My care under Dr Chen has and continues to be excellent. He is a very caring Doctor and has kept my RA in remission and is always right on top of my health. Thank you Dr Chen keep up the photographing .

The worst doctor I have ever encountered! Communication is poor. He does not explain what he would like to plan. Then, he wanted me to take a medicine that can cause cancers, tuberculosis, and deadly infections. Ridiculous! RA and OA can be very painful. No help. He told me I would have to live with the pain. I’m now almost crippled in one hand. Find yourself a doctor that you can trust.

95% of the nurses, aides, etc. were all really great!

Dr. Chen and this facility are friendly, professional, caring, organized, concerned, punctual, with smiling faces (even with masks) that put patients at easy. Dr. Chen also gives acknowledgement of a patients efforts to improve themselves and incouragment to continue. All are great listeners.

Dr. Chen is very thorough with his exams and explanations. Like his manners toward his patients. Love his photos he shares with us.

We had moved from Syracuse, NY to Tucumcari, NM in late 2019. Our small town has no rheumatology specialists and we were referred to BSA Amarillo Diagnostics. So pleased w/our experiences thus far. All staff are friendly, courteous and truly concerned w/my health and appointment needs. So glad I have Dr. Ming Chen as my new arthritis specialist!

Hasnt done anything for my pain

Wonderful Rheumatologist. Actually listens to my concerns and works with me on managing symptoms without forcing drugs.

Dr. Chen was rude to my partner over the phone. All he cared about was telling her that they close at 1pm today. This call was around 12. She is in pain and asks for assistance or advice and he told her again that they close at 1pm.
