Charity Carmody State Farm has taken very good care of me and my daughter for the last 4 years since moving all of my policies over. Randy Jackson went out of his way to make sure I was aware of an opportunity to increase the life insurance for my daughter. He was helpful, kind, efficient and professional. In under 10 minutes I was able to do something for my daughter that she will reap the benefits of for a life time. The GIO is an amazing thing. When I bought the policy, that was the only amount of life insurance I could afford, but 10 years later, I am in a position where I can add more. Randy Jackson is my hero! I had a hospital income policy claim that I submitted two months ago and nothing was happening with it and no one was responding to my inquiries about it. Randy was able to get the claim to where it needed to be, provided prompt updates, and was able to get it paid for me! He was very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and a real pleasure to work it. My experience with State Farm has been adiqet. But I think my favorite thing about it, was the customer service. My encounter with Rebekah was extremely helpful. And she was able to answer all my questions. She really led the conversation with confidence, and with the utmost respect. I found her service to be most helpful. By far the best encounter I have had with State Farm.

Charity herself was gracious and professional four years ago when we first moved our policies over there. However, after the initial “honeymoon period” every thing went down hill. Our 22 year old son had an accident about three months ago that was his fault, his first ever, since we live out of state we expected the office would walk him through everything, nope, it was a painful, time consuming process for him. Recently he got hit and his car was totaled, thank God there were no injuries! When he called to make the claim, no one bothered to tell him he was supposed to make the claim against the other person instead.He is a Master’ student and works and has precious little time to navigate all this. Katie at the office was rude and unhelpful toward him and when we called she was even ruder. Granted we are upset but when you pay thousands of dollars of year for several policies, you’d expect some genuine concern and assistance. We received neither. We are moving all our policies today, we suggest you steer clear of this office. Carmody seems to lure you in with graciousness but after that becomes inaccessible and you are stuck with uncaring staff.

I was in need of specific insurance and not only was the associate, Katie, very professional, but she was able to print up a quote quickly and she was able to give me information which allowed to me to make an informed decision. You always see the commercials saying that State Farm is a Good Neighbor, but honestly its more than that. I have all my insurance with this office, and I never thought I would need it. Recently I had a tragedy in my life. I lost my father but several years ago I set up a life insurance policy. My agent Charity expressed that I had a need since I was the only child. So I set up policies for the whole family, kids included. Today I took that check to the bank, and Im so grateful for the financial help. State Farm has had my insurance off and on for about 3 years now and have proved very useful. They have twice honored claims that occurred 6 month prior to when I ended up submitting the claim. Back in February my brand new F-150 was hit while parked downtown, naturally the person(s) left the scene and left me in a pretty unfortunate situation. The entire team at this office went way, way beyond what I would have expected and got me taken care of at significantly less of a cost than it could have ended up had people less knowledgeable about insurance guidelines and state laws been handling my claim. I would personally like to thank Sierra (possibly spelled that wrong) and Katie who handled my problem and even called the main claims center in the lower 48 to clear up a dispute with my policy. I always recommend state farm in general as they are an elite company, but the Charity Carmody office on Benson is hands down the best office Ive dealt with, and Ive been with state farm for over 10 years.
