Great experience at this eye doctor. The office staff could be better, but the eye doctor rocks. I have Met Life vision insurance, which they accepted. Very clean and sanitary feeling, which is great with this pandemic.

I have a medical condition that does not allow me to wear a mask and by law I do not have too but to honor places of business i wear a mesh mask so I can still comply with wearing a mask to help stop the spread. This business asked me for private medical information covered by HIPPA and refused me service if I didnt wear a medical mask. Based on their medical discrimination, bullying practices and asking private medical information me and my family will no longer be patients at this practice. And after reading their response they did NOT state that I was wearing a mask in their facility which complies with covid 19 safety protocols for all other facilities. They just did not like the mask I was wearing.

The doctor is a tremendous person, also very professional and does an excellent job and very good customer service, the problem is the young woman at the front desk who is very unfriendly and unprofessional, she needs more customer service, she is the opposite of the doctor

Dr Hill is very knowledgeable. She fit my son for contacts and took time to really explain the proper care and use. The staff was very kind and professional as well. I look forward to going back!

Dr. Hill is amazing. Shes patient, kind, and highly knowledgeable. I have had a hard time finding the right optometrist, not prescribing the right prescription. Come to find out eye had an eye disease which no one has ever mentioned before. Thanks to her , my eyesight has never been the same.

Dr. Sanchez was excellent and the staff was very helpful in finding me the right pair of glasses.

I love Dr. Hill but I ordered glasses from them and they called once when they came in, didn’t leave a voicemail, and for over 2 weeks after didn’t try to call me again. I work nights so it’s hard for me to call an office when it’s open during the week. I’m very frustrated at having spent a lot of money to have them not follow up with me on this.

Dr. Hill is a fantastic doctor. She really cares about helping her patients and you wont feel treated like a number. Dr. Hill also is extremely knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions I have. I would come to her before going to ANY other eye center.P.S. Shes also a cutie.

As much as I LOVE Dr Hill I can no longer stand the care for the staff, particularly “Bebe”. She leave little to be desired with her attitude and treatment, very uncaring and rather have time spent on her phone rather than the customer. I’m sorry but Dr Hill PLEASE look into your staff and watch videos of how she is. I truly believe she needs to be educated on how to act with the public and her demeanor. I’ll leave it at that,

Dr. Jennifer Hill is the absolute best! Very friendly and informative. Office is very homie feeling. I recommend all my family and friends to go to her. Dr. Hill is now my primary MD!

I have been here quite a few times, I am not a patient but a family member is and I have to say the one front desk lady is not the nicest. Always amazing comments about Dr Hill she’s always so kind to us, but front lady very snobby. Seems like she always has a attitude problem as been here multiple times and same issue. Biggest complaint is when my mom is waiting for her items to come in & she says she will call back and doesn’t.... or even better catching a tone when called back to say we didn’t hear from her and she says and I quote “because I told you I would call you so no need to call for an update”. Now that’s just rude, no excuse.... I don’t remember her name something with a B she has a darker skin tone.... would consider looking else where due to her lack of friendliness

My family and I have been going to Precision Eye Care for years.. Dr Hill is awesome and her Staff has always been helpful and accommodating.

I tried several times to make an appointment to see Dr. Hill. It seems as if she is never there. I had an appointment for Tuesday, and I received a phone call to cancel because she was out sick. I did not reschedule. I heard very nice things about the office and service, but remain skeptical.

Its amazing now because of them i can see clearer than i used to
