T ACTUALLY listened to me about what I wanted done to my hair. He was attentive to detail, genuine, respectful, engaging, informative, never did anything before telling you about it, let you know he was there for YOU, and that if you wanted any changes he’d make them. T is someone who makes you feel like he legitimately cares as much as you do about taking the big step (sometimes scary and hard) towards a new look and someone who will work diligently to see you reach the desired outcome/make sure you look GOOD!! I will most definitely be coming back to see T for my undercut/lineup needs! Thank you!!

Great barbershop. Cleaned and tidy. My husband and I went there cause we decided were going to cut off his long hair. And so we went there. The environment and their coworkers are very nice people. Awesome skills and great styles too.

I had a great haircut here once. Ive tried three separate times to stop by again during business hours. All three times they have not been open without explanation during posted business hours. Great haircuts but not reliable.* Their secondary location today is missing 2 of 3 barbers and cant get me in before my flight tomorrow either.

The vibe is really chill. Good music and friendly staff however I came in as a walk in and the barber took me took me to his chair. He asked what i was hoping for and i showed him a picture, he said he could do it. I figured I was in safe hands. Well 2 hrs later i stand up and still have about 90% of my hair. Ended up having him just buzz the rest. While this was my first time at this barber shop and I had a bad experience. While I did sit there for 2 hrs I saw many haircuts done by all of the other barbers. Everyone else was leaving looking great! So give them a try but avoid the new hire till he learns a bit more.

Friendly place. Quick and efficient with the cuts! Husband came out looking fresh. Wish yall were in Fairbanks. Will definitely visit again.

I do a lot of walk-in to barbershops to get my son haircut. I thought this place would be good because of the reviews. Im not sure if I had the new guy or not. But I was not satisfied with my sons haircut. It didnt even look like he got a hair cut today. Nothing I told him to do was done and most of his hair wasnt cut or lined up. And then to top it off, I was charged $29 for something Ms Kim could have done for $5. I wouldnt say I dont recommend this place, I just dont recommend the barber we had right side second to last.

I like this place. Jeanne has a very laid back personality. I had small cornrows in my hair so I could install my unit. She was not heavy handed on my head. I would definitely recommend tenders heads to visit this beautician. Best way to get in contact with her is through their Facebook..she is very prompt with responding.

Tried to get a haircut here and they wouldn’t do it because I was a female. It had nothing to do with hair length because I have short hair that I like to keep in a men’s style. I prefer to get it cut by a barber because they aren’t afraid to make it as short as I like it. They turned me down flat because they claimed they only cut men’s hair.

Best barber shop I’ve been to in Anchorage. I’d recommend Billy if it’s your first time there

Very good barbershop was recommended here as I am a first time visitor to Alaska.

Called ahead of time to make sure I could walk in they said yes. I waited for 20 minutes before I went to my car and the owner acknowledged I was there. I waited 10 to 15 more minutes. He came inside and straight to his office. Waited another 30 before I walked out. They clearly dont care about their customers nor do they know a thing about customer service.
