My mother had a 3:00 PM appointment. She was told to come a half hour early, which is understandable. The Doctor has still yet to see her, and its after 5. This is terrible time management, and they need to let their scheduler go. Weve spent less time in an Emergency Room. Im sorry, no Doctor is worth waiting for 3 and a half hours.I cant do that with my patients, now would I ever let that happen.

💛Our 🐻BIG Teddy Bear 🐻DR Calimano is heaven sent. He is the best most exp, warm, loveable, caring , life saving Dr ive ever met! The Altamonte off is the friendliest! Sometimes theres a wait but for Dr Calimano id wait how ever long and not mind.. Once you get to see him and get his huge hug its all been worth the wait! But i could go on and on about DR Calimano. Hes THE BEST! 💙 By the way ...his nurse is great to!💛

Calling the office and trying to get a real person on line is impossible. It indicates to leave a message and they never return your calls. I have been calling all week for medical records and the only thing I get is a recording. I leave my phone number and no return calls. This is a disservice to all patients.

I wait months for an appointment one week before they call me telling me the dr wont be in the office and they need to rescheduale it. They tell me he is barely in the office so I will have to wait months again. Good thing I am not deathly sick and just need a prescription for a new cpap.
