Dont let the size fool you - this small shop has a nice selection of stylish frames, including many unique options that you wont find at larger chain stores. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, does an excellent job on repairs and adjustments. Once when I was in a pinch, they drove almost 20 miles to deliver my glasses. Cant say enough good things about these folks.

In the past Ive always worn glasses only when I wanted a break from contact lenses, so I purchased cheap glasses. This time I decided I wanted quality glasses I could wear comfortably, more often. I went to Eyeworks and was amazed at how personal the service is. I was shown many types of lenses all chosen with my face shape in mind. I purchased a regular pair and sunglasses. I LOVE them and receive compliments every time I wear them. They were more expensive than what I previously have purchased but the style, fit and customer service is worth it!

Absolutely fantastic experience all around. The staff was very knowledgable and easy to speak to. The selection of frames was the best that I have seen in Ames and they were available for pick up within the week. The store is very modern and doesnt make you feel like youre in a doctors office. I would definitely recommend going to this eye care location.
