What is the deal with this new app.About ready to take my account elsewhere fed up

Its ALWAYS something with this bank! Ive been in multiple situation where I was in a rush or needed something and my card doesnt work! Or theres something wrong with the app or they flat out cant tell me why my account wasnt working

Would not recommend this place staff wasnt very helpful then they told us they would put a month to a month and a halve hold on my 401 k check ! Mostly they acted as if they didnt care if we did business with them ! Acted more like they were discouraging our business !!

Seems like it is a good bank, but I am going to have to dock it somewhat because on the day we came there was a horrendous amount of trash on the lawn. Not sure if someone was littering or what, but the place could use a dumpster or two to prevent it from happening again in the future.
