I have been meeting with Andrew (Reneck) for over a year. Sometimes I meet alone and other times with my wife. This experience has had an overwhelmingly positive effect on my life. We were introduced to Andrew at just the right time and right place. He has given me a perspective of myself and my relationship with others, especially my dear spouse, that has changed the way I think, act, and treat these important people. Andrew gave me insight and direction that has led to a new way of thinking about myself and others. It has improved my self awareness and how I see and interact with others.My counseling with Andrew has been an incredible journey and seriously Andrew is a freaking good counselor. He has a gift to recognize why people think the way they do and gives highly effective feedback. I have been married for over 30 years and didn’t think there was much that would ever change myself and those around me, but that was not the case. My wife and I now have the best relationship that we have ever had, but also realize that there is still some really work to be done. This work has not been and fun and games but it has been enriching and life changing.If you want to be happier and more confident in your relationships, then you should make an appointment with this dude. Andrew has been amazing for our family. He seems to know just what to say and he remembers what we say and do so we don’t have to start from the beginning every time. He doesn’t have an agenda, it seems like he has a special gift for seeing what we need and tailors each visit to that. If I could give this experience zero stars then I would. My wife and I have a horrible experience with our counselor.On the first session he couldnt stay on topic or seem to listen to what we were saying. He then admitted to forgetting his ADD medication. First red flag.On the second session he was over 20 minutes late and we werent compensated for the missed time. Second red flag.On the third session he removed our time all together and forgot that we had a session so I told him we wouldnt be coming back.I called the main office and they offered to reimburse me for the 3 sessions and offer a credit with a new counselor. I called to check on the status of the refund and they stated, oh we meant the money you paid would be used as a credit.Never again will I think to use their services again.Also the counselor we used we a male at the American Fork location in the evening.Shame on us for giving more than two attempts.

As a Bishop I referred several members to this service. I always had a very quick response to my requests. I had updated information in a timely manner when requested. The most important thing for me was the quality of service with my members. In almost all cases there were tremendous results. That was gratifying to me to see my members feeling better about themselves or about their relationships. I recommend this group of professionals wholeheartedly. Ed Porter

Participated in an Ethics training with Nevin. He made it interesting and also shared more insight into family systems. His videos were great and brought laughter to what can be a very uninteresting yet required training for clinicians. He did a great job.I am glad I chose this training for my CEUs

This facility and it’s therapists are beyond wonderful. While they do focus on a lot of relationship and marriage counseling, their passion to help and support families and individuals is just as important to their work. I love that they are willing to find you the best match with one of their counselors so that you can have a truly impacting experience. With the variety of personalities and experience in their office, you can visit with the different therapists until you find one that you feel comfortable with! Most places I feel like give you a name that you’re stuck with, but not this place. Thank you Nevin for creating such a wonderful environment for those seeking help or change, and for the life-changing opportunities you and your therapists give to everyone looking for support!

Worst experience I have ever had with a counselor. Highly inappropriate comments made to me during a session and made me lose all respect for this agency. I won’t be returning. Don’t waste your money here.

I really enjoyed the presentation he did at one of our religious meetings. He showed us how a simple thing can make a small strain on the relationship and then how lack of communication can cause that strain to turn into a large gab tween a partnership. We got to participate by taking turns standing inside a huge rubber band that we pulled away from each other as he placed props between us that represent things that causes gaps in a relationship. What a fun way to present!! and we left feeling good with a lot of positive information.

I’ve listened to Nevin Alderman speak twice in the last few months. Once I went just because the topic interested me, and I was so impressed by his presentation I asked him to come speak to a group. Weve had an opportunity to work with Renew Relationship counseling on a few projects. They have always been very easy to work with. They were prompt in returning calls or emails and were quick to facilitate any of our needs as we worked on those projects.
