I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance, only to have them call the day before and completely change the instructions and even the location I was supposed to go to. Regardless I followed their directions and went to the other location, only for them to take an x-ray and send me back to the original place I had the appointment. Admittedly they were quick, professional, and courteous in that regard. When I got to the other location however, I was informed they couldnt do what I needed and were sending me somewhere else. They werent sure if they took my insurance either, which is always nice to hear when youre already frustrated and in pain.TLDR: Prepare for shenanigans, last second changes, and wasted time. Youll get plenty of that here.

Great people very profesional. I like that they plan everything and give you exact numbers on how much you are going to pay out of the pocket. Totally clear on the terms of the plan and the expectations. Thank you for such a great experience.

Im almost 6 years old and it was my first time the a dentist. I was kinda scared but the people were real nice. I got a surprise bag with a new tooth brush & toothpaste plus a pretty necklace

I took my 3 year old.for his first visit and they were great with him. Nice and clean and very friendly.

Dana was my daughters dental assistant while getting 5 teeth filled. She was great at communicating all that was being done. Shes very kind respectful and would highly recommend herto anyone. The dentist also did a great job filling my daughters teeth. I would most definitely recommend anyone to come here. God bless have a great day. Thankyou to the front desk staff too.

After receiving misleading information I went in for my first visit and was overwhelmed with over priced services. Initially I set up an appointment for a consultation for Invisalign and was told I would receive a package that included X-ray, basic cleaning and consult. I received my X-ray and was told I would need further services to continue then I was denied my paid cleaning! 100% would not recommend

This is an awesome dental office. Dr. Rigby and his staff was the most professional and efficient as any I have ever seen. My husband hashad some very needed procedures done for a serious heart procedure he is facing. They were so sensitive to our needs and his total health care as it relates to his dental health. I would recommend Smile Workshop to anyone.

Everything is so nice. Ive been going for over 4 years and they do a good job in checking my teeth and my kids. The cleaning of my teeth always gives me the spa feeling. I just close my eyes and relax. I have 3 kids, 15, 9, and 3 and they all have had good experiences there with our regular check ups and even when they find a cavity. They always schedule us quickly to get it filled. Im happy and will go back.

Every time I have gone the receptionist have been very rude . On one of the papers it has my mothers name so they would not let me take MY daughter to the back . The receptionist said “technically your not her mom” which made me very mad and upset . She continued to argue with me for atleast 30 minutes about how I’m “technically” not her mom . Definitely looking for somewhere else to go .

3 wisdom teeth removed within 30 mins.. didnt feel a thing. Amy the receptionist and Ashley the lady that called me to the backroom, were both very polite and full of information. They will answer all your questions. My visit there was good. They calmed down my nerves pretty easy.. I wont hesitate to come back to my next appt.. 😊

The dental assistant was very kind and reassuring. The dentist was so fast, when doing my molar extraction, I thought he was giving me another shot to numb my gums. It didn’t hurt at all!

I had a dental emergency and they got me right in. Once there, the staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly. I got right in without a long wait. The dentist was professional; knowledgeable, and thorough with 35 yrs of experience!

The dental work is great but everytime someone in your family goes for an appointment you have to spend 30 min re-filling out forms online that you filled out last time you went. This information should already be in file for the most part. This is a complete waste of my time and they have no respect for my time. This is annoying!!

This was my first filling at Smile Workshop. Dr. Rigby did the procedure and did my exam last time I came in. He is OUTSTANDING! Professional, skilled, and painless. Great experience.

The whole staff was very friendly. It was a great experience.

Everytime I went I was never seen at the right time approximately 40-50 and when seen I was left with clamps in my mouth for nearly 50 minutes with no one to check on me my jaw was in pain. Finally when seen the doctor argues with nurse on rules and laws on what shes not supposed to do but already performed on my mouth. Even until now my mouth still has the same pains as before I came in. Spend plenty of money and my wife even had the same situation on hers. Will never be coming back to this place nor recommend

I was seen quickly after arriving for my appointment, which is a plus. All employees I came into contact with were very kind and courteous and followed the procedures to help protect everyone from Covid and gave the best treatment available. They were very open about my options to help treat a aching tooth and once that was worked out, the work done was fast and efficient. Dr. Alexander’s bedside manner was appreciated. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who took my X-rays or helped get me get started but she was very friendly as well.

They are very professional and personable. My questions were always answered. Strongly recommend

We love the Wolflin location. Staff is so friendly and it’s super clean!! Do not let them refer you to the one on Georgia. My son needed to have stuff they couldn’t do at this location and the experience was far from satisfactory. Was very dirty, not sanitary at all and staff were not as friendly. There was little to no communication and we waited for ever and were transferred to like 4 different rooms. None were wiped down.

It was good, and they were making sure everyone was 6feet apart, to wear our mask s . The place was very clean. I felt comfortable thank you

Service was wonderful. Employees were entertaining, but plan description were clear and understandable. We have had bad experience with other dentist, but 1st impressions are key, and so far we love smile workshop. If all goes well, all my other children will be transferred over to smile workshop.

Been coming here for a while. This is our third trip to have a crown put on. Has fallen off 2 times since being placed. Staff isn’t wearing masks! But won’t let us in the building without one. Used to be a good office, but quality has gone down!

I have had such a good experience each time I and my kids come here. I love the reasons to smile program and the free whitening program as well. The staff is friendly and helpful and my teeth cleanings are always very well done. The dentists have taken their time with me and answer any questions I have. I never feel they are trying to recommend services that aren’t necessary and they always quote prices before any work is done. I am very happy being a patient at Smile Workshop!

They do a pretty good job. My teeth are always cleaner. They also give you the cost of things like fillings and crowns before you even schedule the appointment, which is great for budgeting purposes.

Your office seriously bugs too much. I get texts and emails, wrong appt confirmations.. Once there, service is good but do you really need to contact clients so much? I was there 2 mths ago.. Ive had 4-5 contacts and had to cancel an appt I never made since then.. The office part needs to get it together!

Went in for a crown and it was the most pain free crown I have ever had.Fit was spot on. After the anesthetic wore off I didnt feel like I had been beat up.

One employee CAN ruin the whole appointment. We did not receive instructions when the appointment was confirmed to check in before walking it. The lady checking people in and taking temperatures had THE WORST attitude. Do not argue with the customer about whether they did or did not receive instructions to check in before hand. It may be protocol to GIVE instructions but that does not mean they were given. Straighten up your attitude with customers. I had to bite my tongue - be thankful for that🙃 i hope this employee can better herself and not act like a heathen.

I like that the office is doing their best to adhere to the Covid requirements and restrictions. They are keeping the patients and their associates as safe as possible.

This place is HORRIFIC!! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REFILL A PARTIALLY LOST FILLING AND THE QUACK DRILLED TOO DEEP CAUSING THE NEED FOR A ROOT CANAL. THEY SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN AND MADE NO NOTES OF IT AND WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE IT AFTER PAYING $250. I THEN HAD TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND FORK OVER 900 DOLLARS. DURING THE 4 VISITS FOR THE ROOT CANAL PROCEDURE AND CROWNING, I WAS GIVEN A COMPLIMENTARY FILLING FOR A TOOTH NEXT TO THE CROWN. THEY CRACKED THAT FILLING WHILE TRYING TO PLACE A CROWN THAT DIDNT FIT. THEY EVEN DRILLED SOME ON THE FILLING THEY PLACED IN ORDER TO HAVE THE CRKWN FIT AND NOW REFUSE TO FIX IT. TANYA, THE WOMAN IN THE OFFICE HAD THE ODDACITY TO GET LOUD AND TO TELL ME I OWED MONEY AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT FIX MY TOOTH FOR FREE AND THAT SHE DIDNT NEED TO HEAR A RUNDOWN OF MY PREVIOUS PROCEDURES. SHE THEN SHOWED ME THE DOOR. I WOULD URGE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO STEER FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I AM VISITING WITH MY ATTORNEY TOMORROW.

All of the staff were really nice. The dentist was very caring when he was talking with me. I will definitely be back here.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is how long it took and all the waiting. When we picked this place and made the appointment we made sure we would be able to go on our hour lunch break and we were told it shouldn’t be that long and if so just a couple mins passed that. We were there for 2 hours just for a general cleaning. We filled out ALL paperwork the night before so we didn’t have to spend time doing any of that when we checked in. We literally waited 30 mins to get called back and than waited the rest of the time in the room. I’ve never had a 2 hour cleaning appointment before so it really frustrated me it took that long, especially after talking to them about it before hand. When they did everything (xrays and the cleaning, plus talking to the dr) that in total took about 45 mins all together. Idk why they added an extra hour of wait time in there.

Sam did a wonderful job on my cleaning my teeth. The staff was very nice and quick. My son and I both had our appointment at same time and they did a wonderful job. Thanks you guys

I had such an amazing experience! Being a mother of 7 its hard to find a facility that will be able to help each of my children with all their different dental needs and at Smile workshop they have worked with us and put up with all the noise we bring when we all go in for the visits also to note we dont always make it quite on time and yet they still fit us in!

My kids, 14 and 12 years old, loved this dentist. This was our first visit and my kids were saying how comfortable they felt and how friendly everyone was. Thank yall for making our experience a great one. We will continue to use this dentist.

I came in today as a new patient and just needed to get a checkup and x-rays done which were covered under my insurance. Unfortunately when it was time to leave the lady at the front desk said I owed $50. I asked her why because I knew that my insurance would cover everything and I shouldnt owe anything today. She told me that one of the x-rays they did was not the normal one and it actually was only covered 80% under my insurance.Now as someone who does not work with insurance I feel that this is deceptive. Because there is no way for me to know which x-ray type was covered and which one was not. Now if you are going to do an x-ray that is not covered 100% I feel that you should say something to the patient so that they know theyre going to end up having to pay something out of pocket and that they can refuse that kind of x-ray. The lady at the front simply responded to me and said that most people know what all of the insurance terms mean and what is covered and what is not. Well Im sorry that I dont know every single little thing about dental insurance and what is covered and whats not and I feel that if youre going to be a patients somewhere that the dentist office should protect you and should help you out and understanding what youre going to have to pay for before you get it done. This may sound Petty but I feel honestly deceived today. And unfortunately I have to wait again to get it done because my insurance only covers checkups and x-rays every so often so I have to wait to go somewhere else now.

I was accused of lying on my paperwork because I had previously been tested for Covid (negative) when in reality the questions asked have you ever been tested and are awaiting results. Of course had I known theyd require my testing results I would have brought them, but it was never an instruction. The unprofessionalism and downright rude demeanor I was met with was completely unwarranted. I work in two hospitals, I am extremely sensitive to the covid threat and therefore take a great responsibility in making sure I will not spread this virus to my patients. I would never treat anyone in the manner that they treated me. I will be telling my colleagues of their behavior towards responsible healthcare workers.

Waited for over 30 minutes scheduled appointment when I showed up 10 minutes early with no one at the front desk even recognizing that the customers that came in after me, were taken back one after another! The next two workers, the person who gets your weight and takes you to your treatment room nor the hygienist, were not empathetic at all! Stephen, that came in to do the fluoride treatment was the first and only person to try to straighten the situation, at all! Terrible customer care from all except him!

I’m really happy with the dental care my family and I receive from Smile Workshop. They accept military insurance and always lets me know in advance what I need to plan for on the next visit or in a year. No surprises.The facilities are very well kept and the staff is always friendly. When I forgot to go back for the whitening tray, they called to remind me they were ready for pick up.On another visit, my daughter was fearful of getting a filling and the doctor and the hygienist were very patient and explained the process. They explained what each tool was used for, and gave her plenty of time to ask questions. Fast forward six months later, she went in to get her checkup and teeth cleaned with a smile and confidence! 😊 I recommend Smile Workshop.

I highly recommend these guys me and my husband both see them we had a lot of problems with their teeth this past year and they have helped us out so much whether it’s making payments or just getting us in there whenever we need it to these people are really awesome I also want to recommend Dr. Rigby he is so sweet very thorough and he explains things to you he doesn’t just come and look at your teeth and leave and let the dental assistant explain everything he sits down and makes sure your comfortable also the ladies in the office are amazing They know me and my husband by name they take care of us they get us everything we need and if something doesn’t work out they figure out another way to get it to work out without costing us any more money
