Very nice workers

Did the Covid antibody test here. The report came back and had conflicting results with the Covid diagnostic test I had just the day before. I called the staff for some clarification and they had no idea how to read the antibody report. Told me to come back for a retest that Id have to pay for again. Why run the test if you cant read the results?

They ALWAYS mess up my wifes prescriptions and accidentally charge us for refills then refuse to refund. After the intense disrespect from management and lack of attention to covid precautions from this store were finally going to find a new pharmacy. Hy-Vee makes more off of the pharmacy than they do from anything else. They wont care if I leave and probably wont see or acknowledge this but I implore the community to look for a business that actually cares about you as a person and not as a number

I love the phone reminders. All staff Ive been in contact with, have been professional and friendly.

Friendly employees, good selection of fresh food. Has less of a selection that you would see at most gas stations.

Phone reminders on refills is a nice service they consistently supply. Staff is friendly.
