These people are incompetent, rude and arrogant.the last seven years of my life have been a living hell. every time time I have asked for help from NWTH system. all I got was mocked and humiliated Dr Carizzo, Teresa Smith and Amber the master caseworker were the worst and I never got any treatment these people have weaponized healthcare. Thank God for BSA.

Hard to reach anyone by phone also had to get accepted as a patient. Lengthy application interview and acceptance process. Psychiatrist is too unpredictable and hard to be seen. Unreliability. Currently short staffed on Dr. Some are good other ones are not. Just pure luck of the draw. Only saving grace it has a fantastic pharmacy with a great staff. Meredith is my favorite. Fantastic. In my opinion Jo Wyatt is better alternative than no option at all. Most are helpful and friendly.

Took my daughter to the Urgent care they had in the back and let me say from the beginning to the end everything went perfect. Jenneta the registration lady was very sweet and kind to me and my daughter. When they called us back it got even better, the nurse Lindsey was very sweet gentle and professional. The New Nurse Practitioner Patricia was amazing I felt that she cared for my 13 year old daughter, made sure that we had everything that we needed very professional!!!! I will for sure come back just to find her, its so hard finding a good physician these days! But she was perfect!!!

They have been helpful with my husbands health

Its a pretty good place if you need help, Dr. Carrizo is a good doctor but was referred to Dr. Shivaram Gowadagere for my multiple sclerosis and he was the worst and had the worst office staff, he recently left, good riddance

I love my Dr. He is the best. All the people at JO WYATT are very easy to talk to.

Very poor service. When I called over the phone I was told I needed certain paperperwork. I brought the paperwork I was told was needed. After a short wait I went back to be seen to be told that I needed a copy of my 1040. After driving back home(all the way across town) and getting it printed off I quickly returned to the clinic. Upon arrival at the clinic I was told that there was a great possibility of not being seen at all that day. If the personel would have told use to bring the correct paperwork I wouldnt have had to leave and return in the first place. I rate the staff at the front desk 0-5. Once you get past the non-sense of the desk the personel are very kind and helpful. But due to the front desk I would recomend not going here if you dont have to.

If you do not wish to help others do not work in a helping environment. People who wish to start the process to recieve healthcare get treated very poorly.

BECAUSE IT HAD TO DO WITH ALL IN THE WAY ITS RAN AND THE M.D.S, N.P.S, AND MOST OF THE R.N.S/L.V.N.S/MED. TECH.S, ETC.. BEDSIDE MANNER IS PRETTY MUCH LOUSY!

My husband took a friend of his there to be seen. Took 2 hours to be seen when there was only 3 people including them in the waiting room. Ine of the nurses was just sitting and playing on her phone. Never once did she look at a computer screen. They finally took him back and ge then had to wait another 1 1/2 hours and then sent him on his way said nothing was wrong. No blood taken no urin test no nothing. Clearly his leg is swollen and his toes are falling off and you can see where he has rotten flesh on his feet. They just want to take your money and not treat you. It is complete BS... I am not even sure that they have doctors working there.

I would have rated it negative a million stars if it let me! Today I took my 3 yr old daughter into the Northwest Urgent care on 34th due to a fall that left her unconscious and then caused vomiting I was terrified she had a concussion and she was dosing off. Well they told me there was no X-ray tech there so they sent me to the Blvd urgent care at JO Wyatt I arrive freaking out because my daughter just moaned and cried in pain and kept vomitting. The lady had me wait and after over half an hour I finally asked her how much longer it would be because I was struggling to keep her awake the lady in the front desk says to me next time you think your child has a concussion take her to the ER she then goes to ask how long it will be and then returns and tells me yes you need to take her to the ER I lost it! They had me waiting there saw my daughter crying in pain and vomitting they knew she had symptoms of a concussion because I told them when I was checking her in and they saw me panicking when they could have told me to go to the ER from the beginning! They didnt seem to care for the wellbeing of my child and instead they acted annoyed when I wanted answers! I left there in tears of frustration, worried and scared!

Worst care ever!!!! If you have anything more then the common cold you are most likely to get worse being treated by these quacks, and good luck if they are supposed to find a specialist for a life saving operation.

I went with a long time friend, and they are not happy employees that work at Jo Wyatt, they probably dont get paid very well and that is how they come across to patients .
