Went in to my scheduled appointment with their recommended supplemental insurance. Was told It would take 47 days till I could get an extraction because it required a dental surgeon. Frustrated some money has been paid out and looks like I have to start over. Who is going to wait that long? Perhaps they need to revisit cases such as mine and how they could provide better service. On the positive side Staff and Doctor were friendly and professional.

Great at cleanings & work. NOT GREAT at Scheduling. Twice Ive drovin 45 min away to appointments that they move my appointment & dont let me know! DO NOT RECOMMEND IF U LIKE BEING ON TIME!

The staff was very friendly and they had got me in pretty quickly for a broken tooth to be looked at for initial consultation. I guess they have a traveling dentist that comes once a month for root canals, so I had to schedule out a month in advance. The staff sent me reminders through the time frame (which was wonderful). BUT the day of the appointment within a matter of hours beforehand, I got a phone stating they would have to cancel due to a unforeseen emergency with the doc. It happens, right? Well they dont have a time frame for me at this point, and would just have to call me for a new appointment. I admit I read all the prior reviews with scheduling problems, but thought since it was so far in advance maybe it wouldnt be a problem, BUT I thought wrong. So now Ive had a broken tooth for a month now, and back to square one. I am going to go somewhere else. Plus not to mention, I had to take time off from work to go to the appointment and get time requested off.

So we were scheduled for an appointment. Then it was rescheduled for February 17th. Then it was scheduled for March 2. We got a call today and said they only do adults on Wednesdays and Fridays and the appointment tomorrow was canceled. We told them that no reason we should have been rescheduled 3 times. They said it would be another month for us to get in. We told them that our dental would be ending soon and we needed to get in. They seemed not to care and said it would still be a month. I recommend that you not waste your time on them.

Great service at this dentist office. Linda and the other front desk ladies are always so nice, and Dr. Long is such a great caring dentist. Me and my mother are treated very nice there. Highly recommended.

One of the worst dental visits I had gone to honestly the staff so rude just nothing but attitude. Came with my kiddos appointment was at 3 why get called back 2hrs later . They got the kids name wrong and also their appointment wrong . It was a mess! they do got other staff that have better attitude.

I made an appt on Monday using their online schedule. Took time off of work to make sure I was able to make the appt.When I arrived, the women at the front desk told me that the online scheduling didn’t work. And I didnt have an appt. This frustrates me extremely bad that I have to ask off again for a future appointment because they refused to squeeze me in. The girls at the front desk did not care when I explained the reasoning that it’s so hard for me to get off work. I give this company one star for the solid fact that the coworkers showed zero compassion. IF THE ONLINE SCHEDULING DOESNT WORK, DONT GIVE IT AN OPTION.

They canceled my Saturday appointment WITHOUT speaking to me. I drove from Borger to find the doors locked and no one there. Other patients were showing up as I was there with the same problem. They obviously do not value their patients time and money spent driving to the appointments. Highly unprofessional and we will not be back.

This place is unprofessional and unorganized I SEE WHY ALL THE PROVIDERS THERE LEAVE, BECAUSE A PROFESSIONAL PLACE WOULD CONTACT THEIR PATIENTS AND LET THEM KNOW THAT PARTICULAR PROVIDER IS NO LONGER THERE ,AND SEE IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE THERE SERVICES THERE BUT THEY DON’T 🤷🏾‍♀️ BUT THEY WILL CALL YOU 5 TIMES A DAY UP UNTIL YOU APPOINTMENT 🤦🏾‍♀️ I WILL NOT BE THERE ANYMORE

Brenda and Dr.Long were very sweet and caring and did a great job with my son. They had great patience with him and even though he was very scared they took there time and didn’t get frustrated at all with him. I appreciated them so much. I recommend them to anyone. They took their time to explain everything that was going to be done as well.

First the lady says, my son has one cavity and no copay required. We go back a week later then she says he has 2 cavities and a 5.00 copay. This is the second time they have done this to me. They don’t know what they doing. All the Drs are very unprofessional and so are the girls up front. Sketchy.

Staff is very rude! Was 10 min late to appointment and they said I had to reschedule even after I called and was told could be up to 15 min late.

I Will Say That Each Child Was Attended To In A Beautiful Timely Manner. They(The Team!) Made Them Feel Special And Not Scared, They Showed And Explained Each Tool And Patiently Answered All Their Questions With Such Grace!And Their Check Up Was A Learning Event For All Of Us! Even At The Dentist 😁😍🤗(SideNote: It Was About 1Hour For Each Child, Plus Paperwork.)They Did Not Rush The Job And Each One Of Their Team Members Were Amazing!

Doctor O and Brenda did great and handled my kid so well. They’re so friendly and made sure me and my kid are okay. The place looks amazing than the last time i was here. I surely recommend this place to my friends.

My daughter had her first filling and crown today and did great. Brenda and doctor Long were amazing with her. I have 4 kiddos that come here and we have never had any issues.

I had a 4 year old getting three crowns and I tell you what, I never seen such Good Dr’s and Dental assistant’s... My son had Dr Long and Brenda. I was very comfortable with them dealing with him. They where very patient and got the job done the right way.

Was horrible they do bare minimum and do not help with situation and I called to get another appointment for x-rays and the dumb lady hung up on me

Brenda always treats me and my family with respect and always goes above and beyond when providing care for us! She’s a rockstar! Dr. O is always our go-to doctor, he provides such good care and always listens to us. All the staff members a really nice and professional. Thank you to all of you.

We have used them for years for our children. We used to love the treatment and service, but in the last few years, they have continually disappointed us. They have cancelled several of our appointments without contacting us and send us random bills after we pay in the office. We travel in, an hour and a half, for poor customer service and poorly managed financial and scheduling departments. DO NOT use Allington Dental, unless your time and money are not valuable to you.

My kids loved the new updated play area, with the large slide! We enjoyed the new look and cleanliness of the office! Both of my children had xrays and a cleaning with kind and helpful staff walking them through every step. Mrs Brenda, Mrs Ruby and Dr Long are amazing. We were scheduled for an appointment the next day and also were able to request Mrs Brenda to take care of my 5 year old son, first time having treatment and needed crowns. Dr Long has a great way for making kids feel comfortable, they made him confident and ended with a smile! We have to return for a couple more visits and we’re looking forward to them! Thank you so much Allington we can’t wait to return in 6 months for another follow up!

Allington Dentals billing office is a complete joke. I used them for 2 years with all three of my children, and am the primary insurance holder for all three of them. One time, my ex-husbands wife took them for their appointment, and then all of a sudden her name appeared on the texts i received and the phone calls. I asked them multiple times to get her name off of the documents, as shes not the insurance holder, and not the parent and they said they would, and never did. Every piece of mail i got had her name on it, and every text i had was addressed to her. When they called, they asked for her. For the first YEAR i simply asked them each time to take her name off, and explained im the insurance holder, and i have custody of them, and they said they would contact the billing office to have it changed. After 2 years of this, i got fed up enough to just use a different dentist. I cancelled my kids last appointment two months ago and never heard anything else from them. (They initially asked why i was cancelling and I brought up the fact they cant seem to get the right name on anything and im sick and tired of being called by my ex-husbands wifes name. How she was even added to their system is beyond me. Another odd thing, is every time we would take the kids up there we would ask if there was any money owed so we could take care of the bill, and were told that was handled separately. They were not organized with their billing system, as they would send bills 3-4 months later from the appointment date. I never thought anything of it, i just paid it when it came, UNTIL a 100.00 bill i never received went to collections. (no call from Allington explaining i even owed a bill, and i never received a paper copy of this one.) A debt collector called saying they were hired on behalf of Allington, and I immediately paid the 100.00 bill, explaining that if this was the last correspondence i got in regards to that dental office, it was worth it just to never have to deal with them again. Funny how they knew my name when they sent me to collections, but couldnt figure it out the 2 years my kids were a client. 0/5 stars. Their attitude was horrid, they never fixed anything on the billing, and put me in collections after 2 years of paying on time, when i never even knew i had a 100.00 bill. THANKS ALLINGTON! I tell all my friends to use a different dentist and they agree that the whole thing was completely unprofessional. I can take my kids anywhere else in town for a cleaning. And plan to do so.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! First I made an appointment that I called a week ahead of time because I was having pain. I gave them my insurance, SSN, and everything that they needed. They did not tell until I got there that they needed to verify my insurance and had to reschedule. But They did tell me I need my wisdom teeth pulled & A root canal so I rescheduled but when I get there the SECOND time they say the Surgical doctor does not work today, they are the ones who scheduled my appointment, they knew what type appointment I had and I was in pain. So my THIRD try I call the day before to make sure everything is okay, and they tell me my the doctor is no longer working there and the next doctor refuses to work on me. So now I have to find another doctor for my work at the last minute.I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Dr. Long and Brenda are very informative, easy to talk to and very hands on. They used professional manorusm when advising their patient without being harsh but teaching them how to protect against cavities and showed concern about after care. Very fast, clean and friendly.

Instead of making me reschedule and taking another day off of work there were kind enough to work me in this time. My child enjoys coming to the dentist, the staff in Amarillo (Dr. Long & Nicole today) have made it a very pleasant experience for her and she actually looks forward to coming to get her princess crowns.

Dr. Long and Brenda were very kind, patient, fast and efficient when working with my child on multiple occasions for multiple procedures. I highly recommend them and Allington Dental.

The front desk were extremely rude and condescending when we didn’t fit the mold of the traditional family. They might need some sensitivity training when it comes to how families are made. Adoption is not uncommon, kinship happens more often than not, fostering families, blended families...the list goes on and on. The clinical staff was amazing and very kind.

Amanda and doctor Long were the best. My son was here for Christmas break and had to get significant dental work done. Not only an extraction but fillings as well. Phenix is 9 and never said he was in pain or anything. Seriously I was very happy with the facility. The waiting room took a little long but was worth it. Candace at the front was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. With not bein from here and recently relocating to Amarillo this facility and the staff I listed were better than I could have hoped for. Ask for Amanda the dental assistant she was definitely lively and engaged during the entire process and gave the entire room comic relief.
