We walked in, and were greeted by everyone we saw. The place is beautifully decorated with art that is interesting, beautiful and clever. Then we were taken back to a room with another friendly face. She put my 14 year old daughter at ease.Not long after, Dr. Willam came in and assessed her. Again, we were delighted at his ease of conversation while explaining what she could integrate into her every day to help her with her back pain. We went to another room and he adjusted her.Afterward the same nice lady came in and took us to a large room. She showed us step-by-step exercises that would strengthen my daughter’s muscles and keep her feeling better.That room was also filled with beautiful things. We then learned the doctor is the creator of almost all of the amazing art, tables and desks that were in there!This place is run great, and it’s clear it starts from the top. There is a different feeling, a different attitude than we’ve ever experienced in a doctor’s office. My daughter excitedly reports her back is feeling great, and has even started some exercises!We are grateful we found this place and we will be returning. Next time, it will be for my husband.

I had an excruciating large herniation. Dr. Williams was cautious, but very caring and very patient with my concerns and pain. I could sense genuine concern from not only Dr. but his staff as well. All arrows pointed to surgery for what I was dealing with but decompression has helped what seems miraculously. Dr. was always willing to take time and listen and answer my questions and gave needed resources for research and info as well! I am very grateful for Dr. Williams and his staff.

Did a great job in diagnoising my lower back problem. Had been to several providers and none had figured out what was going on. I now have a better idea of what is going on and better treatment plan.

The best ever! Not only did I leave feeling better but I was more educated about what was going on with my back, the pain, why it was where it was and exercises I could do on my own to help the recovery process. The cherry on top of the whole experience was the staff. Beyond being sweet as pie they genuinely care and are funny which makes the whole visit so much more than just another health care appointment. I’ve always been a skeptic of chiropractic care, but now I’m a believer. For four years, I suffered with the after affects of yet another knee surgery. I started walking permanently with a lean towards my right side and now had a knot so you speak on the right side of my spine. I would get out of bed in the morning and couldn’t hardly take the first dozen steps. Now after about 8 treatments and a some exercises assigned through my app, I’m ecstatic to say I’ve found a forever doctor. The difference in my daily routine and my energy level is crazy. I had never been to a chiropractor before but decided before I went the medical route I would give it a try. My lower back and hips were in awful pain. Sitting or standing for long periods of time were excruciatingly painful.After my first visit I felt so much better. It was so nice to be able to stand from a sitting position and not feel pain. So much pain that I would have to slowly stand up and spend then next 10-15 steps trying to walk up right rather than stooped over.The staff is GREAT! They know my name when I walk in the door. They let me decide what therapy, if any I want to do that visit. Of course, to me the heating pad they use during the therapy is AWESOME!!Dr. Williams is AMAZING! He has a great table side(?) manner. He is so nice and friendly. He genuinely cares about how he treats you and wants to make sure that when you leave you feel better than you did when you came in the door.If you are thinking about chiropractics as a possible solution Amarillo Pain & Accident is the place to go!

Jeff Williams I thought of you when I saw this. Chiropractic does change lives, even though I had nothing like this, I was still in constant daily chronic pain. the sciatic nerve pain and sleepless nights, physically wore me down. After seeing you and getting relief but it would creep back in. The next day I went ahead and made an appointment with a pain management specialist and saw her the next week. I asked her if she thought I could overcome this and she said no, I would, in fact, sooner than later, need to have surgery. I started taking pain medication, but during the whole time I still followed the PT you prescribed, and can honestly say I am now pain free! The only thing I can contribute this to is having been to your clinic. I know you have seen a lot worse but you saw my MRI. It wasn’t pretty. Lol, I wonder what it looks like now. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you sir!

Dr. Williams does an amazing job and his staff is awesome! I started going to Dr. Williams a little over a month ago. It was my first time going to a chiropractor so I was a little skeptical of chiropractic treatment in the beginning and hesitant to give it a try. I can honestly say, I have no idea how I lived so long without chiropractic treatment as a part of my regular health and wellness regimen. He is very thorough in examination and effective, but not aggressive, on his adjustments--making it easier for patients to relax. I have been back multiple times and my pain is totally at ease. Highly recommended!

About two years ago my 13 year old daughter started having severe lower back & hip pains. Most everyone I talked to about it said it was just growing pains & it would just have to run its coarse. She began basketball season & the pain grew worse with every game & practice. That is when I decided to give Dr Williams a call & see if there was anything he could do to help with her pain. We went in & he began treatment with her. In a short period of time my baby girl was pain free & happy. She only missed a couple of practices & was back out on the court within a month. Dr.Williams explained everything to us & made sure we both understood what to expect. He & the entire staff are awesome! Have been having knee pain for five months, had trouble just putting on my shoes, after X-rays, doctors visits and lots of pain I went to see Dr. Williams. First week of adjustments and cold laser 80 percent better and now three weeks later all but pain free. Not a pleasent or spa-like experience. I was not geeeted by the therapist. The therapist and co-worker were looking at something on a cell phone. The massage room was some-what clean, trash under the table. Therapist kept stopping treatment to do pressure points, but just placed hand. The therapist keept coughing in her hand, and then placed her hand on me. When the massage was over,The therapist quickly turned off the music and quickly left. When checking out, the price was $10.00 more than the price quoted on the phone.Very disappointing.

APACC is by far the best Chiropractic Clinic I have been to. I was having a lot of pain in my back and shoulder area and they were able to set me up on a treatment plan that fixed the problem shortly. They have nice, new equipment and the most friendly and fun staff around.Thanks to everyone at APACC for your help!!!

Dr. Williams is very thorough when trying to pinpoint the cause of a patients pain. He explains the problem, how he will address it, and welcomes any questions. From scheduling an appointment, filling out necessary paperwork with the front desk, to seeing the Dr, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
