I have been to this establishment 3.times and I love it. My daughter had her very first visit today and the lady that did our eye exams.was absolutely amazing! Very professional and worked with my child and never once got frustrated. The doctor was very quick m very nice...got our glasses before we left. Overall me and my daughter ate both very happy!Thanks ladies

They met and exceeded all my expectations.I had a two oclock appointment and my exam actually started at two oclock! The staff was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. My overall experience with the staff was good but the billing portion of it needs to be addressed. I never received a bill for what they say I owed so I assumed my insurance had covered it. All of a sudden I was slapped with a 151.00 bill because of the deductible not being met. My deductible was met but to my surprise I wasnt expecting any bill other than my copay. I feel that a notification or a bill should have been sent to me way before today when I had to pay this balance. Customers shouldnt have to be surprised by such a large bill when they arent expecting any payments other than their deductible. Please be more diligent about making sure Customers get their current bills before they have to come in again.

Most of the staff was professional and friendly, but when I got an e-mail telling me my contacts had arrived I called in and a very rude woman told me “We don’t even send e-mails.” And that the lenses weren’t there. I wish I had written down her name. Easily the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t go back.

Went in for a ROUTINE eye exam, got through it all- next step picking out glasses. The young lady very helpful in the different decisions on the various designs. I asked whats my total cost was told an I paid it. Went back to pick up my glasses- then they claim I owe $175 bc my exam turned into a medical exam, um excuse me AT NO TIME DID ANYBODY SAY MY EXAM WAS UPGRADED TO A MEDICAL. DIDNT ASK FOR IT. I WAS ASKED ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS- SAID YES I HAVE MS.. I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY THEY DENIED THE CLAIM- SO I CAN GO ELSEWHERE FOR MY GLASSES. MY BANK WILL REVERSE THE CHARGES TOO. TRIED TO TELL YOU DONT MESS with me, gave you a chance e to correct YOUR PROBLEM. THE BILLING MANAGER- VERY RUDE AN NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER WOULDNT PUT IT PAST THEM IF THEY HAVENT TRIED TO FRAUDULENTLY TRIED TO BILL INSURANCE I CORRECTLY. Another lady was there picking up her products an they said she had a balance also.. I will NOT every recommend this business, stay clear.

I have always been very happy with the results of going tomorrow Road Eye Care they treat me as if Im family they make sure I understand everything and that everything is good and fits well if Im getting glasses today I went in and change to contacts for the first time they made sure I knew how to change them they made sure I understand the difference between glasses and contacts. I took my two children to an appointment here and the people were nice there, but a few people working looked unprofessional and under dressed than the rest. Even retail workers dont dress that way let alone at a clinic.

They were very kind and so helpful. They were helpful with my daughter getting contacts for the first time. They took their time with us and I did not feel rushed. They explained everything they were doing and why. I really loved it and I will be switching from my current eye doctor to them! .my daughter was very happy with her care! I am very satisfied with the service I received here today. 👍🏻💯 The girls are friendly, Dr. Parker was good in answering all my questions and the prices for my glasses were surprisingly affordable. Not bad at all. MK pair for only $140. 🤓 Wait time is great, they call you back right away and the Dr doesnt make you wait too long either. I walked out of there happy with my glasses in hand. (this just depends on your prescription) Overall very pleased 🙂

There is no communication. A month wait in one pair on my life I have never had to wait so long. They give you a date then change it and no communication on what is going on. Edit for being contacted by Jimmy I was able to get some answers. I will give 3 star for the problems at the beginning.

Such an amazing visit!!! Crystal stopped what she was doing to go out of her way for me. The atmosphere and vibes were so chill. Everyone working there was having such a blast which tells me they love their job. Prices were extremely reasonable too! They got my new glasses to me in less than 20min!!! Our daughter has been going to Martin Road for going on 3 years. We absolutely love them! All of the staff is so sweet and wonderful. My 12 year old daughter got contacts for the first time and they were so great at helping and teaching her how to use them.we just recently switched insurance and I was so relieved that they accepted our new insurance! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Fast & Friendly service!

The elder Mexican reception in the front was super rude. They sent out a text early in the morning to tell me to text when i got here. Did that for no one to come outside. I went inside with my mask on and the reception was rudebecause i came in so unprofessional. Glad today is my last time coming here. I weather drive all the way on the other side of town for professionalism.

Daniel and Crystal were amazing!! When I came in I was unsure if I wanted to stay because they did not have the type of frames I was looking for.
