my toenails smudged after taking over an hour to dry while sitting for my nail service, for it to be a Saturday there was not a lot of people working so the wait was long

They completely messed my nails up. I had to go somewhere else to have them fix. So ended up paying twice as much as i should have. Take my advice go somewhere else.

After a horrible pedicure experience at VIP, this place was so refreshing. Had the royal lavender pedicure and the nail tech Nathan was absolutely wonderful. They don’t heard you like cattle so they take their time. Highly recommend.

This place is so relaxing. I get a pedicure every two weeks-a month just depending on if I need it sooner or not. The staff is so nice and friendly, and they have always done a great job on my pedicure. The only place I will go!

NexTop Nails love all the staff. They are very, very professional. No timer ⏲ on your service (no rush job to get the next consumer in the door for the love of money 💵!) Yes is a wait, but the team take the time to do a great job on the service they provide. I have been to many other salons in the upstate Anderson, Easley, and Greenville. NexTop Nails have varieties of Gel nail polish, regular, 💅and different dip powder colors (mood dip powder and glow in the dark powered) Prices is on point! If you asked for something extra done they always let you know the price before doing the service you request. The atmosphere is very enjoyment and the teamwork is just amazing! This was my first time here and Phu did a phenomenal job on my nails BUT he was very condescending with the way he spoke to me and made a comment to my daughter after I walked away about how picky I was. Not a very nice thing to say about a customer. I am a very good tipper and he would of received a large tip had that not of happened. People should be aware of how they speak to customers in the customer service business, its something like this that can cause a person not to return even though the product they received was awesome.

Really nice establishment I love Fu who is the owner I believe but I waited for 3HOURS just to get a pedicure! The wait is long so be prepared to wait!! I am a first time customer. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service,however my gel polish on my nails look so rushed and very messy. And my polish on my toes are much the same. I will not return I understand that this is a busy weekend considering Mother’s Day is tomorrow however I paid $80 for my services and I could’ve done this at home. I give you guys two stars for customer service slow down and give your customers what they paid for.

What a waste of good talent and color selection!!! I will never get my nails done here again!!Phu, a nail technician who was asked to soak off my polish while I waited tried to parent me (I’m 31) and at the slightest movement on my part through his tools down, got up, and said “well she won’t stay still so I can’t do!” I’d like to emphasize all I did was reach for my phone to put it in my bag with my other hand, the first movement within barely seconds if him starting to work. WHOA.Then when I said “whoa, you’re serious” he then proceeded to stab me with the tool he was working with to show me how it hurts. Not sure if he thought I’d see this as him concerned about hurting me, but he’s lucky I didn’t call the cops and file a simple assault report.Then, Gigi, the “manager” sat to do my nails after about an hour wait, and I explained to her how I thought he was not very cordial and she proceeded to justify his terrible behavior and defended him through and through, deeming me as the issue. Then she said “I know this is your first and last time here” to which I asked why she would say that? I did plan on coming back because she did a great job and the SNS colors they had were awesome, but not after that. Too bad because she seemed sweet, but just was not manager material and had no idea how to provide good customer service!!Great as far as the work goes, but don’t expect to be treated well - AT ALL!

I got my nails done here as a birthday present and I had exceptional customer service and they lasted a long time and is the best nail salon I’ve been to and would recommend to anyone looking it’s worth the drive
