This organization is the worst credit union I have ever encountered. They were so much better before the merger with Nuvision. Now they are just as bad and just as expensive to do business with as Wells Fargo or any other giant bank.

Would not recommend, those people charge money to cash their own checks. Paid $39 to cash $2600 paycheck. I did not have time to stop at my bank ( MVFCU) but in future I would never use this credit union. Total rip off

I would give 0 stars, but thats not possible. If you can get past the fact that they do not respect your privacy and share information about your accounts with others you have another account jointly, and you enjoy long wait times, where there are 5 employees but only 2 are taking customers who are not able to pronounce names, and if you dont mind that the queue may not in the order that customers entered the building, then this bank is for you!

First time at the drive through on 36th. Would not go to this branch again. I was just making a deposit and thought it would be faster but Im still sitting here watching two more vehicles leave from the other lanes. So far that is 3 that have showed up and left after I sent my deposit in.

I recommend Karen in the financial aid office for clear communication and helpful attitude when it comes to helping you with your loan. She is a pleasure to meet and work with. When it comes to the help I needed to get a vehicle, I highly recommend you sit down and discuss your options with this wonderful lady.

I love this location..they are always nice and friendly. Its always clean, everyone looks nice and professional. I RECENTLY went there so frustrated and Ashley was so kind and help me with the issue I was having. Thank you for being so amazing at what you do Ashley!!!! I absolutely love her makeup.

Extremely disorganized and uncommunicative. Brandon Burgett ans Geewon deserved to be fired. Claims her debt dozens of emails that i never got, payments were too high, lied about me to coworkers... disorganized, disillusioned, and not that bright. ZERO STARSThese people, for lack of a better term, are worse than used car salesmen.

Horrible service since the merger with NuVision CU! Their impossible labyrinth of a phone system will get you nowhere and waste your time, once you get to finally talk with someone they likely will not be able to help you because this new system has stripped them of their authority so youll be waiting for a manager. Fewer loan products and more fees, makes this credit union more like a big bank, but less organized. Not sure why I am even giving 2 stars, guess Im feeling generous.

Had to wait 30 minutes and counting, to simply cash a check. Been cashing payroll checks at other branches for months and I show up here today and am told I am going to be required to pay a fee. So when I bring up that I haven’t had that fee applied ever the teller steps behind the counter and joins in laughing and belittling me about the situation. Then they return to try and shove some form under my nose proving they have the right to. Only to follow up by making some crucial error in cashing my check resulting in me being forced to sit on a chair for over 20 minutes and counting waiting for my money. Definitely will never return to this branch again, you’re employees are incapable and rude.

Ever since Denali merged with this caca company located out of HI.(I believe), their service and mission has gone down the drain. It now takes about 5-7 business days for any transaction to occur on your account. Ex.,I once deposited roughly $300 in cash and it took over 7 days to post on my account. They also charge $1.00 to view your account balance on another banks ATM.

Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. I would not recommend anyone banking with this branch at least. Asked questions and the representative started out nice and then towards the end became very abrasive and dismissive. Not a great experience.

Went into get my car title, walked around for 5 minutes before I had to stop someone and ask where to go. Apparently suit 125 has a buzzer you have to press which I had walked by because on the sign it says Human Resources. Most un user friendly building I have ever been in.

Finally, after 8 years, leaving denali and going to USAA.Denali has lost my money many times, terrible service, the one good location they had was downtown and they closed it. The nicest people worked there.Cant handle denali and the runnarounds, failure to stand by long time members, and the sale of the bank to the nuvision was terrible.I recommend alaska usa over denaliAnd i recommend USAA over all

Worst customer service and worst place to do business with. I paid for my loan in Cash . So the Branch told me I have to wait couple hours before I could come here and pick up the title .I waited few hours and came here to pick the title . They told me my title was not ready . It would be ready either today or tomorrow even I paid off my loan in cash . They already got the title but won’t bother to verify and give me the title.Same day I paid off a loan with Alaska USA Federal CU in cash and they gave me the title right away.This Denali Federal CU does not deserve any business. Please don’t give them any business . There are other Banks who know how to do business .

Dont try n get into your safe deposit box today 4/10/15 Suposeidly They broke there master key and no body can get in there box without it! the key is in the mail they say. Its really put me in a large bind today. They did give me a five hundred dollar loan but that does not help my situation much being how I came to Anchorage from Kenai to get my gold and now I sit in Anchorage waiting on a call hopefully to get into my box . Oh my god , my anziety is through the roof .I did not have two days in Anchorage to waste on an incompedent Bank . Its just too much. :

Yeah customer service is a joke and they do bleed there member dry every which way to Sunday! Ive been a member for over 2 decades and its gone worse and worse thru out the years. Im going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.
