Great haircuts quick, and at a good price!The wait can be long if you walk-in, but you can use the online check-in, get in line, and see roughly how long your wait time is before you even leave your house! And since you can opt-in to receive text messages, you can get a text when your turn is coming up.Ive been in several times now and been taken care of by 4 different stylists. All of them were pleasant and professional, and seemed well-skilled in their craft. I asked for their input on some things and they offered their suggestions, but they didnt try to aggressively push any of their various products on me. That was nice.Overall Ive been impressed with every visit. This is where Ill be going to get my hair cut for the foreseeable future.

I took my 5 year old to get his hair cut before he started school and honestly he got one of the best hair cuts hes gotten in a while from anywhere around here. This was our first time going to this Great Clips and I was really happy with the service we got and the hair cut!

Fair price for my kids to get hair cuts. Ive never had much luck there getting my beard even. Most of the stylists are friendly and the place seems clean. On line check in is a great option.

Always clean, staff and service 95% of the time is great (Ive only gotten one haircut that I wasnt 100% happy with).

Everytime I go there I usually only wait about 5-10 minutes. The girl who cuts my hair is very efficient and thorough. As long as shes there I will continue going there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had my hair cut for the first time since November 2019. Im more than two weeks past my 2nd Phizer vaccine so I figured it was time. I wore a mask. So did the woman who did a fantastic job cutting my hair. Social distancing and cleaning efforts made me feel very safe and I look human again!

I got the worst haircut of my life. My hair was absolutely butchered. The stylist that fixed my hair said there’s no way a stylist should have let me out the chair with the haircut I had. I have 3 inches of hair left after fixing the hack job my stylist performed.

So I walked in expecting another franchise haircut for $15. I checked in online and met Meekaylha, Im sure I hacked up the spelling, she was polite and respectful. With no wait she took me to the chair and asked how I wanted it cut. After telling her I wanted something different and I was expecting a botched cut for the price. She informed me step by step what she was doing and why. I felt comfortable enough to ask about styling products. I was informed about great product choices. Before I knew it she was done and it looked great. I was also impressed with her wireless clippers because I didnt have a cord smacking the hell out of me the whole time. Customer for life now

My first time there. Only had to wait about 10 minutes. Got to pick a haircut out of the book and the stylist got it just right! And you cant beat the price. I will definitely be going back again!

Check in online so you dont have to wait long. The stylists have all been friendly always walk away satisfied with the job they do. Clean facilities. Their notes in the computer are good I dont have remember what kinda cut I got last month. Ease of experience is top notch.

Only place I ever go for a haircut. Always greeted with a smile at the door, always a great haircut, and the addition of online check-in was the perfect offset for how busy theyve gotten. Chelsi usually cuts my hair and she really has the crew and store in tip top shape.

The staff lacks customer service skills and makes you feel uncomfortable. I took my kids there and we were the only people in the waiting area. Three hairdressers stood around looking at us, whispering with each other. The store manager walked past us and went to subway. She came back and we were still sitting there, waiting. She refused to acknowledge us. I would recommend taking your kids somewhere else for a $12 haircut.

I was recommended to this great clips by a close friend. I have been spending $30 plus for my haircuts for years and I am blown away with how fabulous of a haircut I got. They were very busy and I can see why, everyone was friendly and every haircut looked great. Deff coming back!

Love the staff at great clips add the app to your phone check in on line walk in and the cut is close to immediate. They tell you in your check in how long till it will be your turn. Tell them how you want your hair and its done.

As always my son n I got great hair cuts. My son has mohawk n I have traditional hair cut n we are happy with our hair. Would recommend trying Great Clips out. Good haircuts n styles at decent prices.

Friendly service. People definately know how to cut hair. Obviously only a 4 out of 5 because you get what you pay for. This is affordable, a barber or fancy salon is not.

Mostly really good. Just went in there with my wife and the lady at the counter was very rude to us. I signed in online and my wife wanted a haircut too. This young woman kept asking us for phone numbers and then kept saying, “nope, got another number?”We eventually just said, “she just wants a haircut.”She argued with me over the correct hair cutting pre screen procedure and I just told my wife let’s split.Won’t be back till she’s gone, so probably a week or so.

My stylist was great! She understood what I was telling her and totally exceeded my expectations!

Trying to save time while at Target and took my nephew here. Cut is uneven and the neck trim has a 5 oclock shadow as we walked out the door. Headliners Barbershop off 57 is the best place for mens/boys cuts.. but my nephew likes the wash and neck massage at Sport Clips. Between Sport Clips and Great Clips.. Sport Clips hands down.

Sometimes the service is great, sometimes not so much. I have had a few bad haircuts here and some great ones. Last time I showed a picture of a cut I wanted and i was given a cut two inches shorter than I wanted. They have a very high turnover rate. Ive never had my hair cut by the same person.

These ladies are always great at cutting my kids hair, but it is always such a wait to get in. I guess it is a testament to how good their service is, but expect to be here for a while.

Really be nice if open at least 1 hr, or till 4:30 even on Sunday. I have been here before in past prolly a dozen times and all was great, just for now cant even get in anymore without being told its too late or the doors locked. Sunday is the only day I can get over there anymore and last 4 times I arrived just few mins too late and was screwed. Last time it was 10 till 4 and was turned away. Will not be coming back again nor giving a recommendation to anyone. Not gonna even bother anymore...not worth trying to race there, and risk getting a ticket for nothing...smh...
