Tyson is so amazing and very personable! I enjoy working with epic! We have had only great experiences with crowns, nightguards, pick ups and deliveries. The carriers are always so kind and patient. I appreciate epic and recommend they to everyone.

So glad my dentist referred me to Epic Dental Studios! I had been working with another lab for months to try and color match a front crown and they couldnt get it right. I was referred to Epic and was skeptical after having a bad experience with the previous lab and the fact that I had to drive from SLC to American Fork, Im so glad that I decided to go. They were able to match the crown to my other front tooth. All of the staff that I interacted with are super professional. Damien went above and beyond to make this right. Jamie was also great to work with, she is so good at what she does and so friendly!If I ever need any more work in the future, this is my go to place..even If I have to drive 45 minutes, its so worth it!

Epic Dental Lab is superior in every way! 2 yrs & 11 sets of awful looking & fitting temporaries (created in dentist on site lab) Finally I was fortunate to be sent to Epic to create my full set of implant bridges. Dameon & Skyler are phenomenal, theyre not only experts in creating perfect teeth but their customer service is second to none. If youre deciding on dental implants, you can save yourself a lot of pain & time by having Epic create the bridges. Trust me, I learned the hard way, the dental lab & tech is everything! Many dentists can do implants but the most important part of the procedure is the lab artist who creates the teeth. Thank you Epic for saving me from the never ending nightmare I was going through!

I believe in giving gratitude where it is deserved. I was one of Epics 1st clients. I have used them exclusively for my crown and bridge and later the removable work for years. I originally started with them as I was looking for a lab that made crowns that looked like teeth, not crowns. We also had a fit problem and crowns had to be adjusted for 30 minutes before cementing. That all went away with Damien and his team. Beautiful work and are very easy to work with. Its nice to be able to knock it our of the park and wow them every time when I recommend a treatment to a patient. I very much appreciate them from the bottom of my heart!

Im a dentist in Orem, Utah and Ive been using Epic for about three years. I was prompted to change labs when quality issues started popping up with another lab. Admittedly, Im pretty picky with regard to the quality of dental treatment that is produced in my office. I have been so pleased with Epic since I started sending cases to them that I dont think Ill ever change labs again. Two things stand out to me about their business that make them rise above their competitors (and there are a lot of labs around):1) Consistency and quality over time. Most labs do great work for the first few months you use them, but for some reason that quality almost always tapers off and things settle into an average. Not so with Epic. I rarely have adjustments on their work, and everything is always precise and beautiful. I even have a CEREC machine in my office (which I also love) and still send Epic cases. The aesthetics of their anterior crowns cannot be beat by anyone.2) Their customer service is amazing. I still feel like they are trying to win me over after three years of working with them. I have several businesses that I watch closely and try to emulate, and Epic is probably my number one model of customer service. Im trying to be as good with my customers as they are with me!Im trying to make more of an effort to leave good reviews for business who really deserve them and Epic is certainly in that category. What prompted this was the bridge I seated a bridge for a patient today. The bridge was made by Epic and it couldnt have been any better: no adjustments, beautiful margins, perfect occlusion, ideal contacts. This thing was just wonderful. I spend so much time and effort to make my dental work perfect for patients; its just so nice to have a lab that complements these efforts with amazing lab work.
