I have used Allstate for over 15 years. They cover everything I own. Allstate is by far the best company I’ve dealt with! I went through a few in my younger years. The worst was and still is progressive.

Horrible roadside services. I forgot and accidentally locked my keys and my purse in my truck. It took 30 min. just to locate my policy#, only to find out I have to pay upfront and they will do reimbursement afterward . It would cost me $65 dollars and over an hour wait to get someone to come out when I was right in Muldoon, during business hours. So I gave up and called Mr. Taxi/Yellow Cab (cant quite remember which one now). They were able to come out and be there in 15 min., and cost me only $30. Then, I forgot about submitting my receipt and lost the receipt. Never got what I paid for. Just when you needed help the most, its not there, and yet youre paying the price for it...etc. I wouldnt recommend it!

Devery Prince Allstate Office team is professional and responsive. They keep up with seasonal changes to our RV policy (active use with collision coverage, off season and parked without). When I was hit at a red light, and taken to the hospital by ambulance for whiplash, they handled both the medical claims and fixing my car quickly and without hassle.
