I was here 2 years ago for severe back pain. To the point it was effecting my mood, my personal life, and especially my quality of life. The pain was due to my job and being hunched over all the time. I had previously had back pain treated at multiple other chiropractic offices with minimal relief. I had 2 appointments in which Dr. Ramos gave me detailed explanation as to the cause of my pain and how to fix it. Also, he gave me exercises, massage techniques, and stretches to do at home. Since then I have had a massive reduction in pain. I woke up one morning with extreme pain to my left leg that woke me up out of my sleep with numbing, tingling pain that ran down from my left buttock down to my foot, debilitating me to do the normal things that I was able to do everyday. Dr Ramos and Jackie are absolutely fantastic. I injured my shoulder 4 weeks ago playing ice hockey and after 4 visits all of the pain is completely gone. This was honestly an injury that I thought for sure I would have to end up having surgery for but they were able to get me back to 100%.
