Absolutely love this office. Every staff member from the moment i walked in the door made me feel welcome and eased my nerves as i was going under for my first experience ever. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing procedures done.

I was very pleased with my recent visit with Dr. Shepherd. The doctor and staff members were very professional. The care was excellent! I have no complaints.

Would have been 5 stars if the IV process would have been smoother. After that everything went just fine.

My 90-year-old father is the patient. We have been seen promptly at every visit (no more than 2-3 minutes in the waiting room and no more than 5 minutes waiting for doc once in the exam room). Dr. Shephard took the time to clearly explain test results, evaluate options, and consider my fathers entire health situation before recommending treatment.

Very knowledgeable and understanding of my mothers situation.

Very friendly, personable and educated doctor. The staff is also very nice and efficient. Lisa is the best case manager tha will stay on top of your treatments. I have had colonoscopies here as well a Hep C tratment here. Would highly recommend to family and friends..even enemies!

It was my first visit with Dr Shepherd.He was very personable and easy to talk to.My previous surgeon was Dr. Straker,who is now retired from the group,so he reviewed my record well and then set me up for my procedure.

Every friendly and they dont let you wait. As soon i got there they call in to see the drRight awayIm a patient of drSheppard for about 13 yrs. I wouldnt change him for anything,he is a great Dr.i recommend him to alot of people. Thank Dr. Sheppard and tbe staff.

Although Dr. Harry doubted my knowledge & ability to diagnose myself with mono, he agreed to have me tested for the mono virus. The test results came back that I was exposed & had the mono virus before in my system, but that I was no longer sick with it. Dr. Harry was gonna fwd. the lab results onto my pcp for further analysis as to what’S still affecting me.

Love Dr. Sheppard, he so accurate with his prognosis and treatment.

Beyond exasperating. In effect I tried booking an appointment today with one of their office assistants. Office assistant is a bit misleading if not as in this case an outright misnomer . My insurance does not require a referral although I had one. All pertinent information was conveyed including insurance, primary physician, with names and phone numbers along with the reason for my trying to book the appointment. Because the assistant was not able to confirm my primary physicians office number even after having given it to her several times; she canceled my already set appointment and said I would have to contact them at another time & make another appointment Id be surprised if this person is being paid more than the minimum wage but nevertheless here we are as their patients having to contend with this type of poor service. Such is the state of our health care these days. If their office wants to make it difficult for me give them my business thats, fine. There are always other options. I booked with another physician whose office assistant was much inclined to help me that very same afternoon. .

DDC is accurate and should be used for all your DNA testing needs honestly great experience with this company and staff at the lab I was sent to .

Dr Shephard took the time to really listen to my complaints of what I am experiencing. Where another doctor said I shouldnt be overly concerned with a test result, he said that when something is elevated its important to be concerned.

Never before have I witnessed a bigger incompetent hack fraud than this doctor, who looked at my spouses family history with digestion issues, figured there was nothing to worry about, and then suggested she eat 6 tabs of metamucil every meal as a solution. Avoid this doctor and his office like it was the plague.

OK doctor. Irresponsible staff. Ive been a patient of Dr. Shephard for many years. Unfortunately his assistant(s) do not answer or return phone calls. I left detailed messages regarding health insurance issues MONTHS ago and it was never resolved. Im moving on.

The office personnel is very nice at the Oviedo and Maitland; the nurses provide excellent care and Dr. Sheppard has excellent bed manners. I felt very comfortable in his care.

Id been seeing Dr. Shephard for almost 20 years until my insurance changed. If youre not in their VERY exclusive network, the staff will not help or provide options (or compassion for that matter) to any patient—regardless of loyalty.

I would like to thank Sharelle, Carlos, Tony, Rachelle, Natalie, Nancy and of course Dr. Shepard for making my visit as comfortable as possible.

Respect your patients instead of assuming they are overreacting which was not the case in this regard. There should be a malpractice case for stuff like this

Have used Dr. Shephard beginning with my father and continued with his care for my husband and myself for our routine colonoscopy, have never had any problems with him or staff
