Dr. Lewis was one of the most caring doctors that I ever met and had. He answered all of my questions and he was helping me so much with Botox injections. I suffered an intracranial brain bleed (massive stroke in 2012) that left me paralyzed from my left side. The Botox injections Dr Lewis was giving me were starting to help me regain some use of my left side. I was devestated to find out that Dr. Lewis had died in May 2020 3 weeks after my last appt with him. He was a wonderful human being and such a caring doctor. Too young to have died. No help! They will not call you back! They sent my daughter to another doctor she went and did lots of tests and they said they would call us to get her back to discuss the test results that has been over a Year. If you have any problems don’t think you will get it resolved very quick. Dr. Lewis made my daughter promise to call his office if she had Any problems. She called and I called and nothing it was until I called and got ugly that they responded. They are no help And very unprofessional! Jodi Tarver

Dr. Lewis is absolutely amazing! He is so caring and actually cares about your well being. When you have an appointment he takes the time to listen and find a solution for you. I highly recommend him.

If u need a neurologist or medication for a specific condition, u better go somewhere besides amarillo tx or get ready to wait a yr or 2 before u r actually treated

Got a refferal sent here in june 2018. Never heard anything so i called them in july 2018 and was told they were not booking anyone until January that they would call me with an appointment and that i would also be put on a cancellation list to get in sooner. Wel here it is january 2019 still havent heard anything so i call back and now im being told they never recieved my refferal and my name or bday is not on the system and i need to have a refferal sent over and they are booking for July! The office lady refuses to talk to the doctor and explain what has happend to try and get me in before my insurace runs out.

The office doesn’t have a clue what they are doing before I went I had a couple test run by my Family doctor. I had the results sent to them so they would have them in my file. I got 3 calls telling me what my MRI results where ( I already knew from my family doctor) & 2 calls telling me the results of the bloodwork the previous doctor ran. Again I already knew.. Finally saw Dr.Lewis & didn’t care didn’t listen to my symptoms before telling me what he thought I had. He pushed me off to his nurse practitioner that is absolutely horrible. My 3rd & final visit they said I had several symptoms but they where just going to treat my migraines which I already have a doctor doing that. I’m self pay so it was a huge waste of money I could’ve used somewhere else. Disappointed they didn’t care & the office staff is always rude

He is very sweet and takes the time to explain things to his patients . He has taken care of my dad for years a Very respectful and professional. Dr.

This doctor does not care about your problem. He is a master of excuses as to why I cant or will not see you. Do not try to see him if you are in real need of neurological help. Seek someone out of town. I have never encountered such an uncaring and totally unwilling to help Doctor.
