Told me one thing on the phone. Whole reason I came and did they not do what they said they could do for me. Lied to me straight up. Waste of my time and money. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Also the front desk lady was very rude and told me get in a car accident. Worst experience at a doctors office.

I have had my fill after 5 years with these goofballs Ehle is a third Oral Roberts and a third Politician and a third Buddhist Practitioner , but only half baked by any standard. The rotation of Drs, Nurse Practitioners, PAs, Nurses and Receptionists is dizzying. I am done with this huckster. Addition of May 26/21 - DO NOT DELUDE yourself as some have here about Ehle being integrated - maybe in an emergency he will issue a short term prescription, but will expect to move you to his voodoo asap. ELDERLY BEWARE! - everyone is 26 to Ehle! He kept me from a VERY NECESSARY anti inflammatory for arthritis for almost 5 years - at 72, I virtually stopped all physical activity - NEW DOCTOR TODAY, REFILL AND ALL INFLAMMATION GONE! Discoloration Gone! I CAN WORK AGAIN! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

Good luck getting an appointment with these doctors. Called their office on March 11th they said the first available appointment was on April 28th, called me on April 27 at 4pm said the doctor would be out on the 28th. Told me the next available appointment would be May 27th.Thats a 2 1/2 month wait, no thanks Ill find another doctor who actually has time for his patients.

Brendan is awesome as an NP. Ive met Dr Ehle a couple of times and he did great too. They have a new lady at the front desk who is much more personable than the one they had previously. Highly recommend!

The staff is rude and the doctor charged me a ridiculous amount of money for a wellness exam. I dont recommend this place because I had to pay 47 dollars for no reason for their well-life wellness program on facebook. I deactivated my facebook account, but they still forced me to pay the fee and said that I have no Option. Please read reviews prior to going to see physicians because this is not my first rodeo.

Dr Ehle and his staff are amazing. He is a doctor who cares maybe more about your health than you do. He always takes time to listen, think about things and offer you several options to get you well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for optional treatment methods. In fact I do recommend them often.

We have had the pleasure of working with Brady as a physical trainer for the past 2 months. My son, 15 years old, was addicted to gaming and an unhealthy lifestyle. He hated working out and was hard to motivate. Then we found Well Life. Brady has been compassionate, motivating, and a great friend to my child. He has shown him how to workout even if you hate the treadmill!! He now looks forward to his workouts and is aware of how important physical activity is for a healthy lifestyle. I recommend Dr. Ehle to ALL my friends and family. He takes the time to really listen and gives options to try before medications. I appreciate the integrative approach. He is by far the most knowledgeable family doctor I have ever been to. He is great with my two boys as well. I couldnt have been more pleased when I found WLFM. I was able to find answers that other physicians could not find. And the staff was so supportive. They answered any and all questions I had. They also offered online support group and contact via emails have been priceless!

Been going there for over a month to see dr. David having to drive all the way over from Pampa got to miss a lot of work and for no help wasted a lot of my time and money never even suggest any kind of treatment or even what condition or cause of problems are. He sits and listens pretty good but dont say much of anything its like he dont know what to do for me or say kind of makes me uncomfortable .

Im nearing the age of 80 and have had my share of doctors throughout my life. On my own, I have studied and researched medical issues and alternative care. Of all the doctors that Ive ever met, I have to say the Dr. Eric Ehle of Well Life Family Medicine has my full support and appreciation. Once youve had the experience in meeting and speaking with him on medical issues, you will feel the same as I do. I wont be changing to another healthcare provider anytime soon.

In my 49 years of life, this has been the most pleasant medical clinic experience I have ever had. My appointments are always on time, if not early, and the staff have always treated me with the highest levels of kindness and respect. Dr. Ehle is thorough and he never seems like he is rushing to get to his next appointment. I also appreciate Dr. Ehles holistic approach to medicine, and his willingness/desire to try and treat things naturally before rushing into prescribing medications. Wouldnt want to be receiving medical care anywhere else right now!!

I started going to Well Life Family Medicine a few years ago when I was probably in the worst health of my life. At that time, I had a regular Dr., an endocrinologist, a neurologist, a gastroenterologist, an allergist and chiropractor. Dr. Ehle and his wonderful staff have investigated the root causes of my problems. Instead of treating my symptoms, they helped me make the changes I needed to FIX the causes. I no longer need to go to all of the specialists I was seeing before, Dr. Ehle does it all. I could not be more pleased with his approach, treatment or staff!

The staff at this office was very rude to me. I am saddened as I had high expectations from this office, my sister takes her son here and she highly recommended this place and has great reviews. I was very eager to take my newborn baby and be a forever customer. On my way to the appt I was lost and called front desk to let them know and she gave me instructions on how to get there but It still caused me to be a bit late and she told me it was fine. I go inside, no one greets me and the girl at the desk looks annoyed that I was late and just told me to have a seat. Didn’t sign me in, didn’t make me fill out a “new patient” form, nothing. I understand, they probably had to rush me since I was late but still could’ve at least been friendly. The nurse that comes out to call me back also looks annoyed and also doesn’t greet me and rudely says “you ready?” And I just followed her back and she seems annoyed the entire time while she is weighing my newborn and getting his vitals and doesn’t say a single word to me. I have no insurance and paid $105 for just a check up. The money is not a problem if the place is great. But i am saddened that i felt so unwelcome here since Dr. Sherri Drinnon was actually nice to me the few mins that she saw my son and I really liked her. What really bothered me and made me write a review was that I wasn’t even told they scheduled me for a follow up appointment (since the front desk girls hardly spoke to me) also never called a day before to let me know like most places do. And I get a $25 bill from them for a “no show fee” I didn’t even know I had another appointment, otherwise I would’ve called and cancelled it as I hated how the front desk girls treated me and I had no intention to return. For me, not a good experience.

Love the Nurs Prac I am seeing and Dr. Ehle is wonderful. But the staff is RUDE so I dont know if I can continue. Office staff can make or break the experience. I hate the way the office staff makes me feel every time I go in or call.The woman who makes the appointments is always bothered by my presence, never greets me. When I call she doesnt even let me finish my sentences and is always ready to transfer me or hang up. She also doesnt seem to like younger patients. The 2 times I have been there, she has been scrambling to open. Not at all professional.The other woman who takes blood is also rude and bruised my vein since she was talking an not even paying attention to what she was doing. It took 3 1/2 weeks for my vein to heal. Very painful. And she never followed up with me like she said she would about something I was needing. When I called her to follow up, she was annoyed and never even apologized for forgetting. I told her thank you, still trying to be courteous, hoping she would return the gesture, and she just hung up.Dr. Ehle, please talk these staff members about their professionalism and poor customer service. You are an amazing doctor and so are your nurs pracs, but I dont know that I can go back to see you when I have to deal with your staff. I hate the way they make me feel. This is not the first or last time youll hear about this. Other reviews are saying the same. Please take this to heart!

Best doctor in town, truly cares about patients total health. Has been a life changer for our family.

While we no longer live in the area, I still recommend Well Life Clinic to all of my family and friends. I feel that both Dr. Ehle and KC care about each patients health in its entirety. They dont just throw pharmaceutical bandaids at a problem, but instead try to find what is causing the problem and remedy the problem at the source. They take the time to understand you as a person, not just another parient number. Thanks for the outstanding care!
