Most professional, caring, and compassionate team ever! My experience since 2017 has been great!

Updated to 3 stars! Received a call from BSA! My account was reviewed and corrected. I am impressed! Glad to know my situation is a learning moment for the billing dept to better process claims and provide the best customer care to their patients. I appreciate you reaching out BSA.Original 1 star post: Billing department awful! I had double insurance coverage for my 2020 mammo. Early 2021 I was billed stating my insurances did not pay. They refused to assist me with any coordination of care in contacting the insurance companies. I contacted the insurance companies myself and had the EOB of payment. Billing dept said they didnt get paid and sent me to collections. Shame on yall for creating barriers to healthcare.

The receptionists were really kind and helpful but once I got in for a breast ultrasound it was a terrible experience. The ultrasound technician was completely rude and ignored my symptoms. She was very condescending and dismissive. Then I was told by the doctor I’m “too young” to have any serious problems and I’m fine but received NO answers as to what is wrong with me and if it gets worse in 3 months to come back. The Dr then mentioned I supposedly had a cyst last time and now it’s apparently gone but they didn’t mention at all that I had one on my last visit. I felt because of my age and race that I wasn’t taken seriously and I left there feeling worse and with NO answers.

I absolutely love Harrington. I moved over to them after a less than ideal experience with Texas Breast Specialists. At Harrington, everyone is very caring and professional, they always answer every question I ask in a way that I understand, and they are incredibly thorough in their work. The entire experience is comfortable, from the dressing rooms to the ultrasound. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it. I would absolutely recommend them over any other breast center in the area!
