Wow! Stonehaven has impressed me in a way that a dental office never has! The group of front office individuals are kind and go out of their way to solve patients problems, and my hygienist Amanda worked efficiently. Just got the free exam and every one there was amazing. Really friendly, and I felt like they actually cared. Thats important when it comes to dentistry. I set up an appointment for next Thursday with out insurance, but they do offer some in the office as well with payment plans through a creditor with no interest if the procedure is too much to pay for out of pocket.That is nice.Im a massage therapist and asked if they do trades, and they are considering it. They have to ask the boss, so fingers crossed. I told them to tell her that Id give her a free hour massage so she can see my skills and hopefully accept. 🤞🤞Its cool that they are even considering it.

I love Dr Jenny at the American Fork office. Shes super nice and all the hygienists are great too. She totally helped me out today smoothing out a little chip on my tooth, and they didnt even charge me!

Amazing office. All the workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienists and dentists are careful and do their best not to poke your gums. They also all work really hard to make sure you’re comfortable and not in any pain.

Thus is my first encounter with Stonehaven Dental, and the experience was excellent. When there was a problem, they communicated it to me. They were able to get me scheduled the day I called which was very important to me... I was in pain. I have scheduled a return visit for normal teeth maintenance.

I love this office! From the staff that greets you, to the hygienists and Dentists, they are all the most friendly people you will meet. My cleaning felt so thorough compared to some other offices. And they have a great plan to make yearly visits affordable. The best people work here! I so appreciate them!

Mixed results from my wife and myself. Ive never actually had any issues, only gotten good treatment at a fair price. But my wife however, has had a bit of a nightmare experience with one of her teeth. The doctor did a routine filling, but went too deep and actually injured the nerve. And because of that, my wife had to get two root canals done, one from Stonehaven and another from an endodontist. And ended up costing us over $1,000 for a routine cavity fix.

I don’t usually like my experience with the dentist. Even though it’s necessary to maintain healthy guns and teeth, it’s not my favorite thing. The dentists and staff at Stone Haven make it less of a challenge for me. Very professional kind and caring about the patients you serve. I appreciate that from any dentist or medical professional. For a few years I thought Stonehaven Dental was too expensive. I have changes my mind! With their early morning and evening appointments, combined with 6 days a week appointments, it is well worth the money. Dr. Jenny is great and my Dental Hygienist Chelsea did the best and must efficient cleaning I have ever had. The office staff are very nice and professional. Great Dentist office!! They are my Dentist!

Everyone was kind, as always! I’ve been going to Stonehaven for 6 or 7 years now. And I’ve been to multiple offices. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I’ve never had an issue with billing either. I also love that they give cookies. That’s my favorite part of Stonehaven. This time they were running late and I had to wait a while but they gave me a free smoothie card because of it. It was so nice!

They’re always on time. Communicative. The only thing I wish was that the different locations systems would connect so that I didn’t have to let them know when I’m seen in another office, but that’s a first world problem.

My appointment was to cement a crown into place. Courtney was the Dental Assistant, and Dr. Eric was the doctor. Both were professional and friendly.At my request, Stonehaven used Nitrous oxide to help me relax.The fit of the crown created a perfect bite.Kudos! and Thanks.

I’ve been coming to the Stonehaven in Lehi for years and years, I really love everyone at this location. The front desk, hygienists, everyone is so welcoming and I’m always happy to show up for my appointments.

This Dental Office is dishonest, said I had 5 cavities and needed a crown, wanted to set me up with a loan and payments. I felt like I was at a car dealership. Decided to get a second opinion, 0 cavities and definitely didnt need a crown. Run from this company, sketch business.

We’ve been coming to Stonehaven for several years now and couldn’t be happier! They’re great with the kids, super friendly staff, clean facilities... Must be a good place to work because we’ve seen many of the same dentists and assistants for years now. Highly recommended!

Great place , very clean , professional and efficient :) very happy with their entire operation

People were kind polite and capable. At my appointment I was told they could only do half the procedure do to a lack of material. I had to make an additional appointment. My follow up appointment was in 2 weeks. A week prior I was contacted and told there was an additional 2 week delay. No explanation. What should have been a 2 week total was about 5 weeks.

Dr. Jenny and hygienist Cindy are the best. The quality of dental work is suburb.Their billing though is atrocious. If you overpay, they keep you money as credit. I actually asked for a refund and the girl just said its there on my account for the next visit.They accidentally made me prepay twice for the same appointment.

If it had just been the fact that I was lied to about my insurance covering a simple cleaning, or the fact that the bill was sent straight to collections without ever being notified by stonehaven, or the 3 months it took calling their incompetent billing department to get the bill out of collections, maybe I wouldnt be writing this review. But I have now received 7 phone calls from stonehaven after leaving them multiple messages to stop contacting me. Unfortunately they never answer the phone, so I have yet to get the chance to ask them to not contact me in person.

I work here, so I know this isn’t the most legit review. But, just got my cleaning today, Amanda and Dr. Nate we’re both awesome!🤩🤩🤩 So happy to be back in the original building.

Got teeth cleaned and it was fast. It took 30 minutes. They were helpful and it was a good experience!

They told me my son had a cavity and it needed to be fixed. They wanted to charge us almost 300 dollars to fix it. Even with insurance. We went to go to his appointment as they called us letting us know the time. We got there and said that we were late and had to wait an hour to get in. We decided to use a different dentist and they checked his mouth and NO CAVITIES. Stonehaven are crooks and wanted to use us for money by faking that my son had a cavity. Do not go here, go to Monarch instead.

I refuse to go anywhere else for my dental work. The hygienists are not only thorough and skilled, but a JOY to talk to. Amanda had me cracking up through my whole cleaning. All of the doctors are incredible. From their chairside manner, to their skilled hands. I’ve had a few different procedures done by a couple different doctors, ranging from restorative to cosmetic, and have always been pleased with the results. Quick and easy recoveries and lasting, professional results every time. Dr. Jenny did my exam today and was straightforward and honest. I know she didn’t recommend anything unnecessary and she explained my treatment in clearly. Talyn, at the front desk, handled all my treatment planning and billing and, again, explained everything in a way I could understand (even with all the confusing insurance co-pays and deductibles). I always feel confident that I’m in good hands at Stonehaven.

I love how positive and fun everyone who works there is. The lady who helped me, Jana, is seriously the nicest person! She made me feel so at ease during my appointment! She was so upbeat and fun. She made sure I felt comfortable and that everything felt perfect in my mouth before I left. Ask for her to assist on all your procedures!! I can’t say enough good things about her!

Just unethical, we have had billing issues for 2 years. We have been patient with them. Brought son in, they gave us 2 quotes, got a procedure, then they came back and said we owed more money. They told us they would check with insurance beforehand. Just dishonest, we have given them every opportunity to fix, but they choose not to.

I love coming to Stonehaven! The treatment rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is kind and friendly, but above all, I appreciate the protocols they’ve set in place to keep a safe environment during covid. I noticed that everyone was wearing a mask and they promptly took my temperature. I recommend Stonehaven to everyone!

In and out so quickly, I was able to set up the appointments via text, they have payment options to pay over time... staff is friendly and really helpful. I’ve had no complaints on the actual dental work they either. Plus, they’re open on weekends so I can go in around my work schedule.

Ive been going to stonehaven for 3 years now. They always do a great job and try to get people in and out fast, but you never feel rushed and they always have time to answer your questions. I like how they have the payment system set up with advocates that you can ask specific questions about your bill and insurance.

In my opinion, my experience as a patient was about average for what you expect at a dentist office: dental check-up, cleaning, and dentist evaluation. However, when my daughter was anesthetized to take care of her cavities, her being a minor, I would expect her guardian to be able to observe in any capacity to make sure she was safe. Nevertheless, her guardian was required to be away from her. The entire staff demonstrated absolute apathy, and did not provide informed consent. There is no way my children will be placed in a vulnerable position where there is any chance they may become victims.11/25/2020: The information was not previously disclosed for full informed consent. If patients safety is your number one priority, there is no reason not to allow the parent to witness, even from afar, what is being done to the patient. The standard of care was breached, and it is unacceptable!

My family has been at the Lehi office since 2010 and have always been treated well. We’ve had our hygienist Monique for years. She’s great with kids. Each dentist me or the kids have seen was excellent at making me feel comfortable with recommendations.They are aggressive with small cavity treatment, which I especially appreciate in adult teeth since it avoids more treatment later.In kids with autism or others who may need sedation, it’s a relief to have this option in-office.Once a year they give back to the community by doing a free dental work day on a Saturday.They do customer appreciation events regularly at places you’d like to take a family - one year was 7 peaks water park, for example, another year was the Lindon aquatic center. They are always Free for the whole family.The staff all wears headsets to communicate about your readiness stage, and their needs in-office, which feels like it helps speed along your visit.I can’t say enough good about our dentist’s office. 💕.

These Dr.s and staff were great, i was in need of a root canal with very short notice, they got me in and out fast. Have to say I am not a huge going to the dentist fan. Stonehaven Lehi was great.

I got a filling today unexpectedly and the dr and assistant were awesome. Unfortunately I was in a fit of panic and I don’t remember their names. I literally was probably their most annoying patient they’ve ever had. I choked while I was getting my filling which caused the drill to slip I think and cut my tongue…and then I had a panic attack. Yay me. Even though the events were somewhat laughable and very much scary, they remained very professional and made sure I was okay. Thanks again for taking care of me even though I’m a big fat cry baby. I’ll try to not come back for a long long time 😂

Had a tooth emergency the day before thanksgiving. Stonehaven fit me in right away and was very professional. I worked with Dr Nate, who was awesome! The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Prices were competitive as well. Overall great experience.
