Ive had this account for more then 45 years. Let me tell you about my HORRIBLE experience on Saturday October 23rd 2021. I went through drive up for a simple transaction to break down $120 for ones and tens on my way to work. The Gal at up drive up was very nice and ask me for my account number which I provided. She came back and inform me that my account was dormant. Her manager MARGARET said we were unable to help me with this transaction unless I came inside. How bloody RIDICULOUS β€Ό What a slap in the face after all the decades Ive been with them. All I needed was changeπŸ’²πŸ’²Guess this is there idea of customer service. I went to Key Bank and got my change there. Thats customer services.

I have really like banking with CU1. Employees are professional. The wait here can be a little long. Especially the drivethru (took a year before I figured out how to get to it). There can be a group of transient people milling around after hours. Usually the same couple people every time. They are friendly and seem harmless. I’ve never had issues with any of them but could make some avoid ATM after hours.

For starters, I couldnt figure out how to get to the drive thru for the longest! And the wait to use it, well, is too slow for convenient. Location of the bank and customer service is great! Wait times inside and out- not so great.

Just set up my account with Kathleen G.! She was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and help me meet my needs and was able to go above and beyond to help me save money by switching over all my accounts to CU-1! I would highly recommend CU-1! Support local! Thank you Kathleen for all the help it’s very appreciated!

They need to change their hours. The lobby is closed on Saturday now. The ATM is also out of order.

Went through the drive thru to pay for my auto loan with my debit card. Waited in line for a while which Is fine, to be expected. The gal told me that there cash advance was down and I would need to go inside to withdrawal cash and see a teller inside. Ok w.e. I go inside and there ATM is down. It would great to post a sign of some sort so people are not wasting there time waiting in the drive thru. Also, the gal shouldve at least known ahead of time that there cash advance was down or unless it went down right when I got there and should know that the ATM is down as well so im not running around wasting my time.

Great service and cooperative Staff. Theyre open longer hours than my last bank. Definitely customer friendly. Lobby service was a bit slow, but it was almost closing time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND SHONDA WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING!!! Without asking for my personal info, she jus assumed that my pending acct will be posted at 9am!! I had questioned her if she knows who she was talking to and then she had asked for my info. SMH & to top it off she said that I had to wait til the branch store opens at 10am...ughhh very frustrating. Maybe this is a good chance to look for another bank!!

They always have a line out to the lobby. When one teller is done with a customer they either run to the back or do some sort of paperwork hoping that another teller will take the customer. This particular Friday morning which Im sure are banks busiest time because of people getting their paychecks, they only have 2 tellers working the front counter. Really?!!______________________________________________Came in a different day because I have to deposit my mortgage into an account otherwise I definitely wouldnt come here. Same thing thats happening! Seriously they need a lot more Tellers and help!

Every time i ask what my balance is over the phone, the people here ALWAYS tell me the wrong number.I was approved for a $600 loan twice. No prob. Both paid on time every time One day I was trying for same thing right after TRUMP won election & i said I voted for him. Not approved for same amount or lower since. Wow. I mean, i saw the excitement leave the persons face as they shook a little like a transformation. Then rudeness after. Kind of a spectacle now that I think about it. LOL. Werewolf tellers that change when hearing Pro-Trump talk. Scared me a little though. I didnt wanna get bite & infected like a zombie or become one of them. I enjoy my freedom. Thats why I live in Alaska. I Just need a better more modern bank I guess.Stay away from this bank. Werewolves zombies work here. Hate to see what would of happened if I wore a MAGA hat.
