10/10! Roy was such a wonderful therapist, I have never felt more emotionally stable as after working with him! I cannot recommend him enough. With his help I overcame so many of my personal issues, and my husband and I were able to overcome problems in our marriage before they had time to fester and tear us apart. I feel like he taught us how to find more joy and satisfaction in our lives and relationships, and I dont know why anyone wouldnt want that! My husband and I now both feel happier than weve ever been, thanks to Roys counseling.

I am so thankful for Aspen counseling! Not only is it a safe, professional environment, it’s also a place where one feels loved, accepted and understood. They’re so easy to work with and understanding especially is tricky situations. Our family has been through some really hard things over the years. Aspen counseling has given us a safe outlet and a place where we can all learn and grow. They have helped both of my daughters and my husband and me as parents. I can never thank Aspen enough for what they’ve done for our family!

I had KaeCee as a therapist a few years ago and I loved her! The only problem was that I started going to therapy for OCD but she told me I didn’t have it even though I had been diagnosed and it runs in my family. She helped me through a lot of other things aside from that but I just hoped to find the coping skills I needed.

The Aspen Counseling Services Team is a great addition and resource to our community! Their highly skilled professionals help individuals, couples, and families build themselves and each other. They love what they do, and it shows!

I have had two of my kids work with the team at Aspen. The director and the counselors there are some of the best I have seen and we have seen a few. I am always impressed by the questions asked and advice given. It tells me that their number one priority is what is in the best interest of my family not what benefits them the most.

The front receptionist was extremely rude, laughed at my situation and over charged me $250.00! “I completely understand” she said. Fat idiot wouldn’t lift a finger to even look into why their office over charged me or what they could do to be better. Here’s a hint - You’re there to help people!Not how a counseling office should be ran, very disappointed.

Weve been going to Aspen Counseling for about 3 weeks now. So far, the staff has been wonderful to work with. KaeCee has been very good in working with my son and attending to his needs. I have seen a huge change in him and feel that this is going to help in throughout his life in dealing with his mental health. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for any therapy needs for adults and/or children.

The staff is so nice and amazing, they are always there if you need 2 sessions. they are very understanding with the payment. they always have these gift cards to give out. there is a lot of amazing things about this place I would recommend it .

Weve been with Aspen Counseling for 6 months and I have been very impressed with the level of care and respect from our counselor. We see Ryan for child therapy and the growth I have seen has been tremendous! I was really nervous to send my child to therapy but being able to meet Ryan before we started therapy sessions helped calm my nerves. I was able to meet Ryan and decide along with my son if he felt comfortable talking to him. I was very relieved after that first initial visit.Over the months Ive seen so much growth as Ryan has helped by giving both me and my son ideas and tools on how to navigate through some very tough times. I have been very appreciative of all the care he has provided to us!

Aspen Consulting has been very helpful and professional in helping us with a family matter. After visiting a number of counseling firms, we finally found Counselor Tim Waters at Aspen and he has given us direction and guidance through some very difficult times. He is outstanding in his work and compassion.

Friendly staff, quick to respond, and nothing but great things to say about my experience there. Ryan Cooper has been phenomenal and very willing to work with our schedules! He has made me feel comfortable, and helped me talk and process a lot of difficult things. I would highly recommend him.

This has been a great place to go. I have had two different counselors and have benefited from both. They are very knowledgeable and actually listen and help realize issues rather than just talk for an hour like I have experienced in the past. I would recombined this place to anyone, adults, children, marriage or personal counseling.

I have been going to Aspen Counseling for almost 3 years now. Whether Ive needed to go weekly or on an as-needed basis, it has always been a great experience. The office managers are super helpful and accommodating. They are great about about communicating well in advance if there are any scheduling conflicts (honestly I can think of just two in 3 years), and they are always willing to work with my scheduling needs as well. Tom is a fantastic counselor - I recommend him to everyone I know. Its not just a job for him; he really invests in your well - being. This is the only counseling center Ive returned to on a regular basis in 15 years. Considering they are voted #1 in a Utah County year after year, I doubt you could go wrong with any counselor. Highly recommend.

I had Kaecee as my therapist over a year ago and I wanted to walk out on my last session because it was that bad, she told me that I was never going to get away from an ex boyfriend, also told me I was a failure and that I wasn’t really trying, for a codependent person that’s hard to hear that and it makes you want to be with that person and makes you think why am I even trying then. I had other appointments and I cancelled them and never came back. A therapist is one that should listen and give skills to their patients not down grade them.

The counselors there are super helpful and they care about everyone. They give out great prizes and they are always patient especially the secretaries. Kayci is a great counselor we love her and so is Tim

I cannot recommend this place more highly! It has helped my family so much. My two boys and I worked with the therapists Tim, Ryan, and Kenzie. All three were amazing. Ryan worked with my youngest who was only 7. He made my son feel really safe by talking while spending some time playing. They would make goals to work toward & it really helped my son’s confidence. Ryan took the time to explain things to me so I could understand how to best help my son. Tim helped my pre-teenage son. He helped him understand that his emotions after our experience are normal & how to respond in healthy ways. It made a huge difference. My son is so much happier & is more willing to discuss his feelings with us. He would even tell us when he acted out inappropiately that he was sorry & would tell us how he was feeling. This was HUGE for him! I worked with Kenzi and she was so kind and patient with me. I never felt any judgement. I chose this office because it was a close drive to our house, but it’s so great it’s worthy of a commute to go here. We all are still working through issues, but I know we are at the right place.
