I will start off by saying that there’s simply not enough space or time for me to write all of the wonderful things I have say about working for this company. I know the owner personally, and if everyone who had employees could treat them even half as well as we’re treated, there would be no such thing as turnover. Erin, the owner, makes it a point to know all of her employees. She goes all out making sure not only the facilities she staffs are happy and properly staffed, but she knows each of us so that when it comes to sending us out on our assignments, she takes into consideration our personalities, qualities, and work experiences when sending us out. There are multiple reasons this company is growing so fast....with the main reason being that Erin truly cares for all of us. We are a family. A strong one at that. I’m so blessed to call this company HOME!!
