Dr. Popli is a true gem among providers. His bedside manner and knowledge are a delight and his explanations of the body, symptoms and treatment were refreshing. When I had questions, I got answers I felt confident in; he earned my trust immediately. He performed an upper GI and I felt completely at ease, trusting him and his team to find the root of the issue and provide a clear plan to get me back to normal. Scheduling with his team, appointment availability and wait time were all appropriate and well orchestrated. The facility is clean and bright. If I have to see a doctor, I like to feel welcome, comfortable and that I am in good hands. From the moment I reached out to his team and especially after meeting him for the first time, I knew I was. Dont keep looking around - just call him!

Everything went well except when they were putting the IV into my arm . Nurses need to listen to the patient with they tell them that it would be better for them to put the IV in the left arm because the patient knows better concerning their body . So if I ever have to have surgery again at your office please put on my record to use my left arm thank you

Dr .Popli let us ( my son and I ) know that we neednt worry unnecessarilythat his symptoms were something worse than what it was, and that he didnt want to jump the gun and over treat just his symptoms which is refreshing! We Found Dr. Popli to beAmazingly competent and had a positive nature, which leads to a good bedside manner. He really seems like he knows his stuff, and we would go again!

Dr. Reddy is a very poor listener and is very rude. He speaks to you in a condescending tone and asks you questions, but never lets you answer them. I get the impression that he may have the knowledge, but he has a problem properly communicating especially to young women (Older people I know who have seen him had good experiences, but people I know his age or younger had experiences similar to mine). I have had two appointments and I left both feeling angry or like I wanted to cry. I have never experienced anything like it before and I will not be returning. There are at least 3 other doctors there, so I suggest giving them a try before Reddy. The other people working in the office and behind the desk are very kind and respectful.
