Dr. Jennings Smith has got to be the best Chiropractor in Amarillo. I’ve had migraines consistently every couple days for the last 6 years. I have only been seeing him for 3 visits now and have not had a migraine or headache since before my first visit. It’s the best decision I ever made to come to The Joint Chiropractic! Extremely recommend!!

Went in a couple months ago after injuring my back and the staff was very knowledgeable and put me on an adjustment program that not only fixed the injury but relieved pain I had for years. Brought in my fiancé who has chronic neck pain and after a few adjustments she was shocked with how good she was feeling. Follow up visits are fast and even when they are short staffed I’m never there for more then 10 minutes. All the doctors keep a great record of your progress so no matter which one is adjusting you on a particular day, they have the notes to make sure you’re adjusted properly. Highly recommend

I used to go there and recommend everyone but then a person I recommended told me they told them “to go seek elsewhere”. They would not take a person who was NOT completely fluent in English - even with a translator. Rude and unwilling to work with the individual. This person understands and speaks the language they just like to have a translator to make sure nothing is missed interpreted. Sad to say I will not go back or recommend any one else.

I was definitely apprehensive about going to the chiropractor after being the generation with pills shoved down our throats, any type of alternative type of healing was alway low on my radar. But when I say that this is a five start facility it really does fall short. They are exceptional in all aspects. Staff is welcoming and professional. Facility is conveniently located and very clean. On top of all this prices are insanely inexpensive for the type of work they do! I would recommend to any and all!

I’ve had back issues for years. Never had been to a chiropractor until I came here. They have been amazing!! I feel so much better and it is always quick to get in and get fixed. Weekend hours and evening hours make it super convenient too!!

Would not recommend. I went in looking to get an adjustment to relieve pain from a pinched nerve. As I was explaining what I needed and that I had the same issue in the past I was told that they would refer me to another provider who wouldnt be available for days, but they werent interested in seeing me. I asked for a basic alignment in hopes of getting some level of relief and I was told that I should go to an urgent care and get pain medication. I dont want or particularly like pain meds, this chiropractor didnt care. Apparently pain relief isnt a priority, just membership fees and easy in and out customers. Such a disappointment.

I was referred to this place by a friend because I am in pain and wanted to try this place. I went in and was told they werent taking new patients because they only had on Dr in. For a place that advertises walk-ins And new patients accepted every day that is not the case. They should let people know what days they are not taking new patients 😒. Pretty much a let down and false advertisement. Really disappointed in my experience.

The ladies at the front, Becca (or maybe Becky,) and Alyssa (Alisa?) were very nice and very informative and thorough, and also polite. Steve the Chiropractor, whom I saw today, was very considerate and honest with me, which I really appreciate, and he did a nice adjustment; I’m already experiencing less stiffness in my hips while walking.Will be back!

I went in for back pain (I couldn’t move with out some of the worse pain I’ve felt in my life) and they immediately shed some relief and gave professional help about how to help the pain at home! I see them quite a bit this month to make sure I make a proper recovery and don’t need further help. I definitely recommend them for their customer service, assistance and pricing! They were so nice I could literally write a whole separate 5 star review about just that!

A coworker told me about Joint Chiropractic. You get what you pay for....if your wanting 5-7 minute adjustments and then your out the door then its your place. I forfeited the rest of my appointments it just wasnt worth my time. I was referred to New Life Chiropractic and the difference between the two is day and night...best Chiropractic care yet...they take their time and makes sure your taken care of...all adjustments are like a 4 step process...they take their time so your appointments will take longer...longer than 5..7 minutes.

Phenomenal care!! I had Dr.Smith and he educated me more about chiropractic work then I have ever been before and he walked me through what he was going to do and how it was going to help my body which have me trust in him while adjusting my back.Highly recommend

I love how easy it is to walk in get checked in and follow through to the available chiropractor. All the doctors are friendly and make you feel comfortable.12/27/20 brought in son for maintenance as hes in sports. He was explained everything and felt comfortable with entire process. Hes been seeing chiropractors since before birth. : )

I travel many miles a week. This is not my normal city location and yet they still had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was back on the road in no time! I love visiting other locations.

The doctor who treated me today was in too much of rush, he did not listen to me, literally brought me out while I was having severe neck and shoulder pain. Did not like his professionalism at all. Most of them are very much into their business. But at least try to listen to the patient and give them time.

I continue to be impressed by the chiropractors at The Joint Amarillo. Have always had a great experience with my adjustments. Still love the convenience and ease of The Joint Chiropractic.

I feel so much better. I went in on a Friday with pain level 8 & after 4 visits in 6 days changed my pain level to a 2. I would go to a chiropractor once a month or so. The Joint has a great plan for a set price for 4 visits a month, the kind of treatment I needed to get me back to normal. With me on my feet 10-12 hrs a day 5-6 days a week for 4 yrs has made me out of line in many ways. I’m resting at night without waking up off & on all night with back, hip & leg pain. I recommend anyone to give it a try for the price & plans they have it affordable.

I was having extremely bad back pain, and still sort of am but can definitely tell a difference already. The dr that did my initial evaluation was very informative and kind and told me exactly what I need to do and how often I need to come to feel better. I’m super thankful for a place that’s open on the weekends too because going to a regular clinic on the week days is kind of hard with my work schedule, but being able to come in this weekend was a life saver.

Helped identify quickly the source of pain and a how to alleviate. Explained the importance of spine health and ways that I can protect myself in the future.

Told me that they could not see me for a pinched sciatic nerve because I was in pain. How ignorant is that!!!!!! 90% of people who use a chiropractor are in PAIN. I have one I go to but couldnt get an appointment for two weeks. I called at lunch to The Joint Chiropractic and they told me that they could see me. It was a totally different story when I arrived. II think it was because I didnt need a Wellness plan which is an extra $65, since I have a regular chiropractor I see. I would not suggest this TRAP to anyone. Very unprofessional. In it for the money and could care less about the wellbeing of a potential client.

I absolutely love coming here. After my initial visit, my visits are done in minutes. I can get a quick adjustments and not worry about having to schedule an appointment and wait. You walk in, get adjusted and out the door in less than minutes. As long as I go regularly, I feel good!!! The facility is clean and the doctors are fun!! The price is amazing...$70 a month for 4 visits....other places its $35 a visit (at least). I highly recommend coming here!

My first chiropractic experience ever. These guys were quick and thorough. They fixed me up quick and they have a great deal for their visits.

Not a very good experience. The adjustments are so, so. One of the chiropractors was not friendly, and one is great. They give free adjustment coupons when you sign up if you give them a Google review. The membership is basically like a gym. You get a keychain you scan to check in the go back and get adjusted. The ease of checking in and how fast you go back are great. But like I said one of them is less than friendly. I will be canceling .

This place is great. I’ve never felt better, and it only took a few months.

The staff was very friendly the whole visit was no more than 15 minutes and that’s with paperwork and all! John is the man you want to see he is very sweet and does an awesome job. The prices are so reasonable anybody living on a budget could afford the awesome place they offer!

I been at the joint chiropractic few times great Doctors. Unfortunately today I brought my wife to be new patient and the young lady up front had ask some questions which was understandable. My wife had used another chiropractor which under the policy was not acceptable due to the possible risk of injury and made a medical decision that my wife could not be treated. Unfortunately the young lady did not give a chance to speak. We live in Dalhart so it turn to wasted trip. I will definitely not be back as the young lady said my wife will just have to wait. We will definitely wait for some where. Best of luck in business. The Doctors do great.
