Dr. Crawford and his staff are the very best! If youre looking for someone with years of experience who uses the latest technology, then look no further. I was scared to get a dental implant, but Dr. Crawford made the process simple and took the time to answer all of my questions so I felt confident with my decision. Im very happy with the results.

Dr. McBee and his staff were wonderful. My childs oral surgery was quick and shes doing well. They went over everything before and then again after the surgery. They even called a few hours later to check on her and answer questions I had. I felt very comfortable with everyone there. Very professional and kind.

Highly recommend! They were able to squeeze me in same day which was amazing because I was in so much pain. They were quick and did a great job at making me comfortable.

The staff were amazingly polite and kind to both me and my daughter who got all four of her wisdom teeth removed. They calmed all fears about the operation and made sure to lay out exactly how to proceed afterwards. Dr. McBee was very professional and has a great bedside manner.

Dr. McBee did an excellent job taking care of our daughter during surgery. We are so happy with how things went and how she is recovering. His entire staff was completely professional and very safe and clean. Even though there was a misunderstanding with the insurance,his staff handled it in a professional way and kept to the amount I was quoted originally. Thankful that they were able to fit us in due to other canceled appointment, since we were on there waiting list. Definitely will recommend them to others.

Knowing how well Dr. McBee has performed jaw surgery for several personal friends, I knew I could trust him completely with the wisdom teeth removal for my son. The surgery was handled professionally and the process went quick. Its interesting that a friend of my son had the same procedure done the day before from a different doctor. He hadnt been offered anything for swelling and 3 days later was still puffy faced. By following the perscribed medications, my son never had swelling and now 4 days later has not been in any pain. Dr. McBee and his staff know what they are doing!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

In general, I feel like we had a good experience. My daughter had 6 wisdom teeth that needed removal. The staff was nice enough, but it definitely felt like a conveyor belt/ revolving door. My major issue was the lack of information. I was asked to stay in the room while she was being put to sleep. I don’t know if she had some sort of issue with the medication, or maintaining her airway, but she started to gag and flail around in the chair. The doctor and the nurses seemed to all maintain their composure but I had no idea what was going on and was slightly traumatized. I remember the doctor pulling her legs down and saying “don’t worry mom she’s in good hands” but I don’t even remember how I got back to the waiting room. I’m not sure if this is normal or not, but nothing was said ahead of time to expect that, nor after explaining what may have happened. My daughter is fine now.

Unfortunately, for me, I have had to see Dr McBee several times over the last several years. I like going to his American Fork office as it is convenient. His office and staff are the most professional people I have ever been to!! They are kind, considerate, thorough, and always timely. They answer the phones and actually talk with you. Dr McBee has always taken the time to discuss all things with me, completely going over my treatment until I am comfortable with the entire process. If you want the care that’s best for you, from the secretary to Dr McBee, you will have a great experience with his staff as well as excellent, personal care from the Dr.

Dr. Mcbee is so great, they did my wisdom teeth surgery quickly and efficiently and took great care of me afterward. He is a very caring doctor and made sure I was well taken care of afterward. Very great fun for his compassion and his professionalism. Highly recommend.

Dr McBee has great bedside manner, is very personable and takes the time to explain things very well. My bone graft & implant went perfectly and was painless even with only using local anesthesia and no IV sedation. I highly recommend Dr McBee & his office!

My son injured his teeth late on a recent Friday night. Walked into the A.F Hospital E.R. at about midnight. The E.R. Doctor took one look and said she would call the Oral Surgeon on call. Dr. McBee left his nice comfortable bed and came down and helped. Sure, lots of on call oral surgeons show up when called, but the kindness, professionalism and compassion he showed was extraordinary. His confidence was reassuring. He did what he could do there in the E.R., and then made the extra effort to open his office on a Saturday morning to finish the treatment. His assistant Natalie was spot on and was great with both my son and his worried dad. Again, Dr. McBees kindness in a tense situation was reassuring and I would highly recommend anyone who needs an oral surgeon to get an appointment with Dr. Bean.

I was very impressed with Dr McBee and the AF office. They were friendly, professional and efficient. My sons wisdom teeth removal went smooth and we were grateful for the time he took to help him feel comfortable with the procedure. I would absolutely recommend.

Nearly my whole family has been seen by Dr. McBee at some point for various procedures. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and he answered many of my questions and concerns about surgery when I came in for my consult. Another time my Moms tooth was causing her a great deal of pain and he graciously got her in as soon as possible to be seen. Overall he has taken very good care of my family. Highly recommend!

Let me start with the good. Dr. McBee is an excellent oral surgeon in my perspective, and did great work for me (I received a sinus lift and a tooth implant). Five stars out of five for him.The Dr. splits time between an office in Provo and one in American Fork (this location). The Provo office was professional and prompt every time I visited. The American Fork office, however, was never on time. I never waited less than 45 minutes for an appointment. This is extremely frustrating when you are asked to take off work to get a 10 minute check up and end up waiting for nearly an hour. I currently have been sitting in the lobby today for 52 minutes with no end in sight, and this is the third or fourth appointment Ive had here with the same result.To get around this, the office hands out ice cream coupons. If I waited one time and the rest didnt, I might find this to be a nice gesture. At this point, however, I find it a stop gap for an office that just doesnt have a great idea of their load or scheduling. This is frustrating and if I need this kind of dental work done again, I will seriously consider a different office for my visits.Once again, I recommend Dr. McBee- you may just want to see him in Provo instead of American Fork. I will also mention that the billing department sometimes seems a little less put together, but unfortunately Ive seen that in a lot of medical practices.

The star is for the staff alone. They were very kind.Ive seen Dr. McBee twice. Both times I had to wait at least 30 minutes past the time of my appointment. When I finally saw the doctor, he didnt give me any answers, nor did I get an apology for the wait. His recommendations felt like when a mechanic is trying to get you to buy new tires when all you needed was an oil change. To him, I was just another dollar, another box to be checked.

My experience was terrible. Upon arriving as a new patient after 3 days of excruciating tooth pain I arrived at the office and the office staff pulled my refferal file and placed it on the counter. On the counter, for anyone to come up and see. They exercised no discression or client cofidentiality. After waiting 45 minutes in the lobby I was taken back to the office were I met with the oral surgeon. The office was uninviting and undecorated. While speaking with the dentist he answered my questions but spoke so loudly the nurses in the hallway stopped by to listen in. When I got back to the front desk the staff had not pulled my insurance information and insisted that I reach out to them. I was devastated, embarrassed, and upset. I am not going back there.

I was so happy with our experience having my sonss wisdom teeth out at Dr. McBees office in American Fork. We were BOTH so nervous, but were very comfortable with Dr. McBee and the staff. The procedure itself was so quick and went smoothly. I would ( and have) recommended this practice to neighbors and friends.

We have had several wisdom teeth extractions with Dr McBee and have had a positive experience each time. One of our kids had a very complicated surgery on some other teeth. Our orthodontist is a perfectionist and he recommended Dr McBee so that spoke volumes about his skill level. Highly recommend!
