After one of my friends recommended I make an appointment with Brenda for a hair cut which I needed I decided to give her a call I made the appointment and when I got there at 11:00for the appointment Brenda bought me right in and I have had a lot of haircuts from high end salons and I can say with out prejudice this was by far one of the best experiences I have had not only is she very good at what she does but she took the time to cut it do my liking then the tea treatment was very relaxing and she did not rush it through like other places I would recommend Brenda and this location to my family and friends I will be using her again Thank you Brenda

Best Supercuts in area IMO

Checked my son in online, when we arrived the girls at the desk were more interested in their conversation than greeting us. Had to interject to be acknowledged. Then once I gave our name the girl didnt respond, just kinda stared into space. Two other customers walked in after us and were helped first, and i was left wondering if they actually checked us in or not. A simple itll be just a moment or there are a couple ahead of you goes a long way. Lots of whispering about whos going to take who. The stylist we eventually got did a great job, but the girl working the register and checking people in needs some training.

Great place for a haircut, the staff is very attentive to my needs and very professional.

Very exceptional place to receive a cerebral hair cut. The ladies that cut, are experts of their craft. They make it look easy, and they do it so quick. Sometimes Im out in less than 8 minutes. I leave there with a fresh, slick, confident head of hair.

With call ahead and nice staff its a great palace to get a cut. If you dont call ahead then it can always be a long wait Due to its popularity. They arent pushy about extra services. Plus they have lollipops for the kids.

After having dreadlocks for 5 years, i was nervous getting a regular hair cut due to all the bad stories i had heard. Everyone here was extremely friendly and gave me the exact haircut i was looking for. Plus the hair wash and warm cloth were a spectacular touch.

What a nice experience.I went to a more uppity salon in Amherst a few months ago and was pressured into more services than I needed. I wanted just a haircut, but they did a shampoo and a blowout (upcharges) without asking me. Paid $50 + tip.But Supercuts was great! My stylist, Nicole was friendly, cut my hair just as I requested, and not only did I pay less than $20 (before tip), I liked my haircut here better than the one I got at the snooty salon! I have long, thick, coarse hair, so its such a bargain.If you have long hair and are afraid of salons, thinking theyll cut too much, go to Supercuts and ask for Nicole. She was very nice and didnt cut more than I asked her too.Great experience! Ill be back.

Didn’t get what I asked for. Seemed like the lady didn’t even care. Would rather cut it myself than ever go again. Supercuts should up it’s standards.

BEWARE!Son grew his hair out all summer. Asked for sides cleaned up and length left on top. Even showed a picture of what he wanted. I check in 10min later, all his top curls are on the floor. He is so upset! School pictures tomorrow!! Hate stylist who do what they see instead of what the customers wants. They just lost a mom of 4 boys trust. Onto a new place!

This place is just terrible !I had one young girl do a cut and a two color foil. the foil was terrible. she put all blonde in a few areas and then dark color stripes in other places. There was no blending at all. so I had two thick stripes a blonde up front. This young girl was not properly trained.

Quick, clean cut and a little more than cheap price.

Just make sure to be clear about a blade or a guard. The hairdresser chose a much shorter blade then I normally use and started with the top of my head. I was bald for 3 weeks.

Checked in online, no waiting when I got there. Very attentive and nice people working there.

Terrible place for a haircut. My hair was cut bad and lady was not courteous or interactive at all. She was older than rest of the professionals there and seemed very aloof. She didn’t not complete her work at all and never cleaned up after she was done. Very very bad.

I told the lady to cut a little bit of the sides and she gave me a buzz cut on the sides. Not what I asked for.

I was very disappointed. The station had cut hair from a previous customer on the floor. I asked for a blow dry but didnt get one. Im not going back.
