12/4/2015 my family and I was traveling in our motorhome. When I needed a eye shot do to a fungus in my eye.I asked my Medicare who I may go too and that advised me anyone that takes Medicare. I FOUND THIS DR Aragon in Amarillo Texas. I went in and gave them my Medicare card and they stated they would file my insurance .they never did is what I was ADVISE of when I saw my credit report for 2,480.I have Medicare..I called the drs office and very very rude people. Dont trust them.there rude.and unprofessional. 1 star is too much for them. . I will be looking in to getting an attorney on this matter..on aug 6 th 2020 medicare sent this Dr 157.00 and on Aug 27 there was another check for 756.00.Medicare stated thats all they was getting do to the fact thats what Medicare will pay..This eye dr will not clear my credit report off. They want more.money. they are in violation. Of federal law.they can not charge me more than Medicare pays.as of this date Sept 10,2020 my credit report is not clear of this charge.

About to file a missing person report just so that I know that the doctor actually exists. Approaching two hours after my scheduled appointment.

I have nothing but good things to say abput these people. Fast in and out times, and every one is so nice. Dr. Sloan definitely knows what hes doing, and hes straight forward and to the point.

Dr. John Murrell is fantastic. I have an eye disorder that requires an annual pre-auth for prescription medication. This year was my second year to visit Dr. Murrells office. His staff are friendly, helpful and QUICK. They run about 3 tests within an hour and Im in and out of the office. The Dr. is knowledgeable and helpful, he takes his time when he speaks to me and the girls that work there are all fantastic. I am so lucky to have been referred to this office. Thank you for your wonderful service, I am glad to be a patient of yours!

Be aware!! My son had Keratoconus (Cross linking) procedure on his left eye by Dr. Sloan Rush, which I paid $3,000.00 out of pocket the cost of the study before they checked if the insurance would cover, but they also filed it to my insurance (Aetna) , which my insurance paid as well. Now he is stating that he will not accept my insurance for the 2nd procedure my son will need for his right eye. His office is contracted with Aetna, how can that be possible. But of course when you are getting paid half from the insurance company versus paying the $3,000.00 out of pocket. I guess they prefer the $3000 out of pocket instead of working with a patients insurance. Now my son will have to hold off since he will not accept my insurance. Keratoconus (cross linking) has been approved by FDA in April 2016. Please if any other person is getting this procedure make sure you call your insurance to check if they pay. Unfortunately I will be considered self pay at Dr. Sloan Rush.

Okay service but the doctors rush in and rush out and leave you with unanswered questions.

Very poor financial staff. No responsible explanation of financial assistance. I was left with a$800+ bill which I was told had been approved by their office and then later was told I should have taken care of it myself. I was told I would be turned over to and collection agency. Do not trust the very rude business office woman. It saddens me to see what has happened to the medical profession after having worked in that profession many years. No concern or compassion left. I was also told the June charges would be removed, however they were not.
