I have seen Dr. Rush for the past 25 years and there is no one more qualified in the Panhandle to perform cataract or LASIK surgery in my opinion. I LOVE his themed eye exam rooms and his staff. He can sometimes seem like hes in a hurry, but its only because his practice is growing and obviously very popular with patients.
