Perfect! For my daughters first time eye exam it was absolutely perfect! Staff made it fun and stress free and explained everything to her. Even picking glasses and sizing them was not bad!

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They all knew their jobs and were very efficient in providing help.

The Lenscrafters Ashbys Square in Altamonte Springs, FL is always a pleasant doctors office to visit. Dr Eric Perez was efficient and informative and professionally addressed all of my questions. When performing the initial portion of my eye exam, Yvonne clearly explained the three ophthalmic instruments and what their purposes were as she conducted each test. Kim, the optician who assisted me, patiently detailed the contact lenses options and discounted pricing, where applicable. She also adjusted my eye glasses . The entire staff was astute, engaging and professional.

I had a really wonderful experience with my eye exam. All questions were answered and the doctor was extremely helpful in every way. She was an A+.

I was there during a very busy time and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was waiting for the doctor to check my eyes after they had been dilated, but she was very apologetic.

Dr. Perez did an excellent job. I was comfortable as I always get nervous going to any appointment. He let me know that I only needed reading glasses and he did not even push me to purchase them there if I didnt want to. I am grateful to find such great service since I know it is difficult to find sometimes.

Dr. Perez took over a practice that he has no business taking over. First after taking over the business they decided to reach out to the former patents trying to get business. They reached out to my house phone asking to schedule an eye appointment for my mother who has not been there in over 2 years. The reason she has not been in is because she past away. But that is not the worst of it. I still decided to give him a shot with my service. After getting my eyes examined, his customers service was lacking the most important thing, thinking about the customer. I felt just like a number to them and they were just pushing me through and trying to get me in and out quickly. So after finishing I decided to take my eye and contact prescription elsewhere. Come to find out the contacts prescription that was given the brand doesnt even take it and they gave the new company I decided to go with a hard time since I did not go through them to purchase my products. I am not saying this out of anger just frustration, this is why I will not be returning ever. You can make your own options.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Scheduled on my day off 3 weeks ago as my glasses got scratched and they have a 1 hour lab so I arrived 2 hours early for my appointment explained the situation, picked out which frames I wanted. Waited the 2 hours and was seen. Once I came out they came up with the story they could not make them and would have to order them. Waited a week to get them. I cannot see properly, tried for over a week and a half. Called them to ask what to do and was told to come in and let them make sure they were made right. Yep they were right just needed adjustment.. I still cant see.... went back and they offered 12:00 noon or 2 pm as the only options for a recheck of a prescription Monday though Friday. as I get every other Wednesday off I get to not be able to see for two more weeks. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE you mess up my exam and I have to either miss work or wait as you refuse to see me on the weekend, yet they took a walk in exam while I was there for a full exam. I need mine adjusted so I can see. Thank you for doing nothing to try and help me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I had a great eye exam experience with Dr Driscoll. Quick and professional. The entire staff was very friendly and professional.

Walked in as a new patient, the place has a big show room, clean and open. I filled out new patient info sheet and was immediately taken back for preliminary eye work. Once complete, I sat in the exam room for about 1 minute before the Doctor came in. Doctor Moore, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring. I will be going here again.

I have been coming here for years; really love this doctor but unfortunate hate the front desk person. She moves at the pace of a snail and behaves as if its her time your wasting. Came in 15 minutes early for an appointment that she requested that I come in 5 minutes early. Half an hour later Im still sitting there and she still hasnt helped the person ahead of me. Now if she was rushing around I could see that she was suddenly overwhelmed but no, shes totally relaxing, the ophthalmologist is wandering around with nothing to do and it becomes clear that this long wait is entirely of her own making. I mean shes stuck there all day, what does it matter if I am, too? No thanks; there are plenty of good ophthalmologists around with front staff that are considerate of my time.
